These Gifts are WellMade

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are headed to the [WellMade] store where there are plenty of free group gifts awaiting. Best of all, we can celebrate the last few days of Pride month with not just one but two terrific gifts of that theme :) I have been a group member for ages, so I double checked and it is still currently free to join and I always appreciate that since those are harder to find these days. The quality and generosity are certainly added reasons to be grateful, as I think you're about to see.

Our [WellMade] Be Proud Dress gift is the newest one it seems, as it is the large picture to the left of all the others on shelves. The dress fits Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Nhumana, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 18 colors each for top, skirt, and panty, 19 for the belt (bonus rainbow stripes!) and 9 metals. There are so many beautiful colors that make this a very versatile look.

Don't forget to check those bags on the shelves, which have small pictures of the gifts inside. You'll spot the [WellMade] Pride Romper GIFT among them :) It has a HUD with 5 different styles of rainbow stripes to choose from, and the doubled up halter straps make for a stunning rear view the way the strands dangle down the spine. There are sizes for Belleza, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Slink Hourglass mesh bodies provided. 

I also picked up the charming [WellMade] Manu Outfit *GIFT*, whose bold bow caught my attention immediately. The billowing tube top and full skirt are each provided in Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing. Its enclosed HUD offers 10 colors apiece for the top, skirt, wait, and bow, so we get to mix and match quite a bit :) I like having the bow contrasting the skirt so it really pops, but this outfit looks striking when all one color as well. 

My next look inadvertently became a bit July 4th themed, at least from the colors I randomly chose ;) Our [WellMade] Quincy Dress GIFT is a very pretty slip of a dress that is held in place by intricately wrapped ropes, in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. Of course there is also a HUD, and that lets us choose from 22 colors each for the dress and the ropes. You could match them or pick contrasting hues, and I went just a shade darker or lighter instead of a totally different color :) Whatever makes you happy is how you personally should wear yours; my photos are always what I think of as 'serving suggestions', LOL! 

One final look of the evening, we have the [WellMade] Pallas Dress GIFT which will surely turn heads with that fun midriff cutout and the sassy leopard print in 18 gorgeous colors via HUD. The long sleeved dress is gathered down the front left of the skirt and tied, and I think the square neckline will frame lots of different styles of necklaces beautifully. I feel like both days of this weekend went by really slowly, but not necessarily in a bad way. Does that make sense? Paparazzi Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is welcoming a new year with some gifts for the Paparazzi group, currently free to join. That means all these generous gifts are ours at no cost whatsoever, and they've got a terrific amount of participating brands that we can explore. The group notices are loaded with information about sales, new releases, and plenty of helpful updates for us. I hope you all find something new to freshen up your wardrobe for 2026!

My first look comes from [WellMade] and is their Marwenna Top & Vest pairing. Each piece is provided in Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Slink Hourglass sizes, as well as a HUD with 2 textures for each. The vest can be deep brown or black, and our tank top has two animal prints to pick from, as you can see above :) Of course we can wear the top without the vest for even more versatility, and we can pair these with any pants, leggings, or skirts we already love. 

I also picked up the Petry Model--> Outfit UOLN gift, which is a flirty skirt set whose tank top has a pattern of tiny bunnies in crowns with the word Princess scattered about. This is the type of look that works for any time of year, and I'm glad I figured out that this store relocated their group gifts upstairs because I was a little bit lost at first ;)

Wow, our Brunsen! Tara Sexy Dress [1] gift is a sparkly stunner! The holographic texture made me think of champagne, and fancy nail polish, so that's two things I associate with this time of year :) Anyone else out there pay more attention to their RL nails for the holidays? This gorgeous strapless minidress is provided in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. There are other gifts for similar multi-designer groups also, well worth peeking at.

This playfully casual look is the Paparazzi gift from MONOMANIA called Authenticity. It includes the hoodie and shorts in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies each, and our combat boots fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat feet. Pairing shorts beneath a hoodie brings me back to evenings at the beach when it got a little chilly, and the boots have the letters LV in pink above a heart that has a classic tattoo style. Intriguing imagery if I do say so myself :)

My final look this evening is from a favorite place of mine for multi-designer group gifts and generally for creating complete outfits to wear all at once, Composer Girls Fashion. This is their !CGF-*Zoeie* Complete Skirt Outfit, which has a really fun style for any time of year. The tube top comes in 5 standard sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, then the jacket has classic S, M, and L sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. The skirt fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, and the matching boots come in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. I have every intention of enjoying the top and skirt with simple sandals and no jacket in hot weather, and maybe swapping the skirt for a pair of jeans to head somewhere snowy.

It's been a strange start to the new year, but I am not going to take it as an omen or anything. There was a mouse in one of the traps downstairs, now happily relocated to the nearby park, and the housemate almost addressed the issue of my saggy windows in this room. That top window pane wouldn't budge though, and I'm not 6'5" like he is with the arm reach of a basketball player ;) So I can't fix it either. Eventually it'll happen, but until then I'm lucky to get it over 68 degrees in here even with the little heater on full blast. I mentioned to a friend when it was 66.6 degrees in here, LOL, and she was like "you must keep it way cooler than I do, my heat is always set for 72" and I had to giggle and explain it's not by choice. Shop and Hop Snapdragon

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Snapdragon region of the SL22B Shop & Hop event, which is in its final week now as it wraps up on the 20th. The region has 20 designers' displays to explore, as each of the 24 regions do, so there are many discounted offerings and free gifts to enjoy :) Personally I am loving the Myths and Legends theme, which is not a requirement but the regions are decorated accordingly and many of the designers have let their creativity run wild with it. Isn't that always fun to see? 22 years of Second Life thriving as a virtual home for so many people is an incredible achievement, and I can't wait to see what the future holds. As always with Shop&Hops, I'm going to suggest that you use the FabFree spreadsheet as a guide to ensure that you don't miss any gifts, and show them some love for all of their hard work :)

My first look of the evening is our La Feminique gift named Taylor. It includes both the halter top and cropped pants in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The hot pink pants are styled as jeans with straight leg cut, and the color matches the strands holding the flirty halter top in place :) Naturally the tiny floral pattern on that top made me smile too, it's just so charming.

Those pants also came in handy to help me show you the [WellMade] Marline Top, another free gift found in the Snapdragon region. It is similar in that it's another halter top, this one shaped like a beautiful butterfly with sparkly textures. By the way, there is a texture HUD included, with 9 wonderful choices :) There are Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Juicyboobs mesh body sizes provided in this generous gift.

Perhaps you are hoping to find something a little more formal among the gifts, well .:{Sofia}:. has you covered with their Catalina Gown Dress Lima. I'll guess that the lima part means lime, although in my lighting the dress has more of a lemon-lime hue ;) This strapless beauty is studded with delicate gemstones, and the full skirt has a slit on the front for ease of walking. I'm wrapping up tonight's post with something casual and a little bit flirty :) The zOOm - Spring Top & Legging Gift pairs a sunny yellow top with matching patchwork patterned leggings, each of which will fit Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The tube top is laced very loosely closed in the front, while the leggings are low rise and dip down both front and back. I'd say that a cooler summer day or evening would still be a perfect time to wear this, despite the 'spring' in the name :) 

Weekends can be a real mixed bag lately, so I am relieved that mine was relatively peaceful. The weather was decent, and therapy went well earlier, so I am in an optimistic frame of mind. TeleportHub Group Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us to several wonderful stores who are a part of the TeleportHub.com group, which has a small $10L join fee to encourage people to stick around :) I've certainly felt I get my money's worth in notices about sales and new releases, let alone the fantastic gifts offered for anyone wearing the group tag at many of the stores. This group has a fun frame type sign for the stores to display, with the gift inside the frame so you can locate them fairly easily. The lower portion of the frame has buttons to click to join the group and visit the website, so they are useful right along with being attractive representations of the group. It was definitely fun to wrap up the weekend by hopping around the grid and visiting all these terrific places!

For my first look, we head to +Psycho Barbie+ for their [Vivian Dress - Fatpack] gift. The dress has a daringly diagonal hem, in sizes for Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The HUD offers 4 textures with black backgrounds and no side strap, plus the cross pattern you see on the right above in 11 colors that each have a matching lace strap for the bare left hip. 

Don't teleport away just yet, as our next store to visit is in the same shopping area :) [ENIGMA] is ready to dazzle you with their Pandora Corset Mini gift for TeleportHub members. There are sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Nerido, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Juicy, and Mounds mesh bodies, with a HUD offering 8 playful fabrics. The one on the right above is an open weave so it is see-through, but not instantly obvious from my rear view so I figured I would mention it just in case. You'll see once you give all the buttons a tickle ;) 

::Sweet Intoxication:: is ready to tempt us with their lovely Maisie Dress - Cranberry gift :) The openings and straps ensure that all essentials are covered, yet plenty of skin is peeking through for a very sexy result. This beauty fits Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The cranberry color softens to a bright pink in my lighting, and both the color and style give me happy summery vibes.

You know I just had to share this sassy treat from [>Ma'De<] which is their Lanny Top & Skirt. The solid top and matching plaid skirt are each provided for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, and being separates you can always wear either piece with anything else you already have waiting in your inventory too. As much as I appreciate the pairing, my brain tends to jump to more options sometimes :) 

For my final look of the evening, I slipped into the flirty [WellMade] Ritta Outfit. This gift has a low plunging tank top and itty bitty shorts in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a handy HUD offering 2 textures for the top and 3 solid colors for the shorts. Both top patterns are seen above, with the one on the left having more peachy tone to the flowers and the right's blooms are more purplish pink. The shorts color not shown matches the flowers on the right.

My weekend was fairly typical with ups and downs, and I can't figure out if my stomach is protesting the early days of the new meds or just didn't like something I ate. The queasy feeling was fun while in the car earlier, heh, but I survived ;) Eventually all these small successes will add up and help convince my brain that it's okay to be away from home, it's literally practicing with the goal of improving. Not much else to tell about my weekend, but I know where tomorrow's blog post will be from and you can expect lots of bright colors. Mesh Body Friends

 Hiya everyone! Tonight something made me wish for variety, one group tag but several places to visit. I've got several multi-designer groups to choose from when looking at my groups list, as they are just so handy with so much info collected into one place :) My random pick was Mesh Body Friends, and as you'll see they were a worthy choice. I usually visit the stores who've posted in group notices most recently, or I have a folder of landmarks that I've labeled with what groups they offers gifts for so I know where to head for this type of post. No special secrets, no insider info or bloggers privilege LOL, just attempts to stay organized. 

For my first look, I visited [WellMade] to pick up their terrific Dulcie Dress. They've got many different groups' gifts including their own, many of which I've shared in prior posts, so it's no surprise that they have something special for the MBF group. The dress has bare shoulders and a plunging draped neckline with chain dangling down to the navel, and fits Belleza Classic, Belleza Classic Dainty, Belleza Curvy, Belleza Curvy Dainty, Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. There is also a HUD included, with 3 dress colors and 3 metals for our chain, so we can change up the look if we wish. 

I also visited LSR, where they have not just one but two generous gifts waiting for MBF group members! This is their [LSR] Sexy Barbie Suit Pink V2, a fun combo of triangular halter top and fluttery miniskirt with bonus pink sunglasses. The top and skirt are each provided in sizing for Belleza Classic, Belleza Classic SQB, Belleza Curvy, Belleza Curvy SQB, Legacy, Nerido, Perky, Maitreya, Smashboobs, Reborn, and Juicyboobs mesh bodies. Smashboobs made me think Smashmouth so now their All-Star song is in my head, *facepalm* competing with Barbie Girl for obvious reasons ;) I'd also like to mention that the cool pink shades have a built in resize script so you can get just the right fit.

[LSR] - Sexy Gladys Bikini Lilac definitely has me dreaming of summer or at least anywhere with a beach or pool. The bikini bra, panty, and pareo (sarong) all come in Erika, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes, with matching heels for Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn feet. The pattern on the fabric is a playful one, with things like life preservers, seashells, and ship's wheels, lots of nods to the coming season.

Next we have the sexy [K-Style] LAMBADA DRESS #14, one of several gifts on the wall behind and above the front desk at the store. There are Freya, Isis, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Slink Hourglass sizes included of this fun and vibrant bare-shouldered mini dress. 

My final look of the evening is the Snappy 69 Ladies Shirt Pack gift that made me giggle :) The front has an embroidered S on it in green to match the neckline, and the back has 69 in green trimmed with red. It fits eBody Reborn, Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, and Slink Physique mesh bodies, and can be paired with just about any bottoms that suit your personal style. I wonder how many people will ask you what the S stands for if your name doesn't begin with that letter? As I do frequently on here, I'm wearing the blue pair of Delizio jeans from their marketplace fatpack gift.

Today was a decent one, if a bit confusing thanks to the shifting of dinner at my parents' from Fridays to a temporary Thursday. That was nice though, and we talked about the things that need to be done next with my grandmother's house and belongings. It is scary how many things had gone missing during the time she was ill, with several different live-in caregivers over the years. It is a sad reality of trusting people, sometimes it doesn't go well. They took good care of her though which was the primary goal, and if they got sticky fingers we can't do anything about it now. They are going to sell the house as soon as possible, no idea when that would be, and my mom is the executor of the will as the elder of the two children. Other than that, we had a nice time talking about their dinner plans for tomorrow and their 55th wedding anniversary :) I am still amazed just imagining that longevity of a relationship, it's an impressive accomplishment for sure. MGSN Gift Train

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to tell you about the fun and generous MGSN Gift Train, which is a tour of participating stores of the MGSN or Maitreya Gifts, Sales and News group. It is free to join, and this seems to be a recurring celebration this time of year :) I do recall sharing some of last year's gifts, and now we've got a whole new batch of limited time treats to help you celebrate the season. There is a Christmas theme among some of the gifts, but not exclusively, so even if you do not celebrate or already have you fill of holiday fashions, you can still find plenty that will suit simply winter or any season. We have the rest of the month to claim these particular goodies, so we'd better hurry! Most of these designers have other gifts out for the MGSN group, so might as well have a peek while you're aboard the gift train.

Composer Girls Fashion is embracing the holiday season with their gift train gift, called !CGF-*Playful Christmas* Outfit. It consists of the halter top, jacket, and two pairs of shorts (high-cut on the left above or the original style on the right) in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with a matching thigh socks/sneakers combo in Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, and Physique sizing. The candy cane mouthie can be adjusted, and the festive hat can too especially with the built in resize script. We can mix up the way we wear this by adding all the parts or just some, customizing the look for our personal style.

For a touch of snowflakes on a dark backdrop of poinsettias, we have the lovely .:AlmaMiranda:. Christmas Train Dress. This made me think of a little black dress but elevated for the season :) There are sizes for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy mesh bodies provided for this beauty.

One of the non-seasonal gifts I mentioned earlier would be our ::BE BOLD:: Strawberry Show outfit. This adorable top and shorts set are both trimmed in red (slightly festive?) with a print of strawberries and their pretty white blossoms on a blue background. Our friends in the southern hemisphere can enjoy this summery treat right now, and those of us in colder climates can simply visit warm locales in SL if we need a break from the snow or chill!

Next I changed into the [DIESEL Deluxe] Carly Outfit Pink + White Boots gift, the combination of which gives me retro 60s vibes with a modern twist. They are both provided in eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite sizes, and the dress has a terrific amount of shine that makes me think latex. I love how the lacing on the boots is the same color as the dress :)

My final look of the evening is courtesy of [WellMade], their Dany Set GIFT which is just one of many treats they have for various groups including their own :) The strapless dress and cropped jacket each fit eBody Reborn, Juicy Boobs, Erika, Erika Bubble, Freya, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD with 2 colors each for dress and jacket, all of which are shown above. There is something so playful about having a traditional knit sweater pattern on the bodice of a formfitting mini dress, don't ya think?

These Treats Are WellMade

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're heading back to [WellMade] for more group gifts, but also visiting their game room which I'd mentioned last night. Confession - I hadn't won anything from the lucky boards or lucky chairs yet to share yesterday, LOL, so that's why I focused solely on the group gifts :) The group's tag you need for everything shown is free to join, so all you need is a group slot and a little time if the game room catches your eye. We can either walk around the store for a while or use one of the teleport boards found on several different walls to reach the game room, and there are midnight mania boards waiting along with camping chairs where you sit for 45 minutes and earn the gift shown. It all depends what kind of time you have available really. I've been a fan of WellMade for quite some time, thanks to their quality and generosity, so I've also been a group member for ages and grateful to be so.

My first look is the lovely [WellMade] Tinna Dress GIFT which is a group gift on the shelves with the others from last night's post. It is comprised of a separate top and skirt, each in sizing for Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 8 colors for each, and 3 metals for the zipper in the front of our top. The snug fit of the bodice contrasts beautifully with the flared skirt, don't ya think?

Another irresistible group gift is the [WellMade] Izza Dress GIFT shown here. The style reminds me of a kimono thanks to the high collar and wrapped front, tied with a belt that has a substantial bow holding it closed. There are Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes included, with a 16 texture HUD that lets us choose from just about every possible combo of pink, white, navy, and black for the dress and belt. As with most HUDs, I had a great time clicking each one in a row and watching each texture appear until I was satisfied with the results.

Next I combined a group gift and a lucky board prize to make one sizzling outfit :) The [WellMade] Nyra Top GIFT is, just as the name indicates, a group gift that we can claim :) This knit halter top has lots of detailed straps in the front, and will fit eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 22 colors for the top and 6 metal tones for the rings that hold the straps, so plenty of possibilities there. These cute denim shorts come in 5 fitmesh standard sizes as well as eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and TMP mesh body versions. We also receive, as you can guess, a handy HUD that offers 7 patterns and 3 shades of denim. One of my favorite aspects of these shorts is that they are modest without being stuffy or matronly looking, so they are just right for a G-rated destination where you want to look casually cute.

Luck was on my side today, as there are two lucky chairs each with a different prize and I managed to win both of them to share :) This one is the [WellMade] Laisa Outfit, a playfully flirty halter top and itty bitty skirt (versions with and without thong) that all fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Werewolf bodies. There is a HUD also with 25 choices apiece for the top, top frill, top string, skirt, and thong. Now is a good time to mention that the thong part is basically the booty floss, just a slender string between the cheeks that is only really visible from behind (seen on the right above). The gift also includes Omega appliers for panties in black and white, so I am wearing the white on the left and the black on the right. I'm guessing this was initially released before BOM was a thing, no big deal :)

WellMade Group Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I realized it had been a while since I shared any of the [WellMade] group gifts, so naturally I wanted to remedy that immediately. Their group is free to join, and there is a wall of gifts for that group as well as several treats for various multi-designer groups on the wall to its right. So whatever groups you're a member of, please check and see if you can claim even more treats while you are visiting :) I'd also like to mention that there is a "game room" on the teleport list that is also a benefit of group membership, with lucky chairs and boards along with midnight mania boards and a few camping chairs so if you have 45 minutes to spare you can have a seat and earn a free treat. That's a great excuse to sort inventory, or you can always watch videos on your favorite social media source or read a book, chat with a friend, whatever leisure activity suits you. I will probably camp out soon and do a mixture of everything I mentioned, LOL, with a focus on the pesky inventory with ghosts of years past to be sifted through. What better time of year to get spooky than October?

My first look this evening is the [WellMade] Quincy Dress GIFT which I believe is their newest, off to the left of the shelves of gifts and displayed in a larger photo above the gift bag. There are sizes for eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies included, all with a handy HUD offering 22 colors apiece for the dress and ropes. Those ropes are a fantastic detail the way they are crisscrossed around as both belt and straps to hold the top in place. The skirt has a daring slit on the left side, clear up to the waistline, almost as flirty as the mostly open bodice :)

Next I changed into the [WellMade] Peggy Outfit GIFT because well, my RL weather didn't get the memo that it's October now and the temperature was in the 80s this afternoon, so I still need warm weather clothing :) The corset and shorts each fit Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, and we receive a HUD with 7 colors and 5 metals for each part. The laced areas have rivets for the string to go through which is where those metals come into play, and I love the crinkled texture of the shorts' fabric.

I feel like they will look just as comfy and cute with a sweater or heavier shirt (sweatshirt perhaps?) as they will with a bikini top, so they transition from summer into cooler temps easily.

My final look of the evening brings us beautifully into the spooky season with plenty of versatility. It's called [WellMade] Beatrix Dress, a name that reminds me simultaneously of the author Beatrix Potter and (more appropriate for the theme of the dress) Bellatrix Lestrange. The dress has fluttery rolled edging on the sleeves and brief hemline, with a cowl neck. We receive eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes, along with a HUD offering 10 solid colors each for top and collar, and 10 patterns for the skirt that coordinate well with the solid hues. I tend to enjoy contrast between different parts for photography purposes, but the collar can be matched exactly to the top if you prefer. Some of the patterns are definitely Halloween themed, but not all, so you can wear this lovely gift for any season.

So how was everyone's weekend? Mine was quiet and warmer than I'd expected, but overall not too bad :) Watching preseason hockey can be a bit frustrating since it doesn't really count for standings but it helps you see what direction the teams may be headed in the regular season...and my favorite team is struggling as it has for too long. I believe we have 2 more games before the regular season begins, and it has been fun to see the new players (good grief they are young!) and how they are fitting into the team playing style. I am very excited about the October rounds of hunts and events, and you can expect lots of themed fashions here because I'm sure there will be an abundance of black and orange, spiders, bats, witches, and the like.  Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood for variety, so I visited some stores who are part of the Mesh Body Friends group and looked for some MBF group gifts. And yes, I did find several that it is my pleasure to share :) The group is free to join, and a good source of information on sales and new releases as well as these gifts. Then for added variety, I have a wonderful sneak peek for you...the Saturday Sale offers from Entice for this round! Our first stop of the evening is the always generous YoU by GeMyles, where I happily picked up the MBF group gift called Jenee Dress. It includes the dress and boots, each in sizing for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. There is also a handy HUD with 32 lovely colors we can use to tint the dress, while the sexy belt on the right hip stays black to match the peeptoe boots. The strappy boots fit Altamura Sofia, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, but this dress would look just as appealing with any footwear you wish. I certainly do appreciate having matching or coordinated shoes included in an outfit though :)

[WellMade] is always a fantastic place to visit, so I was not surprised to find the terrific Isabela Dress GIFT among the treats for various groups there. We receive black and brown versions of this single shoulder, asymmetrical dress in sizes for eBody Reborn, Erika, Kupra, Kups, Kupra Squeeze, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. The brown is a deep enough shade that the distinction is subtle, yet I'm very glad to have both choices :) I think the dark neutrals will lend themselves very well to accessorizing to dress up or down, add color or keep a monochromatic style, it's all up to you and your personal tastes.

I also stopped by AlmaMiranda, whose offering for the group is simply called Mesh Body Friends gift 07-22. It does have a summery feel which I am grateful for, and fits Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The deep scooped neckline is framed with a hot pink ruffle to match the trim on the skirt and the flowers in the pretty pattern. The ruffle reminds me of a Hawaiian flower lei somehow, just part of the tropical flavor perhaps. Now I really need to wear this to a Hawaiian themed region!

It was a quiet day and a hockey-filled evening, as I wound up watching 2 games in a row that both turned out the way I wanted. Tomorrow evening is dinner with my parents as usual for a Friday, and I am definitely looking forward to it. My cousin asked about our great grandfather and when he immigrated, and my mom found some very old paperwork like birth certificates and marriage certificates for her father's parents, born 1881 and 1884 (same town in Italy) I think it was. They came through Ellis Island, and she found a naturalization card of some sort (green card?) but there was no issue date on it. Genealogy is not my field of expertise, but his wife has an interest so she might be working on a family tree for him.
