Hiya everyone! I have a fun little free hunt for you, 7 eggs set for $0L at the BASTA! retirement sale. All Basta! branded clothing is retiring at the end of the month, and the hunt seems to be ending at the same time. New clothing will be the designer's original creations under the La Gazza Ladra brand, and Basta! will be the brand exclusively for footwear. I found a blog post about the sale, but found out about the hunt through their inworld group. I am showing you most of the 7 prizes tonight :)
First up we have prize #1, their Vallecula skirt and sweater set in mauve. Each piece is included in several sizes including a fitmesh version so you should get a great fit, and I have to comment on the terrific color and texturing. This makes me think of a cool spring evening when you want to look cute and snuggly.
Next we have the treat found in egg #2, their Uncharted Jersey dress in Olive. This is also provided in several mesh sizes including a fitmesh version, and is full of fun details like the pockets and attached belt. The sleeves already gave me a military impression, and this color enhances that idea in my mind.
For something a bit more fancy, find the #3 egg and you will claim this stunning Question Me Satin & Lace dress in Royal. 6 mesh sizes including the fitmesh version are provided, and this is one of those wonderful dresses that looks amazing both coming and going.
We also need a great casual look, and egg #5 contains one. This is Hello Tracy top & shorts in Teal, and includes standard, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink sizes for each piece. The colors are soothing, and I love the pattern on the top.
My last look of the night is the prize found in egg #6, their Being Spoiled Coat Dress in Plum. Several mesh sizes and a fitmesh version are included, and the swirling pattern adds a touch of whimsy too, along with the fact that it looks as soft as a bathrobe.

Hiya everyone! I am still hunting my way through The Dirty Turkey Hunt, looking for those crafty little birds hiding on hockey pucks in a variety of funny ways (as eyeballs, in the mouths of decorative animals, replacing a model's face on a gown display...) and thoroughly enjoying both the hunt and the rewards. I have some sneak peeks for you of course, along with an unrelated group gift of nails because well, I do love a good manicure.
First up for the evening, I have this adorably sexy outfit from The Little Bat. Yes, the shirt does say "Gobble these", and the turkey's facial expression is similar to the one on our hunt object. This wonderful prize (#16) is comprised of the mesh shirt and skirt, each in standard mesh sizes, plus system layers for the stockings, and an applier for Slink feet which I gladly used to tint my tootsies. Altogether I'd say it's the perfect outfit for a family Thanksgiving, if said family has a great sense of humor :)
This very pretty skirt set would be an excellent choice for a more traditional holiday family gathering. Prize #22 from Basta! is named As A Feather, and you may have noticed the fun plumage design on the skirt, one of many great details including the lovely bow and belt, and the cozy knit texture of the sweater.
This is probably best for a private holiday after-party ;) This alluring lingerie is prize #23 from Cheeky, and is called Harness Body! Rose. Find the hidden turkey puck, and you will see that it contains the system layers shown along with an Omega applier for your favorite mesh enhancements.
Another delicate lingerie outfit can be found at 1 Hundred, in their prize #02. This is their Seeking Top and Undies in Sienna, and comes in the system layers shown in two versions for the top, with and without lace (as you can see) plus a HUD with multiple appliers. This is one of those beautiful sets that makes you feel more confident just knowing you are wearing something so flattering.
I personally find that it is also a great confidence booster to have a chic new manicure, and the latest group gift from Nail Me! is a fantastic choice. Exotica comes in Slink and Omega version HUDs, each with 8 colors of the same intricate design. On the nails it looks almost like swirling smoke, a lovely effect. The Nail Me! group is still free to join, so don't hesitate!
Well, I finally went premium because I desperately needed more group slots, hehe, and my first premium home is where I took the above photos. I wasn't entirely happy with various aspects and will probably be moving later, LOL, so tomorrow's photos may be taken somewhere entirely different. Perhaps at the rental skybox I'm still sharing with Xan, as most of my recent pictures have been. Hiya everyone! As I'm sure you guessed from the title, tonight's post features more terrific prizes from The Autumn Effect Hunt. There are so many generous designers taking part in this one, you are bound to find things you can appreciate too, so let's dive right in!
If you need an outfit to dress up in that says autumn in a fun way, look no further than prize #55 from Basta! This is called Hear The Wind and includes the peplum blouse in espresso along with the black satin skirt, each in standard mesh sizes. The texture of that blouse is just heavenly, and I do enjoy a pretty peplum. You probably noticed that I switched back to short hair, as much as I love the hair I wore yesterday this shorter 'do is better for showing off jewelry. The necklace and earrings I am pleased to show off are prize #29, the Marrie Jewelry from [Glitzz], which includes a HUD with 10 colors to choose from. Think of all the wonderful matching possibilities! I also love the delicate filigree pattern on the earrings and necklace.
Next we have the Scandalous Vest from 1 Hundred, who are #08 in our hunt path. This is gorgeous coming and going, and I am enjoying the system layer but it also includes a HUD full of appliers for Lola, Physique, Wowmeh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Omega. Sounds like all the mesh loving ladies can wear this as well. I must say, that color is fantastic for fall. I paired it with the Afterlyfe leggings from yesterday, along with the jewelry from the first photo after choosing a different color on that HUD. Never underestimate the power of versatility :)
I stepped outside to enjoy a tasty cup of coffee in my new Loyalty is Royalty Shirt from B-DaZZled, this is prize #53 and I am sporting the system layer...you'll be pleased to hear that it also includes an Omega applier, and there is a mesh version for the men with 3 rigged sizes and 2 fitmesh sizes. As for the coffee, that's our prize from Reckless called Bean Juice, and the cup has a drinking animation built in but that's not even the best part. The HUD included changes your cup color, lid color (sorry I oops'ed on that one, but they can be black or white just like the cup) and sleeve texture. One sleeve reads "Death before Decaf", and the other says "If loving pumpkin spice makes me a basic bitch, then a basic bitch I'll be". Now I do enjoy myself both decaf and pumpkin spice, so I am a candidate for the latter, but Xan will be gleefully enjoying the Death before Decaf version ;)
As it tends to get a bit cooler in the evenings this time of year, imagine my oh-so-pleasant surprise at finding this beautiful sweater in the hockey puck at SAKIDE (#07). This chill-chaser comes with a wonderful HUD that allows you to choose from 9 colors for each design, the leaves or the deer! That is 18 amazing options, and you can see they both look gorgeous in any color. That high collar is perfect for the season as well. I feel all snuggly now :)
Nail note of the night: I am wearing a prize from this very hunt in all of these photos on my nails, it's prize #33 from Toxxic Pandora and has 6 different choices for Slink mani/pedis. My hair is Juliette from the discount room at Truth, and my skin is version 3 of the 7 Deadly s{K}ins prize I wore yesterday. The lips are a deeper color but that seems to be the main difference among the three versions.
Since I have another hectic weekend ahead, I made sure to get a head start on tonight's so at least one of these posts will make it before midnight ;) Tomorrow is a farmer's market and a few errands, Sunday is celebrating 2 family birthdays, and all will be affected by Papal visit traffic. Hiya everyone! I have some more entertaining goodies from the Totally Wrong Hunt to share with you, so get your funny bones ready for another chapter in the wild world of SL where anything can happen and the more unusual the better :)
We start out with a pair of prizes that each made me smile...the top is our prize from Basta, #11, and is a backwards shirt in 7 different colors (strawberry, mint, and tan are shown above, other colors include blue, lilac, sage, and violet) in system layers and appliers for Slink, Maitreya, and Omega. In case you can't tell, the front says "OMG this is..." and the back says "Totally wrong!". The skirt is a very colorful number from D.o.R.k. called Evelyn Totally Wrong, and those little elephants on the blue layer are adorable. She comes in standard mesh sizes, and that fun belt is attached.
I left the skirt on to keep my nether regions covered, hehe, and to show parts of an utterly hilarious prize from #24 Mutiny in Heaven. This is their Chest Hurrr Tee in blue, monochrome, and pink, standard mesh sizes included for each, and as if these weren't enough they also generously included a box of extras. That has the halfsie glasses in floral rainbow shown on the left and center, and the hardhat wrong in floral (left) and rainbow (center). Not shown are a traditional cigar (held in the hand, puffs smoke), a bottle of Harper Hill wine to hold onto, and some "Secsaychesthurrr" in a tattoo layer and a slink applier. It looks like the image on the shirt but without the words chest hair, and had me cracking up laughing.
You may need those sunglasses to look at this outfit I've cobbled together from 2 more prizes :) My shirt is the prize from Geek Chic Creations, who are #26 in the hunt, and it is called Broken Heart. The colors are vivid, and the stripes are a great background for the heart outline. Do not adjust your monitors, that skirt IS glowing! Have a gander at prize #22, courtesy of LX Essentials, oh so appropriately named Lamp Skirt. I couldn't resist showing the back because of the unexpected extra colors there, and the pattern definitely reminds me of a lava lamp.
This bed is from Mishmash Fusion, and is called 49 Shades of Monochrome. I needed two views to show the shape of this interesting bed, and you can see 2 of the 4 poses built into it. My avi apparently is not enjoying her book, hehe, as one pose is called BORED and the others are amusing as well. There is a bonus included with this prize but not shown (2 photos was enough and this way it can be a surprise) called The Trophy. You should definitely rez it out and left click it ;)

Hiya everyone! I am off to a late start tonight but I am excited to be able to share some prizes from the African Summer Hunt that started the 15th and only runs until the end of the month. With close to 50 stops, there are plenty of fantastic gifts to be found, and a lot of exotic animal prints :) Let's take a few peeks...
This skybox I've moved to has a rooftop swimming pool instead of next to the house like my last place, and it seemed like the perfect spot to show you this gorgeous swimsuit from Fi's Creations. They are #01 in the hunt and the organizers, and their prize is a well crafted one piece suit in standard mesh sizes with a plunging neckline but full bottom coverage in the rear so it isn't too showy for a family beach. The little tied sash adds the perfect touch, and the print is just right for summer.
Basta has provided a generous gift of not just one but three sexy animal print shirts, each with sheer sleeves and a cute cropped style. The opening in the front is mimicked by the slit in the back, a bit of a peek-a-boo style if you will. The shirt is called Safarion and comes in leopard, tiger, and zebra as shown, each in the usual mesh sizes. This is hunt prize #04 and a great find.
Mishmash Fusion has a sexy and playful gift for us if we find their prize #09, the Mauled outfit. As you can see, it comes in a clean version and a bloody one, along with the matching shoes for Slink high feet. This could prove useful in some sort of roleplay where you wish to appear injured, be it from a wilderness struggle or a zombie battle or anything your imagination can cook up. It is definitely a fun find!
Now I slipped back into the clean version before posing here with my new friends because I didn't want the sight of that blood to scare them off. My gentle giraffe companions are part of the oasis that is prize #10 from LEP (Love Everlasting PlantPets). It has a few sitting animations built in, and is indicated as having an 11 by 11 footprint and 25 land impact. The lush tree on the right and the foliage on the back left are a part of it, really beautiful and could be a useful part of your summer decor.
Nail note of the night: I went with a classic Marketplace freebie I've blogged before, (AB) Reila with a rich variety of solid colors and French tipped solids. Proof that practical doesn't have to be boring, this HUD is a very well loved part of my inventory.

Hiya everyone! I have some more gifts from The Aloha Fair to show you, a mixture of freebies and dollarbies as that decision was left up to the designers. Yesterday I focused on free gifts, today is mostly the $1L ones. There are plenty to enjoy from a wide variety of designers there.
These jumpsuits are both found in the surfboard from B!asta, so for $1L you get two beautiful outfits in breezy colors. I love the hibiscus print on them, and the colors are terrific.
At MOoh! you will find this delightful little dress in their surfboard for a single linden. Those ruffles and that color, so fun for the season and great for everyday wear or something a bit fancier too if the mood strikes.
It wouldn't be a summery event without plenty of bathing suits, so if you'd like a sweet mesh bikini with a refreshing watermelon print on it, head on over to the Rir stand. For just $1L you get standard mesh sizes plus a fitmesh Slink size for each the top and bottom. As you can see, it's sexy but not too revealing, nice rear coverage, and that lace in the front is a fun addition. Speaking of additions, I accessorized this with some cool shades from J&A Rock Culture. They are a free gift and come with a HUD for 4 different colors, two of which you can see above and the other two are a cheery yellow and a pretty blue.
For those days when you're feeling sassy, head on over to .Sass and grab this free pair of t-shirts with their logo on the front and a message on the back that you've been sassified. This gift provides both system layers and appliers for Omega and TMP in each color.
Finally I have two playful free gifts from surfboards, a cute hand fan from Duh! and a Summer Camp shirt from {D.o.R.k.} that comes in system layers only. I tried camming in to read that banner beneath the words Summer Camp, but no luck, so that remains a mystery to me. The fan has an animation built in but my AO overrode it easily so it's fine if you prefer no animation.
Nail note of the night is the same as yesterday's, another free gift from the Aloha Fair courtesy of Kitty's Claws. I'm still loving those 10 floral patterns, and the HUD itself is quite fun.

Hiya everyone! The newest Fi's Creations hunt is a very clever idea for summer, the Atlantis Hunt. There are plenty of summer themed hunts that I certainly enjoy, but this is a specific focus on a mysterious lost civilization submerged into the Atlantic Ocean. Because the legends started with Plato, there are wonderful Greek inspired prizes, but also many underwater ideas and mermaids crop up in the variety of gifts as well. Let's have a look at a few of them...
This is actually several different prizes combined, so let's start with that amazing dress! That is the prize from the organizer, Fi's Creations, ATLANTIS Gown, and is prize #01. The body is standard mesh sizes, and the flexi skirt has those lovely seashells on the back. The headpiece is the prize from #08 IMMORTALS, and is really inspired with moving fish and seaweed fronds. The necklace is our gift from Redrose Jewellry, more of that beautiful teal color so it coordinates with other prizes so nicely. Even my nails are sporting one of the prizes from Rad Designs, #16, two Slink nail HUDs found in the same hunt box. This is one of the 6 colors from the Slink Atlantis Seamonsters HUD. Here is a closer look at the headpiece and necklace:
You'll really have to see them in person to appreciate them, but this is a better look at the headpiece and necklace. I was going to try to make it part of the first photo as a composite but I'd have had to make it too small to include any details, so this is photo 1-A, hehe.
This gorgeous ombre halter dress is our prize from #03 Wicked, and that stunning belt is attached so you don't have to worry about extra parts or a separate fit. I think it would be a superb choice for going out dancing, maybe a beach themed nightclub. My nails are from the other Rad Designs nail HUD called Atlantis Trident.
How breathtaking is this prize? I am blown away by this ensemble by Euphoria Couture, #06, called Atlantis Blue. It includes the amazing gown with train in standard mesh sizes, the Slink High shoes, the tiara and necklace too! Generous and gorgeous, now I just need to think of a fancy place to wear it :)
If you would like something casual but also in dazzling shades of blue and teal, look no further than #09 B!asta. This is their Neptune's Dearest outfit, which includes a mesh shirt in standard sizes, along with adorable pants in a system layer plus appliers for Omega, Maitreya Lara, and Slink Physique. I am flipping over the scale pattern, the shells for a belt buckle (not an add-on, that's all texture) and the denim zipper and back pockets! They're very inventive and I couldn't bring myself to take this outfit off, so it is what I'll be wearing for the day :)

Feet: Slink AvEnhance Feet Female High
Hiya everyone! How about some more Gingham Hunt prizes? I've got some really fun photos to share, and much gratitude to the talented designers who generously participate in these hunts and give us such fantastic gifts for free!
This utterly adorable outfit is our prize from B!asta, who are #24 in this hunt. It's playful and fun, and I love the deep red denim of the shorts for a twist on the traditional. Even the straps on the blouse have unique flair :)
I decided to kick back while showing you two prizes, the outfit and the chair. The outfit is from Country Couture, #29 in the hunt, and there's a great men's prize in this one too. The ladies' prize includes the mesh shirt, jeans, and boots, and there's a HUD to change the shirt color, 6 fun choices. This comfy chair is the prize from #22, HJM Designs, and you can choose from 25 different sitting poses. Oops, that pink orb outside my window isn't a visiting alien by the way, LOL, I just accidentally caught a dance orb in my shot.
*Squee* I need this dress in every color!! This precious dress is the prize from Hapi*Rabi and is called Nichola. The lace, the bows, the delicate ruffle at the hemline, all the details are lovely and then the sweet treats just add, dare I say the icing on the cake? This takes the traditional use of gingham tablecloths at picnics to a creative new level.
From cute to sexy, this dress is short and flirty with terrific colors. We have to thank #38 Sweet Red's Creations for this wonderful prize.
Pretty in pink, here is our prize from MadCatCreations, #40, and it includes the dress, hat, and matching shoes for Slink high feet. The men will find a suit in this prize as well, so nobody has to feel left out :)
Last of the night and in the hunt, but certainly not least, is #42 BG Minimarket. I was trying to decide what color this looks to me, lighter than crimson but not quite cranberry, whatever it is I definitely like it :) There were shoes included in the same gingham pattern as the inserts, however they involve skin matching HUDs and I just didn't think I could do it justice (spoiled by Slink appliers, I know...) so if you do have better luck than I with that type of shoe, enjoy the extra goodies! :) I'm the first to admit that I'm only human and those huds have always been one of my downfalls. The good news is there is also a nice men's prize included as well,
It's been a crazy day and I am flat out exhausted, so I am just gonna end this with a round of hugs for all of you and a wish for a beautiful day for us all!!

Hiya everyone! One really fun thing about SL is the wide variety of fairs, all those special events for designers to show us new and/or exclusive items, themed or not. The one I explored yesterday was The Garage Fair (that is linked to their blog) and nearly all of the participants have out a crate with a gift for $1L or free. So I bopped around the region, hehe, and I have some gift goodies to show you all.
This bright and cheery dress is a free gift from Revniks. I think the style and the color are great for the warmer weather we're starting to enjoy.
This duo put me in a tropical mood! The dress is from Tukinowaguma and is named Ivona, and I was delighted to be able to pair it up with something that matched so well! That terrific beaded necklace is the gift from Lakshmi, don't the beads really pick up the red/orange from the flowers on the dress nicely? :)
For another fun look, we have this lovely mesh outfit from B!asta called The Fragrance of Summer. It made me daydream of being on a beach somewhere in the Caribbean, and of course that calls for sunglasses so I added the gift from [i] which includes the pair shown and a pair with clear lenses.
Lots of great tops to share, so I am sporting the white capris I found for free on the marketplace to blog recently, and here they are with this adorable shirt from {ViSion}. I wanted you to see the styling of the front and back, that tail and heart make for a terrific rear view :) Remarkable texturing on the front as well of course, this manages to be cute and sexy at the same time.
Here are 2 of the four generous gifts included in the crate from *Stars*Fashion*, which are a grand total of 3 shirts and a mini dress. These both have quite fun patterns, and I am also showing you the free gift from Legal Insanity. That gold handcuff ring, so detailed and I love that it cuffs two of your fingers together along with having that pretty chain connecting them. You can also see my nails a bit better here, they are polished (in all photos today) with a gift from Weaponized Sugar, a simple French manicure with a few different base shades to choose from. Sometimes simple is easier to match up!
My hair is a newer release from Truth, I've always loved braids but I have to wonder if Game of Thrones brings that out in me even more ;) Every time I get a notice about new hair from there, all I can think is "Shut up and take my lindens!" and that's before I even read it...minor addiction...
