Hiya everyone! Tonight I craved variety, so I explored some FabFree in SL group gifts to share :) The group is free to join and gives you an "I'm Fabulous!" group tag to wear, and it is the inworld presence of the wonderful FabFree in SL blog that I've been a fan of for nearly all of my time in SL. It's a great source of news from top designers about sales, new releases, and all sorts of events to visit, in addition to the wonderful gifts that I love to share here from time to time. Please get comfy because we are visiting several different locations to claim these generous gifts :)
Tooty Fruity has me feeling mystical with their Sweater - Skyla gift for FabFree. It may not be October just yet, but it is chilly in some regions in SL so something warm to wear is always welcomed :) This high necked sweater comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, as well as 5 standard sizes for classic avatars. There is also a HUD with 8 different textures, all black backgrounds but various colors of the two patterns seen above. The midnight part of my Midnight Magpie personality approves of all the moons!
I also stopped by [satus Inc] and peeked behind their desk, where there are several group signs on the wall including the FabFree one. These signs each have a smaller image of a gift attached, like the charming Maxine Puff Sleeve Strapless Dress Blue for us fabulous folks :) It has bare shoulders and detached sleeves, and has a strong galaxy vibe thanks to the pattern of tiny planets scattered on the blue background. I zoomed in and saw a few with rings like Saturn so yes, they are definitely heavenly bodies. Speaking of bodies, this gift will fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies with ease. I'm thinking jewelry with stars on it would be a fun match...
Do you need a new sundress for summer? Trick question, since it's free I would say we all do ;) I suggest you head on over to Petry Model Store with your FabFree group tag and claim this wonderful Dress USDS gift. It is as versatile as it is pretty, thanks to a 21 texture HUD with a mix of prints and solids to select from. The dress is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. I do appreciate the fluttery skirt style and the sweetheart neckline, and the way the trim is always a well coordinated solid color is a definite plus.
BWC Fascinating set is a gift that's certain to turn up the heat, no matter what climate you're in! This extra sheer sparkly dress and tiny panties (crotch patch) each come in Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with heels that fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink high feet. You can tell there is also a HUD, with 12 colors apiece for the dress and panties (they are tinted green on the left above but we can only see like 2 pixels worth, I promise I'm wearing them!!) and 6 for the heels. Please click the appropriate button first to choose what to tint, then your color selection, or you just might apply the heels texture to your entire dress. Trust me, that is a weird look, LOL, but easily remedied once you click the dress button and then retexture it correctly :) Then tap that heels button and pick your shoe shade, easy peasy.
My final look of the evening is blooming with beauty, the La Feminique - Flora gift for FabFree. If you've read here before (and if so, thank you ♥) you may have seen me mention that I love floral patterns of all kinds, and these multicolored daisies instantly captivated me. We receive sizes for eBody Reborn, Erika, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Kups A, Kups B, Legacy, Perky, Love Aphrodite, Love Momma, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. The neckline is a little lower cut than I initially realized, but trimmed in a sweet shade of pink that highlights the pattern very nicely.
