FaMESHed Part Two

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we've got more gifts from the FaMESHed event's 14th anniversary round to enjoy. They have a separate area for the gifts, so you will need to join the group by copy/pasting secondlife:///app/group/8ae32885-b174-3f8e-4a70-5df905f8f93a/about into your local chat and then you are able to teleport into the group area :) There is plenty of shopping to appreciate too of course, and I am always eager to see what's new. I've known many RL businesses that didn't last for 14 years, and time seems to work differently in SL so it's a huge accomplishment that I am pleased to help them honor by sharing this information.

We start with the playful GIZ SEORN "Miera" Set [Print 1] gift. Its strapless top and low slung pants are each provided in Lara X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh body sizes. There's also a HUD for the ornaments on the top (bow and fringe) that lets us choose from 12 different colors. Isn't that striped pattern a fun one? 

Our next outfit looks like lingerie, and you'll be surprised to hear that it's all one piece! The MIDNA - Coraline Outfit - LIGHT BLUE gift comes in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 14 choices each for the borders and hearts, plus the ability to hide or unhide the panties. The rainbow texture somewhere in the middle of the bar of color buttons is the one that caught my eye for the left above :) 

Our littlefox - Eliana dress / minty gift is ready to cling to every curve and show off our shape to perfection :) There are Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes included, as well as a HUD for the built in panties with 40 colors and a show/hide option. The dress color is dreamy, and I love the cutouts that bare our shoulders above the extended long sleeves.

It was time for a frosty cold drink, so I added the WetCat :: Soda Cup for AO [Bento] treat to this outfit :) The cup is bright red with DeerCat on it in white, and has a menu on touch with a still pose hold, animation for drinking, or you can stop the animations entirely. 

My final look of the night is our [VARSITY] "Lia" bodysuit (Pack-04) group gift. The suit has a pretty collar and full sleeves, built in black belt, and classic cut leg openings that add up to an elegant and sexy look. We receive sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Nhumana, and Reborn mesh bodies, as well as an 8 color HUD whose palette reminds me of either blush, highlighter, or lipsticks. That does mean that the colors are flattering to a wide range of skin tones, and just generally quite pretty :) 

It was a really busy day yesterday, and I enjoyed the places I went even though the drive to each was stressful. They were close together, so it was convenient if not the easiest on the old anxiety ;) It rained off and on all day, and just started again now, so you'd think the temperature would start dropping but it was 78 in this room a little while ago. 73 now, whew! VARSITY Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I visited the VARSITY store, where the group is currently free to join and there are several group gifts each for men and women. I'd also like to mention that after you click the gifts on one wall, please turn around and you'll see a $600L gift card for group members on the wall facing the gifts. The card itself expires on the 30th of September, but once you redeem it, those credits will not expire. So please use the card to increase your store credit immediately :) Meanwhile I am happily sharing some of the currently available gifts for the ladies, and I'd like to note that they seem to cater to body brands other than Maitreya so if you have a harder time finding Legacy, Kupra, or Reborn for example, this might be your new favorite store.

My first look is our flirty [VARSITY] MONZIE DRESS - (FatPack) gift. The strapless dress has scooped sides and short skirt, in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. There's also a HUD enclosed with 16 texture choices which include 4 patterns and 12 solid colors. They all look fantastic, and I always appreciate the versatility of HUDs to give an outfit a whole new appearance.

Just because fall is officially here, that doesn't mean we won't occasionally need a swimsuit for those tropical SL areas or our very own private pool. The VARSITY / CLAUDIA PRAYA SET (FatPack) consists of the bikini and the kimono, each in Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh body sizes. They are packaged separately, and each has its own HUD with 15 solid colors. The bikini is worn as a single piece, and the kimono is sheer but I must admit it seems more sheer in green than yellow above. 

The very chic VARSITY / MILAN DRESS (FatPack) gift has a bare left shoulder, long right sleeve, and choker style neckline so we don't even need to add a necklace. Each color is packaged separately in sizing for Erika, Legacy, Nerido, Perky, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. I'm wearing blue on the left above and rose on the right, but you can also select black, brown, cognac, green, grey, red, or violet.

The style of our [VARSITY] VICKY DRESS (FatPack) group gift immediately made me think of Jessica Rabbit! Our long column dress with sweetheart neckline and the evening gloves are each designed for Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I'm sure you can tell that there is a HUD also, and that offers 18 colors apiece to mix and match your dress and gloves.

One final look of the night, I changed into the sexy [VARSITY] "Aletta" catsuit - (Pack 01) gift :) This suit provides lots of coverage, yet has sheer sections that can be adjusted with the same HUD as the 6 color options which are all monochromatic offerings. So we don't get 50 shades of grey, just half a dozen ;) There are sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Nhumana, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies provided. 

For a brief second there, my brain struggled to recall what day of the week it is, so the brain fog is having a moment I guess. My day wasn't too bad overall, and I am most likely going out tomorrow early evening because it's about time to do more outings. Dollar Tree is the likely destination so I can look for those hand sanitizers again, and maybe a few inexpensive snacks or beverages. Cosmo Part Two

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm pleased to show you some more of the round two anniversary gifts from Cosmopolitan, all available until the 29th for their group which is free to join. Just look for the little wooden crates at each display, while you browse the many exclusive and discounted offers for sale. I am so happy for Cosmo's 11 wonderful years, and wish them many more successful rounds in the future.

My first look of the evening is the gift from Saussi called ::SS:: Dress Dri (Black). It has a playful bow and ruffled hemline, with a black blouse layered beneath the body-skimming main dress. There are sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies included, with a HUD to allow us to choose from 9 plaid textures each for the bow and ruffle. The ruffle choice appears on the rounded trim on the neck beneath the bow, which is why you see both red and blue on the left above :) There are also 3 colors for the built in panties, plus a button to turn them off and on so you can hide them if you wish. 

Next I changed into the [FLIRT] Chimera romper-Cosmopolitan gift, which I'm noticing is a bit more revealing up top than I realized while taking these pictures ;) We receive Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Maitreya Push-up, Nerido Push-up, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy mesh body versions of this sandy tan short romper with very pretty embroidery at the waist. It has a very flattering fit, with deep V both front and back. 

VARSITY is offering this charming AGNE DRESS - FATPACK as their group gift for Cosmo's anniversary. It has a high neck, fluttery elbow length sleeves, and short hemline so it can be worn for a wide range of climates and times of year. There are sizes for eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies included, along with an 8 color HUD for us to select the shade that suits our mood. Apparently my mood is bold and colorful at the moment :)

I am fearfully and wonderfully made, according to the text on the tattoo from this next gift. It is the Brendha Top+TaTToo - Green Set by [CAROL G]. Our top is a lovely forest green with intriguing neckline that shows much of the tattoo, in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies. The tattoo is in system/BOM layers, in your choice of dark (shown), medium, or light. The combo is absolutely wonderfully made in my opinion! The good little Catholic schoolgirl in me recognizes that as a bible quote without recalling specifics, but I find it very moving to ponder without any context needed. My jeans are the black pair from my favorite Marketplace freebie, the Delizio jeans fatpack that consists of several denim colors in system/BOM layers plus appliers for Maitreya/Omega.

My final look starts with a sexy gift from ELEVEN, their Kora Dress [14]. It has spaghetti straps with one side dangling beneath the arm, and a thong panty built in that you can see clearly through the wide slit back. It comes in Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes, all with that delicate floral pattern that really pops against the black background. Then I added another gift, the KUNGLERS - Biba set Rose jewelry. The necklace and earrings have pale pink tulip buds on intricate silver, and those earrings are remarkable the way they extend along the outer edge of the ears! If you need to resize them, just click the piece of jewelry you wish to adjust and a handy resize menu will open. 

It was a quiet day and a hockey-filled evening, as I've been watching the playoffs this week despite my team not being a part of them. I've seen amazing goals, wild fights, and an injury last night that took 75 stitches to repair (accidental skate blade to the face), so it is a whirlwind as usual. It was a chilly but bright morning at the market, and I met a new vendor who brought croissants and cookies for sale. They had their whole family with them and seemed very nice, and their treats were delicious :) Tomorrow I will be taking the night off from blogging since my dinnertime visit to my grandmother will probably mean I won't get home until after I usually start composing the post. I don't even celebrate Easter from a religious perspective, just as a reason to spend time with family ♥. Tres Chic Part Deux

 Hiya everyone! Tonight there are more gifts to see from the Tres Chic 7th anniversary celebration. The gifts are for the free Tres Chic group and can be claimed by clicking the stacks of 2x2 lettered cubes at most of the displays since so many participating designers are helping celebrate. I have been so impressed with the generosity of these gifts, and you will find some wonderful offers for sale at every single display :) You can certainly find something new to spice up your weekend here.

First I tried on the alluring "Off-Line" x "Lilo" Dress / Fatpack GIFT, a wrapped halter style dress with slightly asymmetrical hemline and trailing strands from the tie on the right side. The dress comes in Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, with a generous HUD allowing us to choose from 20 classic (solid) colors, 20 bandana prints, and 20 camo print hues. One of the bandana colors can be seen on the left above, with a camo to the right. HUDs offer such versatility and I always greatly appreciate them.

This beauty is the Lilu - Burgund gift from AVALE. It has a plunging neckline and extra short skirt with daring side slits for added sex appeal. Our gift includes sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kalhene Erika, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, as well as a 10 color HUD for the skirt. I randomly chose a dark green and a black to show you, but there are lighter hues and even a burgundy that matches the top exactly. 

Next we have the VARSITY / ANDREYA SET - FATPACK gift, a crop top and romper that each fit Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies. There is also a HUD for each piece with the same 8 colors, so you can mix or match to suit any mood. The romper is close fitting with spaghetti straps, while the crop top is a loose turtleneck to just cover the shoulders and arms.

TO.KISKI has a really cute gift for us called Vanilla Mini Dress / Stripe, in a coral shade of pink and white. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies provided, all in a fun fluttery style with spaghetti straps and ruffles to show off our curves.

For my final look of the evening, I slipped into the MELODY LUCA FATPACK dress which is a flirty strapless mini with lots of circular cutouts both front and back. I had fun trying them all on to see the different colors :)

Cosmpolitan 10th Anniversary

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting Cosmopolitan, who are celebrating an impressive 10 years of bringing us exclusive offers and the best in fashion and home decor. This first round of the month is open until the 14th, and I believe there will be different designers/gifts for the second round celebration so I will absolutely be checking back :) If you join their free group, you will find gifts at many of the displays in wooden crates, so just give each one of those a click and you will receive a wide variety of treats. I'm excited to share a sampling of those in this post, as I congratulate Cosmo for their longevity in the event world.

For my first look this evening, I slipped into the Meva Enola Dress & Lyla Boots which are both inside their gift box. The dress comes in Maitreya and Petite sizes, while the ankle boots did not quite fit my Maitreya feet at high or mid heights so I just alpha'ed them away ;) The neutral color palette is so charming, and I was also drawn to the empire waist and bell sleeves. 

#Apl.Blossom also has a terrific gift for us, their Barcelona No. 10 jumpsuit. This strapless formfitting suit has a built in belt, embroidered lace, and a single sheer bra cup on the right. I am hiding my visible nipple behind my hand, but you can tell that the fabric there is translucent :) The gift includes Freya, Isis, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, all in that great ombre of pink to purple to blue.

Next we see the flirty VARSITY / PAMELLA DRESS - FATPACK, a generous gift indeed. The crossed halter dress has a peekaboo midriff and short hemline, provided in eBody, Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite body sizes. There is also a handy HUD with 10 colors, so our fatpack is easy on the inventory count and easy on the eyes.

Another fantastically flirty ensemble is our gift from Candy Kitten. Their *CK* Pure love set consists of two tops (heart and white) and two skirts (red and white) that we can mix and match. The tops include sizes for eBody, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies, with a HUD in each to choose from 10 colors for the hearts on the front (nipple covers) and 5 metals for the buttons. As for the skirts, those have a HUD with 5 button colors and 3 choices for the panties (black, white, pink) as well as black or white for the lace trim and the option to hide the panties. Now as you can see on the right, the skirt is split in the back and the flaps are held open, so hiding those panties will turn out to be a very cheeky option. Yes, bad pun intended ;) The skirts will fit eBody, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies.

My final look of the evening is actually two gifts, a full outfit and a bonus bit of belly jewelry. The clothing is the Limited Addiction - LOTD 194 gift, which includes Legacy and Maitreya sizes each of the top, skirt, arm bands, and bracelets. The shirt says "dream" on it, which made me smile, and the low cut mini skirt has a flourish of plaid. I added the FashionNatic - Camila BellyRing - Gift since the plunging skirt waistband shows it off so well :) This rigged belly piercing comes in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies, with a HUD that offers a whopping 50 colors for the stone and 8 metals. You can see it better in the inset above, a rounded orb of whichever gemstone you wish that is caged with swirls of metal. 

It was a busy day at home, and I have been keeping an eye on the local news this evening because of a bear roaming around a nearby neighborhood. It's not far from where my best friend lived when she first got married, although she is in the mountains now and sees bears quite regularly in an odd coincidence. This is a very developed suburban area with houses very close together and tiny lawns, so it is surprising. They are trying to lure it into a trap with baked goods, LOL, since tranquilizing it did not succeed. I'd crawl into a cage for free donuts, but jelly wouldn't be my first choice...yes, they actually specified that on the news. They plan on releasing it somewhere safer for both bear and humans, so it should be a positive ending. I hope you're all having a great day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

 Hiya everyone! Tonight there are just a few more Tres Chic anniversary gifts that I want to share, although honestly there are simply dozens of wonderful treats you can claim with your free Tres Chic group tag. Most of the displays have a stack of 4 boxes with letters on them, which we click to receive our gifts which include a generous mix of clothing, accessories, and more. May is certainly a great month for celebrating event anniversaries!

For my first look I combined two gifts, so let's start from the top ;) That would be the Blamage gift called Joy Top - Black, which has a particularly versatile HUD. The top itself comes in sizes for Freya, Kupra, Kupra Bimbo, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya bodies. Then the provided HUD has 7 sayings for the front (5 white trimmed in pink, two in either white or black like the one on the right above) and the ability to lift one side, both sides, or remove the top completely to leave the X tape pasties. There are even 10 color choices for each of the pasties, so you can mix and match the colors. My skirt here is the Loki - Heart Skirt - Pink&Black - Maitreya gift, a short flared mini skirt with black waistband and lovely heart pattern. I think of this as a flirty and romantic style that will look so nice beneath your favorite tops. 

I kept the Blamage gift top on here but changed into another skirt, the BlackOpium.Mona.FATPACK gift. This versatile skirt is provided in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya, with an impressive three HUDs (solid, leather, and houndstooth) which each offer 20 color choices for the waist, base, and ruffle. You can mix and match these quite a bit, even using different HUDs for each section if you want. 

For something extra sexy, please be sure to claim your gift from KENNY ROLANDS which is their [KR] SEXY DUCLITA -LIGHTPINK-. The bra and panties are each included in Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya sizes, with a black lace overlay and golden chains on both pieces. They are really well crafted, alluring but not overly revealing, and I love the color combination. 

VARSITY has a cute casual gift for us called NAYARD ROMPER -BLUE-, and I am delighted to share it with all of you :) It comes in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya bodies, with slender spaghetti straps and a subtle knit texture. The vibrant color is going to be really fun for summer. I accessorized it a bit with another gift, the Jewelry Box & Co. - Butterfly Diamond Necklace. This lovely choker is loaded with gemstones and has a few delicate butterflies dangling from it, and the gift includes versions with and without "full bright" so you can try them both on and see which you prefer with your personal lighting settings. The one I am wearing is without the full bright, just to give you an idea. 

I am so relieved to have my hair cut and colored, so no more roots and my stylist took about 4" off the length. It has been growing faster lately it seems, so I am loving the way it feels so much lighter and bouncier. The natural waves show up better without being dragged down by its sheer weight, and it needed shaping with a few long layers. The color is my usual auburn, which is hiding lots of grays and some dull ashy brunette roots. There are several redheads in my family but connected by marriage so I could not inherit their gorgeous coloring, although my skin tone is pale enough to be a ginger.
