Happy Anniversary Kustom9

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're visiting the Kustom9 event for their 12th anniversary round, and you know what that means - free group gifts :) Their group is free to join, and you'll see signs at the event with a sample giftbox which is wrapped in tan paper and tied with twine. There is such a wide variety here, and as usual I am very grateful to all the generous designers while I offer huge congratulations to the organizers for keeping this wonderful event going for a full dozen years! Let's wish them continued success, and enjoy our shopping and gift gathering :)

My first look this evening is our {COLD-ASH} HAILEY Henley Cami (Halloween) gift. Isn't it cute? Personally I love the simplicity of the stripes, like you know what it's a nod to on first glance. There are regular and tucked versions (tucked are tighter at the hem to wear with mesh pants) each in sizes for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Our neckline has a little notch, and the back is scooped a little lower for a flirty touch.

Next I slipped into our True Damage-COCO SWEATER RED group gift, in such an autumnal color. The style is a classic for sure, and it's got great texture with a soft knit. There are Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes included. I think the long sleeves are just right for the cooler weather :) We're finally getting some of that here in RL by the way, and I wish it could stay this temperature all year long.

If you can't decide which of the shirts in this photo you prefer, the really good news is they are both included in the same free gift :) That would be our Cattoza - K9 Birthday Gift, a duo of cropped tees with some distressed spots like on the hem and the left sleeve. Time to get flirty with the Bipolar - Via Body - Black Gift! As a matter of fact, it is revealing enough that I had to employ some 'modesty flowers' that I added in Photoshop to the breasts. The one-piece bodysuit comes in Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, with a HUD for the details with 16 colors. The details include the clips on the front straps, and the edging you see all around. I intentionally chose lighter colors for contrast, to make that more noticeable I hope.

One last look of the night, we wrap things up in the beautiful "CATARSIS" Anniversary Dress. Its vibrant red hue really suits the playful style, corseted and very loosely laced in the back with extra short hemline. Hair note of the night: I headed over to a new event called Lewd Station to grab Truth Hair's newest release, which is called Oui Oui and consists of the hairstyle I'm wearing tonight as well as a French maid costume. The headband comes in the same 2 rigged sizes as the hair itself, and the dress is your classic black dress with white apron attached :) I was afraid it would cost twice as much as usual because of the clothing included, but it was actually their regular price which I find to be very reasonable compared to other big name hair creators. If you're interested, I would like to mention that the Lewd Station event is an adult region and an adult event, meaning I saw all sorts of NSFW things ;) The colors were almost startlingly bright there, so it was rather like Lisa Frank took some special gummies then decorated it. With the XXX stuff, I almost want to call it a Lisa Frank sex dungeon, but then I'd owe many of you apologies for tainting your childhood memories ;) This is just encouraging some of you to want to go there even more I bet, LOL, and for those who prefer not to visit adult areas, I'm sure it will be for sale at Truth's mainstore when the event closes.

It was a day of rearranging things here, as my friend with whom I have the longstanding Thursday plans each week to play Hello Kitty together needed to switch that to Wednesday this week. That means my Wednesday outing is moved to Thursday, not a problem at all fortunately :) I'm just happy to get to have fun with her each week no matter when, as she is a kind soul and a good friend. I had pizza for dinner which was bought by the slice so no leftovers for tomorrow unfortunately, but it was certainly delicious. Happy Anniversary Reborn

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to invite you to the eBody Reborn Event, which is celebrating its 3rd anniversary right now with special  promo gifts from $0L - $50L. Don't let the name fool you, the gifts are not all exclusively for the Reborn bodies, in fact I am wearing my Legacy body tonight and everything I am sharing works perfectly for it :) There are multiple sizes included in most of the gifts, which are all inside boxes with the event logo on them that reminded me of slender milk cartons in shape. I'll attribute that to the folded tops, you'll see what I mean. No group tag is needed for these, just be mindful of the prices so you don't accidentally pay more than you intend to. All the ones I'm showing you tonight are free, either from clicking the boxes or paying $0L. 

My first look is the REED - MICHU GIFT, a steamy little halter style mini dress with tiny holes all over. There are sizes for Legacy, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included of this beauty. I'm loving the color and pattern, reminding me of swirling waves in the ocean :) The side cutouts meet in the back to reveal another sliver of skin, very flirtatious.

Another wonderful free gift I found is the .::Supernatural::. Viola Dress Fatpack. The dress comes in Classic, Curvy, eBody, Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizing, with a fantastic HUD that has 33 texture buttons and 2 "options" buttons beneath. Each of the 33 buttons has option 1 and option 2, so there are 66 total choices, and you can click to change the trim separately so there is so much versatility here. I did notice a few Christmas patterns in addition to other potential holidays, so this beautiful dress can be worn any time of year.

There were so many wonderful tops among the gifts that I wriggled into my favorite Delizio jeans (marketplace freebie) and then the Galagher - Cassie Shirt Edition 2 gift :) I couldn't possibly resist a shirt with a cool pup in shades on the front, and the background pattern intrigued me too with its gloves, mittens, and cups of hot cocoa. The shirt fits Legacy, Perky, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies.

Next I changed into the charming Bipolar - Demi Top - White gift. I styled it fairly casually here, but I've also got big plans for it and a long full skirt (think hippie/boho) to be determined in the near future :) The intricate straps and bare shoulders captivated me, and I certainly couldn't resist the V hemline in the front. There was not much noteworthy about my day, so I have been thinking about plans for tomorrow both RL and SL. Halloween is quiet here in RL, as the local kids do "trunk or treat" at schools or churches instead of visiting individual houses. I'll most likely be doing a small outing, as my housemate spotted a new-to-us restaurant on the map while we tried to figure out plans earlier. It's less than 10 minutes away, so we are about to find out if their food is any good :) Very standard fare for my area, things like pizza and sandwiches and pasta and appetizers, and I will be trying their calzone. Halloween at Bipolar

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Bipolar store, whose group is currently free to join (I believe that is temporary) and who are holding a Halloween hunt. It is a very tricky one, as we are looking for teeny tiny ghosts which are flat images that can be tucked just about anywhere. Look up high, down low, behind decorations, and take your time to camera around all over :) If you have the group tag active, the hunt prizes are free as they will deliver a treat when you click them. Don't fret if the hunt is too difficult for you, as they have lots of terrific group gifts that you don't have to search for - they are on the wall to the left of the front door when you walk through it and enter the store. There are fashions, accessories, and a few makeup type items to really jazz up your avatar's look, and a few of the group gifts are just right for Halloween too. I believe everything, the hunt and the free group enrollment, wrap up at the end of the month. Quick body note - I switched back to my Legacy body, and it sent me an update from 1.7 to 1.7.1, so I switched into that instead. Not sure yet what is different, probably mostly performance and internal things rather than immediately visible differences.

First we've got two hunt prizes combined for one sassy and spooky look. The Bipolar - Vivian Top is a cropped tank top with worn holes and some suspicious staining, in sizes for Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies. It is a fantastic match for the Bipolar - Vivian Shorts as you can see, with similar holes and red drips down the left side. It even fits the same bodies, Legacy and Reborn, with a HUD that lets us select from 5 metal tones. If your holiday plans include any haunted or horror type places, this is a fun and flirty combo.

My next pairing is two more hunt prizes that coordinate beautifully. The Bipolar - Dead Schoolgirl T-shirt comes in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes, with a bonus of a sheet of paper on the back. This piece of paper can be adjusted if needed, and we receive a HUD with 5 textures for the writing or drawing on it. It's got a small piece of tape up top, holding it onto our back. The handprint and the "HELP" smeared in blood caught my eye, as did the holes in this polo style shirt. I added the Bipolar - Dead Schoolgirl Skirt to great effect, a playfully short pleated miniskirt in black plaid with blood stains. This prize comes in Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizing.

Another teeny ghostie gave me this spooktacular Bipolar - Lima Dress, which has also seen some stuff based on the worn color and tattered hem, plus that loosened shoulder seam on the right. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies included. All of them have the same green belt attached, and the image of a ribcage with pumpkins tucked inside :) 

Maybe you are in the mood for something seasonal and not bloody or tattered in any way, in that case I do hope you find the hunt object containing the lovely Bipolar - Rian Dress :) It's got a great sweetheart neckline, elbow length sleeves, and a super short hem with gathered ruffle. I'm sure you noticed the pattern, skulls with kitty ears and various designs on the forehead plus some bones and faceted gemstones. Very fancy! For my final look of the night, I chose a seasonal group gift rather than a hunt prize. This is the Bipolar - Amik Dress Gift, with intricately tied straps that have both slipped off our shoulders a little, and a very short hemline. It fits Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies, with a 10 texture HUD and transparency options of 20% or off which makes it fully opaque. I'm showing it 'off' or opaque on both sides above, as I'm sure you have all seen my butt crack quite enough ;) One tip I have is that I couldn't figure out how to open the HUD at first once I'd added it, then I managed to click the "-" next to the X on the top right that I thought would be to minimize, but apparently maximized to show the 10 texture buttons. The lightning one is gorgeous, and I did go with a themed texture on the right but there are plenty of other options. There's even a bloody one that is similar to the first two photos' prizes.

The Saturday Sale Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're taking a look at several more gifts from TSS Party Extravaganza, which is The Saturday Sale's 11th anniversary celebration. They are all free for the taking, either set for sale for $0L or click the box to claim, with a few being pay $1L and receive an instant refund while the gift is delivered to you. There are black boxes and pinstripe pink ones, with a few designers being kind enough to offer a gift inside each :) We all know by now how awesome the weekly sales offerings are at these participating stores, and it's so fun to see what's new each round. I feel like this is one of the earliest weekly sales events, and I'm impressed with their longevity and wish them many more years of bringing us the best of SL, affordably!

First up, I've just got to share the [aprelle] anya outfit gift since spooky season is just about here :) The tank top, cardigan, and shorts are all provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Peach, Reborn, Juicy Boobs, and Waifu mesh body sizing. The solid pale orange top looks great with the pattern on the cardigan and shorts, which reminds me of the jack o lantern pails we used to carry for Halloween when I was a kid :) They even have bows on their handles, so cute!

Bipolar is offering a terrific gift called Iris Set - Black. We receive sizes for Legacy, Nerido, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Juicy Boobs mesh bodies each of the top and panties, with HUDs to customize the look. The top's HUD has 2 metals and 15 textures for the details (trim) both solid and a few subtle patterns, while the panty HUD offers the same 15 details textures. As you can see from the rear view, the panties are actually a high cut thong. I really love the heart shaped clasps on the top's straps, so I am very tempted to pair the top with some pants for chilly weather outerwear.

The one for the dress has buttons to turn the sheerness on and off and the materials on/off, then the underwear HUD has tabs for panty and edges each with 12 textures which are a mix of solid colors and floral prints. I kept the dress sheer on both sides above to show you the panties a little better, lol, but I'm sure you can imagine the dress in its solid opaque state :) 

Well, the weekend here looks to be stormy off and on because of Helene, which doesn't change my plans very much since I am usually home on Saturdays and have therapy Sunday which is either in my dining room or in the car. Dinner was nice, we celebrated my dad's birthday a few days belatedly :) I almost choked laughing when my mom dryly announced that she didn't have 81 candles for his cake, as usually that is more his sense of humor than her bubbly nature. Bipolar Group Goodies

Tis the season, as you will probably be in the month of December by the time you all read this :) So it seemed appropriate to share some festive cheer, like this Bipolar - Marisa Sweater - Group Gift. The front is slightly lifted to flash some underboob, and the back has stunning lacing to hold things in place just so. I love the heart shaped opening and the high neck, don't you? The name caught my eye too because many years ago I used to babysit a little girl named Marissa, and always really liked the name.

Whew, it was a hectic sort of day here! I had my therapy session and did some walking during it, as the goal is to get me past my anxiety comfort point to safely trigger it (?) then wait it out without doing anything to fight it. Then the brain is supposed to understand/learn that I am indeed safe, and I can handle uncomfortable situations. My low back and hamstrings did not get that message however, lol, as I am not in great shape from being sedentary since a major surgery about 9 years ago. Walking is healthy though and I'm grateful for the excuse to get moving :) My mom is going to want to discuss Christmas eve plans tomorrow at dinner, as I've already been warned, and I am simply not ready to deal with that yet. It will also be at my grandma's, farther away than I am capable of at this stage, but I will be cooking my usual crab cakes for the family to bring with them. Once Thanksgiving gets here, the rest of the holiday season just rushes up on us like a tidal wave, one filled with holiday music and all the red and green one can imagine. The Warehouse Sale

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to check out another exciting celebration of an event's anniversary, this time The Warehouse Sale. This post apocalyptic themed region and sales event brings a wide range of clothing, accessories, and home decor for guys and gals, so if this feels like your SL vibe then come on down! For their 3rd anniversary, most of the designers have a free gift in a crate in front of their display (well more like between the booths) that we can claim with their free group tag. It's open until the 18th of September, so you have plenty of opportunity to visit, pick up demos, claim those gifts, and do your final shopping :)

My first look is a combo of two generous gifts, among many that you can combine however you wish :) The top is our REKT_Cropped Top TWS Anniversary gift, a t-shirt layered over fishnet for a playful mood. The front does say "3rd Anniversary" but it's small and partly in my cleavage LOL, so you'll have to take my word for it...actually 3th, not 3rd. We receive eBody Reborn, Legacy, and Perky sizes in this gift. Then we pan down to the **Honey*Soul**Leggins_Mya which is a generous fatpack of solid colored leggings in 12 great colors. They are system/BOM layers so as long as your mesh body is compatible, they got ya covered! They have that cute curled lettuce edging, and the neckline really frames our cleavage :) Silly story, I'd switched to the Legacy body today and am still getting used to it...so I needed to use its HUD to hide a couple prominent body parts (the nipples, LOL, they were poking through) and from lag and inexperience I somehow managed to accidentally apply a neck blender color that was painfully obvious and I couldn't find how to get rid of it >.<  Yikes! There was what I thought was an eraser icon at the bottom but it didn't work, so I wound up having to reset the body to the default settings. I'm sure I missed something obvious and simple, or the HUD was just being quirky, but that was my brain fart moment of the day ;)

I decided I needed something tasty, so please allow me to tempt you with the :[P]:-Berry Cupcakes gift from Petrichor. You can choose from raspberry or strawberry each in left and right versions, or a rez version for each to use as decor. There is also a napkin and fork set to place nearby the decor cupcakes, if you have guests and are feeling extra fancy :) Clearly I didn't bother with a fork here, because how would I even hold one when I'm double fisting the sugary treats?

Next it was time to show off another duo of gifts, starting with the Bipolar - Butterfly Top - Fatpack. My final look of the evening had me humming "Putting on the Ritz" but with a slight lyrical substitute ;) It's our [Glitzz] Cibelle Dress - Gift Black, and what a sexy treat this is! It is so elegant with those cute little bows and lace, and the garter straps in the front adding some sizzle. I feel like my day might best be described with the Kermit flailing gif, LOL, not that it was bad but very busy. Tomorrow will be just as busy, as well as Friday, so I might as well get used to it. Shop and Hop Poppy

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are hopping back over to the Valentine Shop & Hop 2022 event, organized by Linden Lab and loaded with fantastic designers offering deeply discounted merchandise. In addition, you will find a free gift at just about every display, so there we have plenty of extra reasons to visit :) There are 10 regions dedicated to shopping, and all of tonight's gifts can be found on the Poppy region. I keep them organized by region so you know where you can expect to locate each gift. These Shop & Hop events are always fun opportunities to find new favorite stores and become reacquainted with ones you haven't visited in a while, which is exactly what I did at least three times this round.

My first look is one of several gifts from [QE] Designs, their Anya Romper -Rosey-. This lovely one piece outfit comes in standard mesh sizes as well as eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine body versions. There is also a HUD with 4 texture choices, each with a coordinated solid color belt. The floral pattern on the shorts really caught my attention and made me look forward even more to spring.

Next I paired two more of their gifts, starting with the [QE] Everly Top -Spring- which comes in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. We can also choose from 3 soft colors via HUD. The shorts are called [QE] Camilla Denim Shorties -Spring- and include Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes. There is also a HUD with the two patterns seen above, faded denim with either pink or peach flowers. Their other gifts include pajamas, shoes, and home decor, so there is quite a variety in this generous gift package!

.:Flower Dreams:. is offering their beautiful Zoe dress as a gift to all visitors. It includes sizes for Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Maitreya, Petite, Signature, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies, with a 12 texture HUD. There are 8 solid colors and 4 patterns among those choices, so this dress can be a go-to whatever your mood or favorite colors.

I also found an adorable gift at the Bipolar display, their Fluffy Dress which contains a fun bonus. The dress comes in eBody Reborn, Kupra, Kupra Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes, and the bonus I mentioned is the super cute teddy bear I'm holding :) The front pocket reads "not cute but it's fun" but honestly I think this outfit is both. 

My final look this evening is one of three gifts from zOOm, all of which can help you get ready for a romantic time. Their I Love You Sweater seen here also includes the tan colored panties I am wearing here, each in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The HUD provided lets us select from 5 colors that all have white text saying I LOVE YOU in assorted fonts. I accessorized it with another gift, the FashionNatic - Valentines Broken Heart Necklace. This treat includes male and female mesh body sizes - Gianni, Jake, Kupra, Legacy Female, Legacy Male, and Maitreya - with the jagged half heart charm as one half for women and the other half for the men. There is a metal HUD with 5 colors, and a terrific letter HUD included too that lets you pick an initial from 3 different fonts or even a few characters that are not letters, and RGB tinting so you can pick any color for the letter. In the inset I selected an X for Xan and went with green because it's his eye color, yep I was feeling mushy ♥.

I have an early appointment tomorrow and a few things to do after, so I will not have time to blog in the evening. I'll be back Thursday evening though, not to worry :) This is a long overdue visit to a dermatologist to get a bunch of skintags removed, and there are a couple of other concerns I will ask about while I'm there. My former family doc used to freeze them off for me, but it's been several years and the two I've seen since her do not keep the materials on hand to do it.
