Fitmesh Fanatics Freebies

Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to explore some gifts for the Fitmesh Fanatics group, which is currently free to join. That means that everything you see featured in this post is free just for visiting the stores :) I'm always interested in seeing what these places have on sale or as new releases, so these multi-designer groups just give me an extra excuse to go browsing. I'm very grateful for this type of group, and for all the participating designers who offer treats for the members to enjoy.

Our first stop is ANGEL"s JEWELRY to claim their glittery AJ_dress ANDREA bw flower gift. The style is stunning, with the diagonal hem that goes all the way up to the left hip (showing off some cheek in the rear view) and the fun strap holding it in place. There are sizes for Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. The most noteworthy feature is probably the animated glitter, hard to see in still images like this but there are tiny sparkles that you can see in person :)

I also visited Yuni where their terrific gift for us is called Taran Outfit. I'm loving the Chinese style with mandarin collar and frog buttons, modernized with bared midriff and extra short skirt. Both the top and skirt will fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. It isn't very noticeable in my photo unfortunately, but there is a subtle swirly pattern embossed on the fabric that reminds me of clouds or windy weather. 

I really adore the [ARTi'S] SpringTime Dress because of the floral print and the way it skims along our curves, but I do have a confession - the rebel in me wants to remind you that flowers aren't just for spring ;) I can read the name, lol, but I'm going to wear it in the summer too, and probably other times of year because it is simply too lovely to leave hanging in a closet. We receive sizing for Erika, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Nhumana, Nhumana Lively, Prima Busty, Prima Petite, Reborn, Waifu, and Rebirth Petite mesh bodies. Whew! That is an impressive set of sizes, so if you have any friends with one of these bodies and not enough clothing for it, please send them here!

Next we take a look at the gorgeous [LRS] Irem Dress, which is similar to the first one I shared tonight with some notable differences. Instead of being strapless, this beauty has spaghetti straps where the left one has slipped off our shoulder, and the diagonal hemline is cut to provide more coverage of our bottom. The dress and matching garter are each provided in Erika, Gen X Classic/Dainty, Gen X Curvy/Dainty, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, and Reborn mesh body sizes. The garter has three chains draped from it that alternate between gold and white, so pretty! I also got a kick out of the fabric's childlike pattern, with whimsical sketches of hearts, stars, stick figures, and XOXO colored in bright scribbles. 

My final stop of the evening was *Stars*Fashion* where I gratefully grabbed their Bea gift for the Fitmesh Fanatics group (on the wall with several other treats for various groups). The strapless dress with drop waist comes in sizes for Freya, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Juicy Boobs, while the coordinated boots will fit Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies. Then there is a HUD enclosed with 15 colors each for dress and boots, 3 metals, 5 for the straps, and 3 for the soles. I had a lot of fun playing with the HUD as usual, lol, since I simply can't resist that urge ;) That dark purple is an instant favorite color for me, but variety is the spice of life, even Second Life. 

I can't figure out if I need a nap, a few minutes of stretching, or a really good piece of dark chocolate. I don't have the chocolate and not really time for a nap, lol, so I'm going to do a little stretching when I finish here :) It was a decent day and I am still unsure if I'm going out Wednesday or Thursday, as that will be determined by the weather. Sweets for SLFO Group

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring some of the many stores who are a part o the SLFO (SL Frees and Offers) group, looking for treats available for this particular group. You can usually find them near the red and white SLFO group joiner sign, which you can click for a link in local chat in case you aren't already a member of this free group. I'm sure you can tell that I highly recommend them :) I've shared their gifts here many times before, and fully intend to do so in the future from time to time. 

First up, we see the flirty ALWAYS BLOSSOM Nicole Amethyst Jumpsuit. This gift is up on their 3rd floor, so you'll want to click next to the elevator doors where it says the floor and description to teleport up there. This one piece outfit is designed for Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, with a strip across the bust and a playful opening beneath to show off some midriff. If you're a fan of purple as I am, this color is a bonus reason to pick up this terrific gift :)

Belle Epoque has an intriguing outfit for us to claim, their Stephy GIFT. Who knew that black and white tweed could be so flirty and versatile? The top, sleeves, and skirt are all provided in sizing for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The sleeves being separate is handy so we can choose to leave them off if we wish, although I'm really enjoying the way they are surrounded by crisscrossed laces that mimic the sides of the skirt. This brand is so consistent with high quality and style that I am not even surprised, just impressed :)

We all need some humor in our lives, so the Tastic-High Five Top gift just might bring some to your day. There is also a matching gift for the guys, and they both read "Some people just need a high-five...in the face...with a chair" with a woozy looking emoji. Now I'm not one to advocate violence, but I also did spend much of the late 90s watching wrestling in person that often involved chairs and other accessories (ECW, if you know you know) so I did think of scripted entertainment. I would never take this shirt as instructions, but I will wear it as a warning that I am not in the mood for someone else's nonsense (the block button is my only weapon). There is a fitmesh M size as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body sizes included. 

If you crave something sleek and flirty, be sure to pick up the LUXE Paris BLUEBERRY Dress group gift :) The dusky shade of blue gives a lovely and elegant look to our strapless mini dress, just like the ruffle along the top. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies provided. 

My final look of the evening is our *Stars*Fashion* Siren gift, which is so versatile and sassy! The cropped top and micro miniskirt are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. There's also a HUD to let us select from 10 colors each for our top and the skirt's belt, upper, and lower portions. I've chosen contrasting hues for upper and lower on both views above to show you the fun styling, but it'll look just as striking if you choose all one shade for the entire outfit. 

My dental visit went pretty smoothly yesterday, but I was certainly too tired and groggy to even think about attempting a blog post last night ;) As for today, well it was nice until a few moments ago when the housemate informed me that the dreaded house-pest guest is coming this weekend, bleh. That makes my safe space feel so much less safe, as he is a peculiar and unfriendly type person who sets off all my inner alarm bells. Housemate has been friends with him for over 30 years though, so I don't think I am genuinely in danger other than the usual cat dander from his clothing giving me allergy and asthma issues for several days. It's just one of those things, and I'm mostly annoyed that somehow the dentist wasn't the scariest or worst part of my week after all. SL Mesh Body Group

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is filled with generous gifts for the SL Mesh Body group, which has a small $9L price to join. There are lots of participating brands all across the grid, and I'm always excited to explore them and find out which ones are offering gifts for the group :) I've been a member of the group for ages, so that tiny fee to join has more than paid for itself dozens of times over. Hopefully you can find a new favorite store or discover a new gift at an old favorite haunt.

We start at TOG STORE in their new location, where the Licks Set is one of several gifts under the stairs. This flirty strapless mini has a fluttery layered skirt that is even shorter from behind, so fun! We receive sizes for Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, along with a HUD that offers a whopping 50 colors for us to choose from. Sometimes that's a really tough decision, because they all look fantastic!

If you're not in the mood for drama (same!) then you definitely need the [Enchantress] Tessa Dress Gift. It's a clear message for those girls who want to flirt with your man, or the so-called friend who talks crap behind your back. My final look tonight comes from *Stars*Fashion*, their versatile Angee outfit. Its dress, dress + top, and boots are all designed to fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Perky Juicy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, and we've got two HUDS to take care of it all. They offer the same 15 colors for dress, top, and boots, but one is for the Legacy sizes and the other for non-Legacy versions. I don't know enough about scripting to have any idea why that would be, but it's not an issue since it's all clearly labeled and worked fine for me. 

I'm a bit sleepy this evening since I got a lot less sleep than planned (thanks, Pokopia, LOL) but the anxiety/agoraphobia support group session went really well and there were some interesting suggestions made. Sometimes acting as someone's cheerleader, telling them "you've got this!" when they're facing something scary, is helpful for all of us to hear and take to heart. I was going to go out tomorrow but the plans got shifted to Wednesday somehow, so I'll be blogging tomorrow evening after all :) It's getting so warm in here, these fluctuating temperatures sure are a struggle lately. Mesh Body Friends Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've been exploring some stores who are part of the Mesh Body Friends group, and the designers thoughtfully offer treats for everyone who visits with the MBF group tag active. It's no secret by now that I really do enjoy these multi-designer groups, as we can get info about so many new releases, sales, and fun events all in one place. There are often active group chats inworld too, so we can get a heads-up about things in real time :) The MBF group is currently free to join, so get that group tag on and head on out to these wonderful places!

Our first stop is *Stars*Fashion*, where the Ayane MBF Gift is a fantastic reason to visit here again :) Our top, skirt, and heels are all provided in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizing, and there's a HUD for each piece. The top's HUD offers 20 textures each for the straps, main top, and bow in the front. Then the HUD for the skirt has 20 options apiece for main skirt, pockets, and borders for even more mixing and matching. You can choose from 10 colors for the heels from its HUD too, so those daringly high laced shoes will easily coordinate with whatever look you choose for the clothing.

I kept on the skirt so I could show off another lovely gift, the Snappy // Tic Tac Toe Ladies Shirt. It reminded me of getting in trouble for playing tic tac toe with the friend seated next to me in a really boring class, lol, so we did the same exact thing in detention that day :) I was mostly well behaved so it was a fun deviation from my normal I guess. The vivid color is just right for fall, and the triple moon symbol on the back is a symbol referenced often in witchcraft or wicca. I know it as maiden - mother - crone standing for phases of femininity. Whew, my morning was a rough one since a mouse decided to check out the peanut butter inside the humane trap about 2am. That meant waiting over 5 hours for the housemate to wake up, another half hour to shower and get ready, then finally took it far enough away to release it that it wouldn't immediately return. It was going crazy in that trap, like I saw it putting its nose in one air hole, tongue and teeth in another, then flailing all 4 limbs so much it almost flipped over the whole trap! I felt guilty, but I don't drive and can't take it anywhere since it must be released at least a mile away. It's somewhere safe now, but probably has friends or family hiding in here somewhere as I've heard more suspicious noises. Dinner at my parents' was good, and they are hoping to get an appointment next week for a sleep study so my dad can move along the path to recovery from A-fib. I'm going to the farmers market again in the morning (fingers crossed) so I'm nervous but not as bad as last week. Shopping Maniacs

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm sharing several gifts for the Shopping Maniacs group, which is currently free to join and a hotspot for finding out what's new across the grid. The participating designers can choose to offer a gift for the group in their store, so I spent some time today exploring and checking out sales, new releases, and enjoying seeing what gifts in general there are waiting for us in each store. Please thank these designers for the freebies by considering making a purchase if you can and see something you like, as they do work hard and deserve our business :)

If hearing 'white dress' makes you think of weddings, you may think again in a good way when you see our Mouse Style #73 Dress White gift! This flirty mini dress is tied in a halter neck and at the waist on both sides of the fun cutouts, with an added opening in front to show off our navel. There are sizes for Erika, Freya, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies included. 

Coincidentally I went to the opposite of the color spectrum with our NILSY GIFT,ASYMETRIC SKIRT LACED DRESS :) This is tucked behind their desk with a few other groups' gifts, all worth checking out as with their midnight mania board and lucky chairs. This dress reminds me of a modern take on something you'd see at a Renaissance fair, thanks to the puffed sleeves and satin ribbons laced down the front. This one is cut shorter and on the diagonal, and is provided in a fitmesh standard version along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body sizing. 

Now I'm amused because it almost looks like I planned the order of the photos to make connections from look to look, as this also has a bold diagonal hemline :) It's our Lara AC Dress Lotus Kala BLUE gift, which is most easily reached by clicking the Group Gifts shingle on the teleporter sign. The gift includes sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. I love the smoky, dusky blue shade and the way it is knotted on the left hip.

I also stopped by *Stars*Fashion* to pick up the playful Leire gift for Shopping Maniacs. It is a great choice for these hot summer days and evenings, as it consists of a tube top and distressed denim shorts in Freya, Maitreya, and Slink Physique sizes each. Then there is also a HUD enclosed with 20 colors for the top, 3 for the cords holding it closed, 20 for the shorts, and 3 metals for the attached belts and studs on the rear pocket. I had a really good time as always, playing with the HUD and seeing what looks I could create :) I hope you do too!

My final look of the evening is one of many generous gifts from ART & FASHION, this one being their VINTAGE SPRING GOWN specifically for Shopping Maniacs. The long mermaid style gown has a sheer texture in a deep garnet red color, with lovely daisies on the front. I love the way the back is gently draped :) We receive 5 fitmesh standard sizes as well as Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink mesh body versions, plus the alpha layer I am wearing. My thighs were protruding through so I really had to hide them, but if you look closely you can see my hand through the body on the right side. Perhaps a smaller shape would prevent that, although mine is on the slender and petite side. 

It was a pretty good weekend here, and I am pondering a few things discussed in therapy earlier. The fun thing is coming up with a name for my anxiety, and I've been pondering Bob's Burgers characters to see who fits. My week ahead is pretty much focused on the dental procedure Wednesday, but I will be trying another outing on Saturday probably. Palomma Plaza Pretties

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post comes to you from Palomma Plaza, which if you recall The Free Dove it is a loving tribute to its owner, Palomma "Dove" Casanova, and in the same location. The group is free to join, and with that "Doves Angel" tag you can claim countless gifts from very talented and generous designers :) I treasure my memories of chats with Dove, and hope she knows she is still missed and loved by so many people. The designers' displays I am focusing on tonight are Bens Boutique and Stars Fashion, so my link should give you a red arrow to the aisle right between them. I would also like to mention that as of this morning there was still a large Christmas tree in the building with lots of great gifts underneath, but I chose not to blog those because they are probably going away pretty soon and many are seasonal. So I still recommend peeking and claiming those too, and much like Christmas you will get to be surprised with each one you open :) It's funny, I still see people mention The Free Dove in group chats, and usually someone will chime in about the reopening and the new name but old landmarks still working, and I think it really shows the impact she made on SL with her caring nature and wanting everyone to be able to look their best even if they are low on funds.

My first look is the lovely Bens Boutique - Shae Dress group gift. It has 15 patterns and 30 solid colors to choose from via HUD, so it is very easy to personalize your look. The dress fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, all with that deep dipped neckline and high slits on each thigh.

The Bens Boutique - Bridget Jumpsuit is a gorgeous choice for New Years Eve, but of course it is going to look phenomenal no matter where or when you decide to show it off. We receive standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Maitreya, and TMP mesh body sizing in this gift, plus a 10 color HUD for our sparkly texture. I love halter necks and bare backs, and I'm thinking this could be just what we need to display a new back tattoo or one of those fun necklaces that hangs down the back.

Over on the Stars Fashion display, there are several wonderful gifts including this Danika set. Its single shoulder tube top and low rise jeans are each provided in sizes for Altamura Sofia, Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The HUD inside offers 10 colors for each, to make mixing and matching a breeze. I noticed that it slowed down if I clicked the HUD too many times in a row, but if you take it slow (yeah I get impatient, LOL)  all the buttons will work eventually. SL has been oddly laggy at times lately, anyone else noticing that?

Next I changed into the flirty Stars Fashion - Niki gift, which easily made me smile. The bare shouldered top and extra short skirt each fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and there is also a HUD with 20 colors each for top and skirt, then 2 for the ruffles. So you pick your top color and then let the ruffles remain the matching hue, or click the black or white buttons above it to have a contrasting ruffle color. My final look of the evening is also from the Stars Fashion display, and is my choice for heading somewhere tropical and breezy :) Their Twila outfit is a playful combo of wrapped long sleeve crop top and slim fitting denim shorts, in sizing for Altamura Sofia, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. There's also a HUD of course, with 10 patterns for the top and 10 shades of denim for our shorts. Get creative and have fun with the HUD, just be patient if SL is being slow and the textures don't change right away. 

Happy New Year, everyone! I tend to get a bit reflective this time of year, and usually try to be optimistic and upbeat about a new year and a fresh start. This time I'm finding it more difficult than usual for many reasons, grief and my health issues being a big part of that, but I still need to hold on to some shreds of hope.  Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting *Stars*Fashion* mainstore for the second half of their mini hunt at The Free Dove. There are 5 gifts in each location, all free for anyone wearing their Free Dove group tag who finds and clicks each silvery box with gold ribbon. I showed you the five found at The Free Dove in a prior post, and am very pleased to share this half tonight. 

First we start things off with the sophisticated *Stars*Fashion* Agate prize. Its jumper (sweater) and skirt are each provided in 3 classic sizes (S, M, L) as well as Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body versions. There is also a HUD that offers 10 colors each for the jumper, skirt, and the belt that is attached to the skirt. That opens up a considerable number of possibilities, all for your personal tastes.

For my final look of the night, we see the *Stars*Fashion* Ayla which is also one of the generous prizes found at their main store. The tank top is included in sizes for Freya, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies, while the jeans have original and heels versions (longer hem) each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. Of course there is also a HUD included, this time with 12 colors for the top and a total of 24 for the jeans - 12 colors each with or without the floral embroidery you see on the left above. There are flowers on the back pockets as well, if you choose one of those buttons :) Sometimes I just want to relax and unwind in casual clothing even in SL, and these jeans are a flattering and fashionable choice. 

It has mostly been a nice weekend here, and I am feeling a little better each day. There are several RL tasks I need to take care of this week, and appointments to be made, so things might seem more busy in my little corner of the world soon enough. Stars Fashion at The Free Dove

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features some Free Dove mini hunt prizes, which also makes me want to take the opportunity to say again how thrilled I am that The Free Dove has monthly mini hunts again! :) This month we have two, from *Stars*Fashion* and Paper.Sparrow, each with 5 free prizes at The Free Dove and 5 at their respective main stores. I am starting with Stars Fashion, whose hunt prizes are hiding inside small giftboxes that looked black in the sample photo from the notecard from the hunt sign but looked light grey in person on my screen. They have gold ribbons on them and a dusting of gold stars, so they are really pretty! You will need your free "Blessed by a Dove" group tag from The Free Dove's group to claim them, so please have that active and give each one a click. My first look is the *Stars*Fashion* Danika outfit, and like all of tonight's prizes it is very versatile. The top and pants each come in sizes for Altamura Sofia, Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. There is also a HUD included with 10 color choices each for the top and pants, so you can mix and match to your heart's content. The pants have that classic jeans styling, while the top has a unique double strap on just the one side. 

Another charming outfit is the *Stars*Fashion* Alaina prize, with similar jeans styled pants and a tied short sleeve blouse. These are each provided in Freya, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizing, with a HUD to choose from 20 patterns for the top and 20 colors for the pants. The top's options are all plaids in various hues, and the pants have a subtle spongy texture that reminds me of clouds. 

For a little Boho fringe fun, be sure to find the giftbox that contains this prize called *Stars*Fashion* Beth. I had a lot of fun clicking all the buttons to see what combinations appealed to me, and when there are this many wonderful choices it is hard to narrow down a favorite.

Next I changed into the *Stars*Fashion* Niki skirt set, a pairing of sweetheart tube top with detached sleeves and a laced up mini skirt, each with ruffled trim. They are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, with a HUD that has 20 color choices for each as well as 2 (black or white) for each ruffle. We apply the main color first, then if we want to change the ruffle we click either the black or white button if desired. I gave the white ruffle buttons both a click on the left above, but on the right all I did was choose the main color for each and left the ruffles their matching hue. 

For my final look of the evening, I am enjoying the *Stars*Fashion* Carla hunt prize. Its zippered tank top includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies, while the matching zippered skirt comes in 3 standard sizes (S, M, L) as well as Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizing. The handy HUD has 10 color choices for each, so you can mix and match this outfit too. Some days I will be inclined to bring the variety, while others I am picking a pink or purple (my personal favorites) and sticking with them :) It all depends on a mood or your own personal preference. 

Things are slowly improving here, for example my arm is not as sore as it was yesterday. I still have headaches that may not even be related, and my neuropathy is still acting up quite a bit, although I did get some rest and I think that will continue to help. I am eager to share more Free Dove hunt prizes in my next couple of posts, and there are certainly other April events and hunts for us to explore along the way as well. Trend Event Gifts

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a limited time offer to tell you about, as I just discovered an event that is ending soon. I do apologize for not much warning about these, but I rely on several different sources of information on events and this one was not advertised on any of those. Some things are too good to keep to myself though!

First we have the beautiful gift from NILSY called Coral Chiffon Dress. The top has full ruffled sleeves that are off the shoulder, and the pants have a low waistline and a camouflage pattern. You could easily wear either piece separately to mix with something else in your wardrobe, as I am about to show you...

The pants from the LWD outfit came in handy for me to be able to show you this fun Crop Shirt from *Stars*Fashion*, which is one of two gifts they are offering. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and features a subtle pattern and deep unbuttoned neckline.
