Still Bringing On Spring

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's back to the FabFree hunt called Bring On Spring, with prizes hidden in neon rainbows for $0L - $5L each. That's an impressive bargain for sure, as these treats are top quality and there is a beautiful variety. Be sure to check their website as well as the Flickr group (link towards the bottom of their page, after the photos) to see what you can earn by seeking out these pretty rainbows. We have about 2 weeks to go since the hunt lasts until the 30th of April, plenty of time to enjoy :)

The first look this evening is our *MARTINES*BOS1 prize, which is one of 5 you'll find here for $5L apiece. This lovely halter mini dress has daisies on both fabric designs, the main and the darker trim, for a style that is somehow both feminine yet edgy. It fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. 

When you see on the website all the treats that {Poeme} has to offer, you might feel a little overwhelmed but I promise it's okay, you will find them right where the hint says :) They're even beside photos of each prize, so you'll be able to tell precisely what each rainbow is offering. This is the Spring Fever Gingham Minidress (Aqua) which is one of 6 colors among the plentiful prizes, randomly chosen by me because this color seems to work really well with all my usual hair shades ranging from blonde to auburn :) There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic/Dainty, Gen X Curvy/Dainty, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included. That softly tied belt bow goes so well with the flowy skirt layers, which remind me of tulips, and the gingham makes me think of picnics :)

Sidwell & Whiskers have a delightful dollarbie for us which is simply named FFRHI. It starts with the pastel Kylie Spring dress trimmed with floral hem, cuffs, and rounded collar that is tied with a fun bow, in sizing for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. Then we have a wonderful pair of Killeen mules in white, and these fit Erika, Gen X, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mid height feet. I deeply appreciate having footwear included because sometimes it is tricky to find just the right match, and I'd much rather spend my time shopping and hunting than trying on dozens of shoes that almost but don't quite match ;) Priorities!

I was very excited to see [Ari-Pari] in the lineup for this hunt, as the designer has been going through some RL issues that have kept her mostly offline lately and I've missed her! So of course I'm tickled to share the Shasta Outfit, which can be yours for just $1L and will see you through lots of warm weather ahead. The top and shorts each come in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, along with a HUD offering 6 colors for each. The top textures are solid and the shorts all blooming with (I would guess) Shasta daisies, so we can mix things up or match the colors to suit our mood. I like that the clothing has a slightly loose fit so it's not hugging too tightly, yet very flattering and cut to show off the midriff and hints of upper thigh. 

After all those stops I guess my avi got hungry, so we stopped by Pixel Box to find their 4 charming freebies that are full of popcorn :) Their FabFree Bring on Spring cups come in four different colors - mint, butter, peony, and lavender - which each come in a version with or without a holding animation. It will actually show you digging into the cup (bucket?), bringing your hand to your mouth, and chewing happily, so that must be some tasty popcorn inside. The one I get from the farmers market is popped in coconut oil and sprinkled with sea salt, delicious and I highly recommend that for your RL snack cravings. I don't even miss the butter! You can probably tell that I'm holding the mint cup and showed a closer view of the peony version, so you can see the FabFree Spring wording and design :)

I'm fairly sleep deprived today, and Hello Kitty Island Adventure is partly to blame. They released a DLC (downloadable content) with the City Town addition, a huge boon for those of us not playing on Apple Arcade (where the game started) who've been waiting for over a year to enjoy this part. It was my usual gaming evening with friends after a few morning hours exploring, so I've logged more time in that game today than I should admit ;) After stressful situations the past few days, I am allowing myself the grace to just enjoy something with no pressure. Tomorrow is dinner with the parents, and then Saturday is the farmers market followed by my hiding in this room or my bedroom for a couple of days. So things will look very different this weekend, but I'll be loud AF watching playoff hockey on Saturday night :D  The houseguest will probably be loud(er) with the housemate from watching WrestleMania together, so it balances out I suppose. MGSN Group Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is filled with goodies for the MGSN group, which stands for Maitreya Gifts, Sales and News. That doesn't mean that all of the gifts are only for the Maitreya body, but they should all offer that size at a minimum :) I usually just explore the stores who've sent group notices recently, but I also still had a copy of the notecard from their Xmas gift train and used that to help me find some treats for us. At least we know those brands are part of the group, so it was worth a try :) The group is currently free to join, so this post should be very easy on your wallet and your eyes.

Our first gift of the evening is the {Poeme} Wintry Florals Sweater Dress, which is labeled for winter/spring 2026 and I agree with both seasons. Florals always make me smile, and many associate them specifically with spring. The colors lean winter I think, but the bare arms say spring unless we layer a fun bolero over it. This lovely tube dress comes in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. Anyone else get 70s vibes from our Salesita's Creations gift 5 Dress Elena treat? Okay, so I just realized I've accidentally got a floral theme going here...it really was unintentional, yet I am rather happy about it :) The Graffitiwear Sash Dress should bring some joy to you too, as it is so very flirty and feminine. There are sizes for eBody Classic, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies included, as well as a HUD with 3 flowery textures. The way the front is draped and crossed upwards to meet at the neck in a halter style is simply gorgeous, and all essentials will be covered if you add your favorite panties beneath. I also think it'll show off a back tattoo perfectly!

Moving on from the floral portion of the evening, LOL, we take a gander at our [ZEX] Dakota sexy dress * Pink group gift. Pink is one of those colors that can really range from sweetly innocent to hot and spicy, and I think the name of this dress is an accurate assessment :) Our slightly sheer dress and matching thong panties are each provided in Erika, Kupra Bimbo, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizing. Spaghetti straps are so flattering, and the ruffled hem lifts up in the rear to show a flash of bum in such a cheeky way.

My final look of the night is our generous gift from Enigma Apparel called [EN] Ully Set. The versatile dress and heels each fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 15 colors each for dress and trim, plus 2 metals and 2 colors for the heels. I had entirely too much fun playing with the HUD and trying out various color combos, which is not a bad thing by any means :) 

Quick hair note of the night: this weekend's new release at Truth Hair was his delightful collab with his RL daughter, called Daydream. Such a playful twisted updo with a scrunchie woven in there, and there are loose ends to add an extra casual touch that made it a "shut up and take my lindens" situation for me ;) Of course I spent extra time tonight changing the scrunchie color (via HUD) but in the future I might just choose one neutral color and stick with it. I'm not sure how long the Saturday Sale pricing lasts, so hurry over if you haven't been there yet!

The support group meeting this evening was productive, but it ran a little late so I feel slow now. The best part was someone's new kitten who decided to hang out on their laptop, so in front of the camera, causing all of us to be like "oooo kitty ♥" randomly. When asked about goals for the upcoming 2 weeks between sessions, someone else joked they would be getting a cat now. Shop and Hop is Gleaming

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post shares several gifts found on the Gleaming region of the Halloween Shop & Hop event, one of 18 regions holding 360 total booths with all sorts of amazing offers, discounts, and free gifts for us to enjoy. As always I'm going to point you to the FabFree spreadsheet that their team worked so hard to compile, with tabs at the bottom to sort by type, store name, and more. I've referred to it several times to make sure I didn't miss any gifts, and to see if gifts had been updated if there was a slight issue with them not set for sale or not delivering. I absolutely adore these events, and am so grateful for the designers who take part to help us save some lindens and add some spookiness to our wardrobe or home. 

My first look of the evening comes from *Les Sucreries de Fairy* and is called Cute Bat Outfit. Such an apt name, and I'm loving the color scheme as well :) Our top and skirt are each provided in Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes, and fit together seamlessly to create what to me resembles like a cheerleading outfit. That is a fun coincidence considering the next gift I'm about to show you...

Fancy Dancer has a great gift for us called *FD* Spark It Up Outfit Halloween. It includes the top and skirt each in Legacy and Maitreya sizes, along with a pair of BOM modesty pants that match it wonderfully. The skirt is lifted in the back on the right side, so the panties do come in handy :) I am really enjoying the autumnal orange, black, and yellow shades, and did you notice the word CHEER on the skirt?

Witch In A Box, which has long been a favorite stop of mine at any round of Shop&Hop, has several gifts waiting for us and I am simply thrilled! Their Witch In A Box // Cropped Hoodie GIFT says "Trick or Treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat" which I realize is a bit hard to read (boobs LOL) but did give me a chuckle. There are markings on the sleeves that includes an arrow down to the pumpkin by the wrist, and the hood is lined in pale grey. We receive sizing for Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I couldn't resist pairing it with the [Witch In A Box] Halloween Gift Skirt, both versions of which you can see above. Versions 1 and 2 each fit Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, and have different but equally spooky patterns and a built in black belt.

This playful look is two versions from our Witch In A Box // Salina Dress GIFT. We receive black, green, and purple versions (black is the one not shown) all in sizes for Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The plaid patterns feel very fall-like to me, and that side slit is simply jaw-dropping! From the waist up it looks like a casual t-shirt dress, then the skirt tells us that it is anything but simple.

My final look of the night is a sweet and sassy loungewear set called {Poeme} Little Bones Leisure Set (Halloween). Its white cami is trimmed with ruffles of the same patterned fabric as the panty, black with rows of white bones :) The panties are a tiny bit cheeky, and have a cute white bow on the front that also made me smile. They'll each fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. I love the flirty-spooky vibe, and now I'm wondering what Xan would say if I wore this and asked him to jump my bones ;) Wow, I feel like I need to apologize for that one, LOL!!

What's everyone got planned for the weekend? I'm going to the farmers market in the morning, and then I have my usual stuff on Sunday (therapy) so nothing too unusual here. Dinner with my parents was good, and they found out earlier that his sleep apnea is bad enough to need a CPAP machine again after he'd used one like 20 years ago but stopped because of work travel. He did feel better, to be fair, and they were harder to clean back then so it was a pain in the tushy. This one won't arrive for a couple of weeks, which will probably feel really long for him when he just wants to get better and regain some strength and energy. Look Fabulous For Free

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood to visit some FabFree designers, so I worked my way through some of their group gift list to grab some older but not 'too old' gifts ;) I like to do that since it lets me share ones that might be changed out sooner than the top of the list (most recently added) but are still fantastic and absolutely worth checking out. The FabFree blog is spectacular, the group is free to join, and all of these gifts and more are yours with that "I am Fabulous!" group tag active.

My first look of the evening comes from ART & FASHION and their generous wall of gifts for various groups. Their MOON WITCH OUTFIT is a barely-there strapless dress with diagonal hem and plunging neckline, paired with daring boots that lace all the way up to the top of the thigh. Each of these come in Freya, Isis, Venus, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. The word "witch" appears twice on the dress, while the front also has an outline of a woman against a full moon. I'm going to suggest that you check your inventory for a C-string (panty liner type undies) to provide some modesty :)

The {Poeme} Pasion Boho Poet Blouse has me feeling very relaxed and playful, with its vibrant pattern and cozy loose fit. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, and it will pair beautifully with so many of your wardrobe staples. For me it was a natural choice to add the Delizio jeans from the marketplace, one of my favorite freebies of all time found there, but I can also envision shorts or a long skirt as great choices.

Next I grabbed the gorgeous [satus Inc] Qamar One Sleeve Slit Dress Green Gift. This is such a great color, and unique styling with the slightly off-center slits both in the skirt and bodice. Dawn found her beloved denim again, LOL, this time at Spells&Charms in their {S&C} Laurel Dress (fatpack) gift :) The strapless A-line dress comes in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn bodies, with a HUD offering 6 colors. I really like the panels alternating between solid and embroidered, definitely a visual treat.

My final look tonight has me feeling a little dramatic, at least that's what my shirt says. The Tibuki - Sheela gift is a sporty pairing of racer back tank top and plaid shorts, in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies. I did switch from Lara 5.3 to Lara X for this cutie, no regrets and I'm still wearing it all. I'm curious about the symbolism of the three strawberries beneath the wording on the shirt, but it could be just a nod to the pink coloring. Are they the drama queens of the fruit world? My anxiety makes me feel dramatic sometimes, very unintentionally but it does make this outfit amusing to me :)

I am so ready for this weekend to get here...hard to explain, I just feel like the week has been long and slow. I haven't quite sorted my plans yet, but that will be helpful so I have specific goals and ideas of what on earth is happening. Otherwise I feel like I'm just free-floating in a pool of anxiety, not my idea of a good time.  Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to feel fabulous with some FabFree group gifts :) That would be the FabFree in SL group, just like their incredible blog that has been a consistent guide for all of my 17 years in this virtual universe. The group is free to join, and there is a list of gifts on the website so you know where to visit and what you'll find at each store. I usually scroll down a bit to things I haven't shared yet but might be due to change out soon, so you don't miss out on them :) There are so many generous designers listed here, and their skill is noteworthy too so these are really high quality gifts that I deeply appreciate.

My first look of the evening is the Belle Epoque - Shadia - GG outfit. This beautiful pairing of bra top and mini skirt are each provided in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing, with a HUD that lets us choose from 10 lovely colors. The whole outfit tints at once, easy to wear and enjoy.

I also had fun visiting [ZEX] to claim their Pretty Top & Skirt * Pink gift, which definitely lives up to its name :) We receive the top, skirt, and matching belt, each in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The top has slender dropped sleeves to show off bare shoulders, and it's tied very loosely in the front so our cleavage is on display. The shade of vibrant pink is a real head-turner too, and I'm sure we'll be seeing even more of that hue next month.

Next I slipped into the stunning Petry Model --> Dress AXZW gift for FabFree. It's one of many they are offering for various groups, and it has such a flirty style with the halter top tied to the tight miniskirt. There are sizes for Erika, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies included. Once again I am reminded of our being just about a month away from a romantic holiday, thanks to the dusting of soft pink hearts on the material.

Next stop is {Poeme}, for their charming Big City Kitty Dress w/HUD. I do love a nice wrap dress, and this beauty fits Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The gift also includes a HUD with 3 color choices, the two above and a spicy red hue. It would be hard to pick a favorite, but I usually gravitate towards purple so maybe I'd say that one.

My final look tonight is the *Shining* Yomali Mini Dress gift for FabFree. I was so impressed when I tried it on, thanks to the shimmery satin, embroidered midriff, and beautiful sparkles on the top. The dress comes in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, with a separate 'shine gems' layer in the same set of sizes. There are gems visible on the bodice without adding that layer, so adding it seems to provide the sparkling animation effect that doesn't translate well into my still images but is really gorgeous :) I'm sure you can tell that there is also a HUD, which offers 20 colors each for the dress and the gems.

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was okay, although my mom is now testing positive for covid too so I'm concerned about both parents. It is mild for both of them so far, and they are now both on medication for it so I am feeling optimistic that they will get through it smoothly. Initially my mom was in denial, saying she thinks it's a sinus infection and her test expired the day before she took it so she wouldn't trust it. Sigh. New test = same result, and well my dad definitely has it so I fully expected that she would contract it too. It stinks but we are keeping in touch online daily and the medicine is already helping my dad feel a bit better. Otherwise I had therapy earlier and that was productive, and I'm trying to decide where to go for my outings this week, weather permitting. Gifts For MGSN Group

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I bopped around the grid visiting several MGSN (Maitreya Gifts, Sales & News) group's participating stores, finding plenty of treats to share with all of you. The group is free to join, and many of their designers have gifts for anyone visiting with the group tag active. Just look for the MGSN sign, frequently among other gifts for multi-designer groups like this. We can't really tell how often these are swapped out for others, so any of these could be changed soon and you might not want to hesitate if you see something you just can't live without :)

My first stop was {Poeme}, where the MGSN tag will let you claim their lovely Espionne Bleu Summer Gown. I know I know, lol, it isn't exactly summer according to the calendar here anymore, but in SL we can visit any climate we wish to at any given moment so this is still quite handy. The gown comes in sizes for Erika, Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, and has a tropical feeling thanks to the amount of skin shown :) 

I made a last minute decision to add what I call modesty flowers here, those white coverings I popped over my breasts in Photoshop since the lace of these dresses is very noticeably sheer in that area. The Delicatt Couture - Cassandra Gown P8 is a pack of 3 versions of this beautiful long dress - lace blue, blue, and lace C.5 - each in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh body sizing. The one on the left above is blue lace, and lace C.5 can be seen on the right with their gorgeous rear view and pert train. The one just called 'blue' is solid without the lace so I could have worn that to avoid showing off the nips, lol, but I really wanted you to see the intricate lace.

The [COSMOS] Joyce Dress / 20 Colors Fatpack group gift for MGSN is sure to turn heads too! This sleek minidress is unzipped to show off cleavage, and comes in Maitreya, Lara X, and Petite X sizes. The HUD provided has 20 colors for the dress and 5 for the metal, so your zipper and heart-shaped pull can also change to suit your tastes. So pretty!

Another gift that reminded me of sunshine and warm weather is the ND - Meiah Denim Dress from Nala Design. This sweet dress has pockets on the skirt front and spaghetti straps with alternating colored gemstones, all adjustable with the included HUD. It's got 15 choices each for the outside up, outside down, inside up, and inside down portions of the dress, 12 diamonds colors for each set of gems, and 4 metals, so as usual I'm going to suggest playing with the HUD and seeing what all it does :) The dress fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, as well as having 5 standard sizes included.

My final look of the evening also made me think 'variety', and 'sexy' and 'wow' :) The [If design] Beck dress fits Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD offering 20 colors each for the bra portion and the main dress. On the left above I was going for contrast, then on the right my goal was to show off that side slit so I kept things more simple with all in blue. As you can see, it looks fantastic either way :)

The slight cold I was developing last night has continued to worsen today, so I'm a crabby feverish-feeling magpie with a sore throat and cough. I've also been listening to the housemate coughing until they gag, at least a dozen fits of that, and as an emetophobic (fear of vomit) I guess you can imagine that my mood was not improved by that at all. Sigh. I am not going to my parents' for dinner tomorrow because who knows if I'm contagious or not, and it isn't work risking. As for blogging, I will if I feel up to it but that is not guaranteed at this point.  Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm sharing some group gifts for the FabFree in SL group, the inworld companion to their amazing blog that's been inspiring and guiding me since my earliest days in Second Life. They have a list of group gifts on the blog, which is what I used to track down tonight's looks :) I did scroll down to older gifts though, as they are more likely to be changed out sooner for new offerings so these might be your last chance to get these particular gifts. It's a weird habit I've developed, to ensure that nobody misses out I guess. Some people might be inclined to start from the top with the very newest additions, an equally fine way to do things as long as you get all the generous treats that you desire. Many thanks as always to the thoughtful designers who keep FabFree fans looking, well, fabulous!

My first stop was the Petry Model Store, where I happily grabbed our BODY DBMU gift for FabFree. Who doesn't love a sexy bodysuit with soft floral pattern? :) We receive Freya, Isis, Hourglass ,Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, all with laced up front with squared neckline, and high cut legs that make for a thong type rear view. So pretty!

The Liah Dress from Belle Epoque has a very good reason for the hot pink color - its individual sizes are also labeled Barbie :) Those sizes include Khara, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. I'm such a fan of retro polka dots, and this dress has added sex appear from the side cutouts and charming bow in the back. I'm finally going to be watching the Barbie movie this weekend, so that helped this catch my attention even more. 

If you're a hippie at heart like me, or just really enjoy bright colors on a flirty style, be sure to visit NoShot and pick up their ~NS~ FabFree gift aug 2023. The date in the name makes me think that it might be changed out soon, perhaps for something wintry or an early spring look, so I say we hurry! The crop top and capri pants each have flared ruffles, and the waistband on these capris are tantalizingly low cut! {Poeme} has their gorgeous Blue Butterfly Minidress waiting as its gift for all FabFree visitors, and I am delighted! This loose fitting strapless beauty is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, all with that great floral pattern with a few butterflies flitting about. It's just short enough that I would also consider wearing it as a long top, with some jeans or leggings layered beneath. We can really get creative with our accessories here too, practically everything will look nice with it!

My final look of the evening is our :::FurtaCor::: Plumy Dress gift, a versatile treat that I could not resist :) It comes in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD offering 15 colors each for 3 different sections. Being able to mix and match like that is always an amazing bonus with any outfit, don't you think?

Fabulous Weekend

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I explored several stores who are a part of FabFree in SL, the renowned blog whose inworld group allows us to claim all sorts of gifts from various designers. The blog has been so inspiring and helpful to me over the years, even before I started blogging and just wanted to find affordable high quality fashions. From time to time I enjoy checking out their group gift page for treats I haven't shared yet but have been available for a while already, so they could be changed relatively soon. This means it could be a last chance to grab some of them, as there is no set schedule for how often the designers swap them out. There are new ones (at the top of the list) added all the time, so it is always worth browsing to see what gets your attention.

My first look comes from V8 Underground, and is called **HILARIE TONBUN PURPLE GOWN STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT**. This elegant outfit might be just what you need this weekend if you've got big plans :) It starts with the gown and fur boa each in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with matching heels that fit the same bodies. Then we have lots of terrific accessories, all unrigged and resizable - diadem, earrings, left and right armbands, left and right bracelets, necklace (seen on the left above), and choker (on the right, similar style as the armbands). You may prefer to wear the dress without the boa, or not quite as many accessories, but I appreciate that they are all included so we have plenty of possibilities :)

The last time I blogged a FabFree gift from YoUnique Couture they changed it the very next day, so I hope this doesn't jinx us ;) Currently the gift is their Esmee Taupe bodysuit, one piece with the look of two. It comes in sizing for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. Both sections are laced up in the front, with a single strand connecting it all, seen where they cross the midriff. The animal print is a fun choice with the solid black shorts as contrast.

Keeping the animal print going, I next visited Emerald Couture for their EC Jaylani Dress Cow. You can find this gift up high on the wall behind/above the FabFree Fifteen display, so be sure to have your camera controls available :) Right click it and pay $1L, which is immediately refunded while the gift is delivered to you. There are 5 fitmesh standard sizes included, along with eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine body sizes. The cow pattern on the skirt keeps this from being a simple little black dress, that's for sure!

NoShot has a terrific FabFree gift for us too, called ~NS~ Effie Black flower dress. Its eye-catching style bares the left arm/shoulder and the right leg up to the hip, with hem and long sleeve decorated in wide ruffles. It fits eBody Reborn, Freya, Isis, Kupra, Bimbo, Low, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The black fabric is adorned with a swirling floral pattern in your choice of 4 colors via HUD, so it is versatile as well as lovely.

For my final look of the evening, we visit {Poeme} and claim their charming Blue Midnight Wrap Dress with that FabFree tag still active. The leafy pattern has several shades of deep blue for a dramatic look, and I've been a fan of wrap dresses for as long as I can remember :) The gift includes sizing for Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. 

Happy Friday everyone! It was a rough day here, anxiety from being in a car for a few minutes turned into a whole awful thing, so I made the sad decision not to go to the farmers market again tomorrow. That'll be the third week in a row I miss it for the same frustrating reason, and that reinforces how badly I need to find an answer. Now my game plan is just spending the weekend at home relaxing, recuperating, and trying to poke around online to see if I can find any legit information that will help me take control of my health. Through The Glass Darkly Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring the Through The Glass Darkly Hunt, a gridwide $1L hunt with the prizes also being offered for sale for $25L at each store's sign if you prefer not to hunt for the $1L hidden one. The hunt object is an oval mirror with intricate carved wooden frame, and purple glass or at least it looks to be reflecting something dark purple. There are hints and preview images on the website for the hunt, as well as all of our landmarks so it is very helpful to have open and available while you look for your prizes. I was curious about the name so I googled it, turns out there was a movie two years ago by that name which I did not see but sounds intriguing.

ZFG started my evening with a chuckle, thanks to their SEE cropped sweatshirt. It says "I see dead people" in red, then an explanation beneath "OK, they are technically stupid people but give me a minute" LOL! *Disclaimer: I am not promoting violence, just amused by the snark as people acting stupid can bring out the sarcasm in the best of us.* The hoodie has pale gray sleeve cuffs to match the drawstring, and is provided in Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes. If you've been here to my blog before, you may recognize the jeans I am wearing as a frequently appearing favorite of mine, the blue pair from the Delizio fatpack of jeans that are free on the marketplace. There are several colors in system/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega.

Next I visited AdelleArts Manor Fashions, where I was happy to find their TTGD Hunt Prize outfit. The wrapped dress with built in tied belt comes in sizes for Belleza Isis, Maitreya, Slink Physique, and Tonic Curvy bodies. The matching shoes fit Belleza, Maitreya, Slink, and Tonic feet, and there is also a pair of tights as an Omega applier included but not shown because for some reason it just wouldn't cooperate for me. We even receive a hairstyle that I'm not wearing in this photo, but is a dark ebony shade to match the outfit.

Georg Bellic Design brings us into the spooky season with their hunt prize, ~GBD~ Orla Dress Halloween. It includes Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh body sizes, with a HUD that offers 3 colors each for the dress, corset, and lacing. This means we can change the look on a whim :) I am enjoying the batty friends on the corset, and the shiny texture that looks like it would squeak (like a bat?) if touched. 

I also visited The Sissy Bar at their new location, where I found the mirror containing the (TSB) Through A Glass, Darkly Hunt outfit seen above. The cropped jumper comes in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, while the leather pants are in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. The top has such a fun pattern for this time of year, an orange moon behind a haunted looking house with a witch alight on her broom, soaring through the air. 

My final look this evening is the delightful Hallow's Eve Sateen Minidress prize from {Poeme}. I do love a good strapless dress like this, and it looks great in black with occult symbols such as skulls, ouija planchettes, and pentagrams adorning it. The prize includes sizing for Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Maitreya, Petite, Signature, Star, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim bodies. I feel mystical yet flirty in it :)

Whew, what an evening...I was just about to try to nap when the housemate summoned me to the kitchen, to inform me that the 20+ year old fridge/freezer apparently died, freezer first which is why we didn't notice sooner. Everything in it, including drippy ice cream, was completely melted and nearly room temperature (eww) so we had to throw it all away. That was a messy production and used lots of trash bags and paper towels, so not a very environmentally friendly experience either. The items in the fridge were cold but not cold enough, so unopened beverages are probably fine but nothing else can be guaranteed safe. I politely refrained from pointing out that I've been advocating for a new fridge/freezer for several years because of the dangerous broken drawer and the ice maker that stopped working over a decade ago. I have a mini fridge up here in my office that is now full, and we are borrowing another mini fridge from my parents tomorrow. The new full sized unit will be ordered tomorrow, and I will be glad to have a new one even if it was bad timing and irritating circumstances. Speaking of irritating, lol, he is having his annoying friend as a houseguest this coming weekend and none of what happened today will be changing that. I just tend to hide up here when this happens, so nothing too unusual. I hope you're all having a decent day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
