Hiya everyone! It is time for a few more peeks at some goodies from The Wash Cart Sale, each item only $10L so you can perk up your summer wardrobe or freshen your living space on a budget. There is about a week remaining to visit the event and save lots of lindens on high quality merchandise. I also have some more glimpses down the Silk Road, the Silk Road Hunt VIII that is, and since the hunt ends in a couple of days I strongly suggest you hurry to search for those golden pagodas. They contain a wide variety of prizes for men and women, but I did notice a considerable amount of home decor this round for their Byzantium theme. Think of all the creative things you could do with that, especially mixed with some Wash Cart Sale bargains! Can you hear the wheels turning in my head, coming up with ideas?
This first duo of dresses is just a small sampling of the dozen versions offered on the NSP/Muse cart at The Wash. On the left is NSP Rosie Sleeveless Dress V1, on the right is V12, and each are just $10L and include standard mesh sizes. There is a nice range of colors and patterns, and I love the asymmetrical hem on this style. You can visit their mainstore by clicking here, and the direct link to their cart is in my ending credits.
For this look, I slipped into a versatile offering from Lunar Seasonal Designs at The Wash, their HUD Driven Retro Summer Dot Dress with Bow, standard mesh sizes with a HUD that lets you choose from 6 background colors for this fun dotty pattern. The dress is just $10L and so are plenty of other choices on their Retail cart as well as a Full Perm cart if you are a creative type :) Their mainstore link can be found here, and the ending credits link will zip you to their retail cart (full perm cart is next door). I am leaning against one of the many items for sale for just $10L each at the Low Prim Living cart, their lovely [LPL] Celest Bookshelf with Poses. It has a land impact of just 8, and is quite detailed with everything you see on the shelves built in, including that nice bright lamp. There are 3 poses to choose from when you right click - sit, unisex so anyone can enjoy. Some of their other cart offers have poses too, while others have texture changing menus, these are useful additions to any home. Let's explore the Silk Road hunt a bit, this is a fun prize from Tayren's Fantasy Fashions called Female Roman Outfit in Green for SRH8. It includes the toga in standard mesh sizes, sandals in classic or Slink flat, cabochon necklace, and laurel leaf hair wreath with resize script built in. I am either ready for a toga party, costume event, roleplaying, or just randomly dressing in a different style than usual for me :) I am loving that rich texture, the green looks velvety and oh so touchable. There is a male prize provided as well, as with most of the stops in this hunt.
The Byzantine Empire seems to have been known for opulence as well as fascinating artwork, and this dress incorporates those ideas very well. It is our gift from Lillou Merlin Design called [LD] Thea Dress, and comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes: 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. The rich golden mosaic design is a striking example of Byzantine art, and its timeless beauty makes this dress even more special.
Our final look of the evening adds an Asian flair to the post, the prize from Prism Designs called Prism Kayo Geisha by Jezzixa Cazalet. It is provided in 5 classic mesh sizes as well as 5 fitmesh sizes, and the pattern resembles a tapestry that would be quite at home traveling the Silk Road. The luxurious colors are complemented by the black trim and wide belt with back bow.
My title tonight was pretty random, as I have been listening to a great deal of 80s music lately and hear that song by Richard Marx fairly often. It is another beautiful evening, my window is open and I'm enjoying a soft breeze, so I am grateful for a nice night. Hiya everyone! Tonight you will see more extra affordable finds from The Wash Springtacious Cart Sale, where everything is either $10L or a special $50L item per cart. If lindens were coins in our avatars' pockets, you could probably find enough for a shopping spree here in the cushions of your SL sofa ;) That mental image makes me chuckle, I admit, but I have always been impressed with the discounts you can find here each round. You have just under a week to visit, so I hope you put it on your to-do list. I am also fond of hunts for freebies or dollarbies, and tonight I have a few more prizes from the Kikai Spring Market easter egg hunt for you to see. The eggs are all free, and the prizes range from clothing to accessories to home decor and more. Some of the participating stores are new to me, while others are happily familiar.
Let's start with a couple of delightful finds from the Wash Cart Sale. My outfit here is from Brandy's Boutique and is called Missy Missy Denim Suit Blue. It includes system layers as well as appliers for Belleza, Lena, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink. There are also cuffs which I am wearing here, with a built in resize script for a better fit. Just $10L for this comfy, sexy outfit, along with several other clothing choices. Their main store can be found by clicking here, but these bargains are only at the cart sale at the link from the ending credits. The terrific bench I am sitting upon is one of the many offerings from Low Prim Living, their Ashley Gossip Bench which has a very reasonable land impact of 4. There are dozens of animated poses to choose from, 14 female and 14 male or 12 unisex for a single avatar, or add that special someone and there are 8 cuddles, 9 kissing, and a total of 31 adult options (7 foreplay, 15 sex, 9 get freaky) so there is a truly impressive range. Something else worth mentioning, there are poses for drinking that will (with your permission) attach a glass of champagne to your hand rather than adding it to your inventory, my favorite of which was reading and drinking so you are kicked back with a good book and tasty beverage. There is even a menu for changing the texture of the cushion I am sitting on, 4 colors of that same pretty pattern. Another cart we don't want to miss is by Artic Storm, with several offerings that have never been released prior to this cart sale including the lovely Gemma Pink Mesh dress seen here. You will even find her in another color on the cart as well if pink isn't your thing. She comes in standard mesh sizes, and is just $10L so a stunning bargain. Over at the Kikai Spring Market, one of the participating stores I am gladly familiar with is Moonstar and their egg holds this Mesh Golden Jumpsuit. This pretty one piece outfit with intriguing pattern comes in standard mesh sizes, which suited my Slink Physique body just fine as you can see. I like the unusual neckline with those folded down portions, they would make a great frame for your favorite necklace.
Two more playful prizes you can find in those hidden eggs, my new cuddle buddy is from TRS Designs called Bunny Plush Spring and has a built in hold pose, seen here. That face is just so sweet! Speaking of adorable faces, I had to put down the bunny long enough to show you the design on my outfit from Cutie Larks called Just Ducky Outfit Fitmesh. It is a single fitmesh size and just one piece for both top and skirt. I really do appreciate the versatility of fitmesh.
One last look of the evening, you can find this lovely dress from Emmalena Damour Designs in their egg at Kikai. It is called KSM Bodycon Dress Lycra Spandex Amethyst, and consists of a skirt panel in standard mesh sizes, system layers, and appliers for Altamura, eBody, Belleza, Eve, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink. This is a really flattering look, hugging my curves and revealing just a flash of thigh from that sexy slit in the skirt.
My sleep difficulties are back with a vengeance, so I am a bit groggy and hoping I mostly made sense here tonight ;) I cannot imagine what the problem is this time, but sleep that is so frequently disrupted does not feel restful at all. Total 15 land impact for the popcorn maker, fully loaded table of goodies, and two sets of flowers to add some flair, and the popcorn maker offers a wearable cone of popcorn to anyone who clicks it. Here is a closer look at the festive dress I found on the marketplace for free, courtesy of Lutricia's Luxuries. The cute Fredrika Independence Day Dress comes in standard mesh sizes, and has the familiar stars and stripes pattern of Old Glory. The style is casual and pretty for a summery day, and obviously I am not grilling so I can get away with wearing a dress. I was probably more interested in tasting that cake than anything when taking this picture!

Hiya everyone! Tonight is a treat because I get to share things from two of my favorite recurring events in SL, one being the Wash Cart Sale and its amazing values where everything is $10L or less. The other is the seasonal Kiyomizu Hunt, whose summer round just started a couple of days ago. My suggestion is to start at the Kiyomizu Mall itself and find all the ninja kitties there you can, then click a floating ghost to open a website of what you have and haven't found yet. Let's take a look (or several) at what is waiting to be discovered.
Please don't tell my avi that she isn't on a tropical beach here, as it took several glasses of that champagne to convince her she was ;) I am happily relaxing on a Wash Cart Sale selection from Low Prim Living, their Surf's Up Birthday Cuddles which has a rez-box for the beanbag chair, palm fronds, surfboard, champagne, and tasty looking cake. All this just has a land impact of 10, rather like its low cost of $10L. The beanbag chair offers a terrific menu upon sitting, with a slew of poses: 4 female, 4 male, 4 unisex, and 12 cuddle. The menu also offers 6 color choices for the chair. As for my comfy outfit, this is one of the great bargains offered at the Park Place cart, featuring home decor and their new casuals line. This is their [PP Casuals] Abigail Outfit, one pair of pants and two tank tops (black or white) in standard mesh sizes each. They have a very cute red and blue one available too, same amazing price of just $10L. Here we have another pairing of cart sale bargains, just imagine how many full outfits you can create there and how many entire rooms you can decorate for so few lindens! My pretty dress with its floaty layers is from Sage, their Carla Maroon Dress, and right below the dress on the cart is the matching Carla Maroon Shoes for Slink high. Just $10L for each, and there are other selections that are just as wonderful. Another cart you will certainly want to visit is Luminesse, with their stunning jewelry including this Trilia Topaz Titanium Set. $10L is all it takes to get the necklace, earrings, and bracelets for each wrist, all so detailed and luxurious.
