Stupid Cupid Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to start helping track down cupid, of Stupid Cupid Hunt fame. We are on the 12th annual round of this particular Evil Bunny Hunts extravaganza, as cupid has been shooting arrows (this year they have bright pink heart shaped tips and light pink feathers/flocking) all over the participating stores trying to make any random love matches he can ;) So if you find an arrow for just $1L, you will receive a reward for helping clean up after him. Their website has the landmarks, hints, and previews of most of the prizes to guide us. We have until the end of the month to find them all, but I figure the sooner the better since some are more distinctly Valentine themed and you may want the prizes on hand this week.

The best place to start is at the very beginning, right? Grumble is our organizer and thus is the first one shown on the hunt website, with their sassy Wrap Dress-Bear prize. The style is flirtatious with deep sides and a peephole in the back that reveals a bit of bum cleavage. We receive sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Lara X Petite, Legacy, Maitreya, Peach, Prima Busty, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The pattern is adorned with bears wearing a studded collar and holding a knife, and I laughed out loud when I saw the heart shaped handcuffs beneath him! 

We also have an arrow to find at Emerald Couture, containing their lovely EC Natasha Outfit Red. The dress is cleverly crafted with a built in necklace of pearls that dangle into a deep plunging neckline, flattering above the extra short skirt. There are Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Gen X Classic Dainty, Gen X Curvy Dainty, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes of our dress, with coordinating shoes that fit Erika, Gen X, Kupra, Khara, Legacy, Maitreya, Peach, and Reborn feet. They definitely suit the garnet hue of the dress perfectly, with their own silvery trim that includes the stiletto heels.

When it came time to show some of the colors for our Indigenous - String Hearts Dress prize, I purposely chose nontraditional Valentine colors for variety's sake, but I assure you that they are options too :) The included HUD offers 6 colors for our short, loose fitting long sleeved dress, decorated with what looks like small bunches of heart shaped balloons. The dress comes in sizing for Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, and Lara X Petite mesh bodies. 

Back in the pink, we visit *Glitter Bunny* to claim their Miranda Top TSCH12 which is the female half of this generous prize. Both portions are hidden in the same arrow, and ours is the cropped high-neck shirt with lots of options. There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Kups, Lara X, Petite, Legacy, Perky, Prima, Prima Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, all with a 4 texture HUD. That offers 2 shades of pink, each with or without the golden embossed pattern that says LOVE. This aspect gives versatility for non-Valentine wear, don't you think? This store name was new to me, but it turns out it's a rebrand of Georg Bellic Design which I recall fondly from many other hunts :) I got a kick out of the GB initials remaining the same, and of course the nice quality is consistent also.

For my final look this evening, I visited Nirvana Fashion and located their ladies' prize called [NF] - Female Valentine Pyjamas - [Pyjama Set-Rose]4. Yes, there is a separately hidden male arrow with matching PJs :) The ones I'm wearing here are a one-piece top and pants set in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh body sizes. The unrigged slippers will fit most flat feet, and the sleeping hat is another fun addition that can also be adjusted as necessary. I certainly look and feel ready for some Valentine snuggling in this prize!

Sometimes Mondays feel like they are several days long, LOL, and this one seemed to be one of them. I read an obituary tonight that moved me to tears several times for many reasons, one being I adored the man it was written for and another being simply what a wonderful life he'd led. He was a minister/pastor but that's not how I met him; that was through the farmers market where for over a decade I saw him, his wife, and one of his daughters each week. His daughter baked Irish goods (he was the first generation born in USA, they were his family's recipes) and he was the type of person who teased the people he liked so I am glad to have fond memories of frequent teasing from him :) What I learned from the obit that touched me was learning he was very active in the civil rights movement of the 50s and 60s, marching with Dr. Martin Luther King, and he himself held a Masters and a Doctorate in Theology. He was always very warm and kind, which is how I will remember him most, and his family shares those qualities so I treasure their friendship too. Can you tell I'm weeping at this point? She closed her business recently to care for him as he battled dementia, so I was aware that his health was failing and had been concerned for the family. I'm trying to think of something more cheerful to wrap this up with...all I can think of is my usual wishes for a good day/evening and many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

How Bazaar

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we have more delightful group gifts from the EBP Black Friday Bazaar 6 event, where the Evil Bunny Hunts group tag "I'm Evil!" will let you claim dozens of free treats while you do some holiday shopping. The group is free to join, and it's a great way to stay informed of all the events and hunts that the organizers hold each year. I am a longtime fan and really appreciate their hard work, which helps us all save money at the events and find low priced hunt prizes at wonderful stores. As for my title, I know that quirky 90s song was called How Bizarre, not Bazaar, but well...wordplay... :) I can't resist it!

My first look is the lovely Indigenous - Dressy Top gift. This blousy tube top comes in Khara, Kupra, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Reborn Waifu mesh body sizes. It also includes a 6 texture HUD, so we can choose from several color schemes of gradients and beautiful sparkles. 

In my next look I'm wearing two very different group gifts that have one obvious thing in common besides being found at the Bazaar...they both look terrific with the blue Delizio jeans I wore in my first photo :) On the left is the {Belissima} Laninha Top 1 gift, a playful animal print tube top in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies. The hoodie on the right comes from nope., formerly ZFG, called sass- problem. It says "Not my problem" on the front, which I think we can all identify with at times, and I really like the stitched appearance of the sleeves too. We receive Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Reborn Waifu mesh body sizing of this fun cropped sweatshirt. 

Designs by Danielle is offering the charming DbD Houndstooth Skirt and Sweater as a group gift for this event, and despite the name implying separate pieces it is actually one easy to wear piece :) There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies provided. The black trim looks great against both the houndstooth pattern and the solid pale top, don't you think?

Two gifts combined very nicely here for an edgy yet festive look. The dress is our Moon Dress gift from JR Wolf Creations, which fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy mesh bodies. I enjoy all the fun details like keyhole opening, crescent moon embossing, and small ruffles at neckline and hem. The strapless style helps me show off the other gift, which is the [Witchery] XmaS Chest Tattoo. There are two opacity versions included, each as BOM layers, so it can be worn with most mesh bodies along with classic avatars. 

My final look of the evening is the stunning - Kinky Pinky - Cowaii Dress, which has a clever name that's a mashup of cow and kawaii :) The dress comes in sizing for Erika, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies, with a 6 color HUD to choose your favorite cow print hue. The straps are a beautiful aspect, holding the top and crisscrossing the partly open sides and back. I was also drawn to the high hip slits on both sides, showing extra glimpses of skin.

**Quick Mesh Body Note: I just saw on social media that the Maitreya Lara X has been released, so if you have the Maitreya Lara body (5.3 was the current version) you can click the redeliver button on the body's HUD and receive both Lara and Lara X. This is exciting news, and I'm eager to play with them when I login in a while!!!!

The Jerky Turkey Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we explore some of The Jerky Turkey Hunt, which is in its 13th annual round of sending us to participating stores to find bright orange turkey feathers for $1L apiece. The rewards for helping clean up after this jerky turkey are plentiful, and you can see previews of most of them on the hunt's website with the landmarks and hints. Some are fall or Thanksgiving themed, while others are less specific, so you can find things that suit you no matter what you celebrate or what climate you live in :)

My first look of the evening is our Indigenous prize called Fall Leaves Dress & Belt. Both pieces are provided in eBody Reborn, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Peach mesh body sizes, and the dress can be worn with or without the orange link belt. I was really impressed by the sky blue backdrop with floating leaves on the top, then a skyline of autumn colored trees for our skirt!

I also visited nope. (formerly ZFG) and found their feather, containing this pretty rosemary - fall special edition sweater. It looks so cozy, doesn't it? There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies included, as well as a 5 color HUD for variety. It's going to go wonderfully with whatever you decide to pair it with, and I chose the black pair from the Delizio jeans fatpack we can find for free on the marketplace.

We all deserve a smile, so be sure to find the feather at The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. which holds their NOT THIS YEAR Tee. How can you not love the sassy ninja turkey who is ready to defend himself against hungry holiday celebrants? The comfy tank top comes in 5 standard mesh sizes as well as eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions.

You also won't want to miss the great prize waiting at BlondeQueen, a duo of dresses called BQ::Aurelia Dress with Legs Harness::. I've mentioned plenty of times before how much I love denim, so naturally the addition of lovely roses to the pants made me even happier :) The style of the top caught my eye as well, bare shoulders and full gathered sleeves with a pert zipper in the back. I'm tempted to add a pair of gold heels instead of trying to find just the right shade of denim, but a neutral to match the flowers would be great too.

It was a quiet day here, but I won't be able to say that about tomorrow or Friday so I might as well enjoy it while I can ;) Therapy tomorrow, which I am nervous about but also eager to continue to learn and make progress. Boo! Bunny Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood for some gridwide hunting, and the Boo! Bunny Hunt 13 happily fulfilled my craving. We are looking for a small piece of candy in an orange and green striped wrapper, with an example featured on their website so you know what to keep an eye out for. That is also where we'll find our landmarks, hints, and preview images where available, but some stores have the hint on their sign as well if you click the candy attached. All of these fantastic prizes are just $1L each, and you know your girl here is an experienced bargain hunter in SL and RL ;) So naturally I needed to share these finds with all of you too, because this magpie loves to find treasures (shinies!) but is also a generous soul who wants to spread the word about how you can claim your own seasonal goodies. I'm also excited that it's the lucky 13th round of this hunt, so thirteen years of finding affordable treats for Halloween and beyond.

My first look is from the creator who also organizes the Evil Bunny Hunts, so of course I was inspired to give them top billing here ;) This is the Grumble-Skulltastic dress, a fascinatingly crafted skintight mini dress with cutouts that make it look like a bra beneath an overalls style dress. There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Prima Busty, Reborn, and Reborn Waifu mesh bodies. I was immediately drawn to the bright colors that pop so beautifully against the black background, with skulls and mushrooms plus a sprinkling of stardust. I thought of it as Goth Lisa Frank and snorted while drinking coffee, somehow making myself laugh even more...

I also visited Indigenous to pick up their piece of candy, which gave me this clever Ooze Dress prize for just $1L. It has a charming draped neckline that leads to a deep scoop in the back beneath crossed straps, in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Peach, Reborn, and Reborn Waifu mesh bodies. The skulls in reaper robes have a special secret to share, as the fabric is materials enabled (advanced lighting material) so blood drips and splatters are visible in the light. I've got some lamps near me in my skybox where I took these photos, so you can see the dark red showing up on my left (image right) both front and back. 

My next stop was Emerald Couture, home to many generous gifts (group gifts, lucky chairs, midnight manias, etc.) and hunt prizes like this EC Bona Lisa Dress Orange. The skulls somehow remind me of Jason masks but also a damask fabric like you might find on their year-round fashions, with the orange and black being perfect for Halloween season. The prize includes 5 standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh body versions. There are sheer sections on the midriff both front and back, and the slender straps cross in the back but are hiding beneath my hair. Who knew that spooky and sexy could combine so well?

Emi's Attic is one of those stores who've been on my radar for several years now as a talented and generous designer with clothing that suits my personal style very well. So you'd better believe I hightailed it over there to find this candy and claim their Trick O' Tee Trio prize! There are three versions of the tube dress with detached looking sleeves (they are technically attached, linked) each in sizing for Freya, Gen X, Kupra, Legacy Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a bonus pair of BOM black knit panties. I'm absolutely going to lounge around the house in this as is, but add either jeans or a long skirt to go out in, depending on my mood or where we might be headed. 

My final look of the evening gives me the opportunity to tell you about a rebranding from ZFG (Zero F*cks Given) to their new name, nope. They might have had another name before that but it's currently escaping me, my apologies for the brain fart :) This hilarious cropped hoodie is called sass horror - scholarship, and that front reads "going to hell on full scholarship" which resonates with me quite a bit lately. The sleeves both have a fun stitched pattern that I initially mistook for bones, so we'll chalk that up to having Halloween on my mind, and there is a pert hood hanging down the back beneath my hair. The panties from our Emi's Attic prize came in handy, but I'm sure you have several items in your inventory that you can wear beneath this like jeans, leggings, or skirts in just about any color. How you do suppose we apply for that scholarship, an essay? Because obviously I enjoy writing...and wait, is there usually tuition? Do we have to pay for our horns and demon tails, and do we automatically get stuck with a roommate who would annoy us the most? Wow, the questions I have now!

Whew, this is a really busy season for blogging! I heard about at least 3 more events in the past 24 hours, which is wonderful but I wasn't quite done with the ones that I'd already known about ;) October and December are usually the busiest times in SL for events and hunts, with February being up there thanks to all the hearts and cupids. I'd rather have too many possibilities than not enough though, so this is all said with love and gratitude for the amazing designers and hunt/event organizers in SL who keep us busy. Evil Bunny Hunt 13

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we begin the Evil Bunny Hunt 13, looking for evil or nice eggs in participating stores for $1L each. The designers choose which theme to create for, with a few opting to do one of each egg for double the mischief :) The hunt website is the place to find all the landmarks, hints, and some preview images so we know what the hidden eggs will reward us with when we find them. The prizes are terrific as always, and I can't believe we've reached the 13th round of this fun-filled hunt! 

My first look is the prize from the hunt organizer, Grumble. Their lovely Flutter Dress is a sleeveless silk mini with multicolored butterflies painted on it, in sizes for Erika, Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. Everything about it makes me think of spring, so I was tickled pink (and orange and blue...) to claim this by finding their nice egg for just $1L.

Emi's Attic has a nice egg hidden too, with a versatile prize called Bellia Cami Crop Top Lace Up. This cutie fits Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a 10 texture HUD so we can change the look as often as we wish. There are 7 solid colors and 3 fun patterns among those options, so we can match just about any pants or skirts in our inventories :) As I often do, I paired this top with the blue pair of the Delizio jeans freebie on the marketplace which is a fatpack of system/BOM layers and appliers for Omega and Maitreya.

Next we visit Indigenous, where a nice egg contains their Early Spring Dress prize. There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, plus a 5 texture HUD with various colors of the pretty floral print you see here. The style has an Asian flair thanks to the Mandarin collar, and the long sleeves are nice for spring days or evenings that might still have a bit of a cool breeze.

I also couldn't resist the ZFG prize, the clever BUNNI - EVIL BUNNY dress. It hides inside a nice egg (coincidentally all of the looks tonight are from nice ones which are the white with angel wings and halos) and is a sleek fitting t-shirt dress in Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes. The sleeves have a beautiful sprig of flowers (lilac?) with colorful swirls beneath, and the front has the same colors with the words "Looking for a wine that pairs well with allergy medication". I can't tell you how much I laughed at that, as I've mentioned my allergy issues here recently and totally sympathize with anyone who identifies with this sentiment. I'd be happy to pair my meds with a nice chai latte too ;) Oh no, 8 sneezes just interrupted my typing that sentence, yep I'm one of those people who sneezes several times at once.

My final look this evening is a striking dress from [Ari-Pari] called Black Daisy Dress, whose style and colors are simply wonderful for spring! The flared skirt made me think of a ballerina, soft and graceful :) We receive sizes for eBody Reborn, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, as well as a HUD with 6 options each for top and skirt portions. The top has a delicate daisy print with black in the middle of the flowers, and the skirt colors are solid choices that perfectly match the background hues for the top's choices. I love the 3D flower in the middle of the bodice, such a charming touch that definitely caught my eye.

I am all thrown off from taking Sunday evening off instead of Saturday, so please excuse if I seem confused here at all :) My Easter dinner with my parents and grandmother was very nice, and things went quite well. We kept it relatively simple, and I really think that was a wise choice. Such a small number of people does not need a huge buffet of all sorts of food offerings, and it was still a 3 person job packing all the food into the car to travel there, hehe.  Hiya everyone! Tonight I explored the Stupid Cupid Hunt 11 from Evil Bunny Hunts, looking for hidden heart-tipped pink arrows for $1L apiece. The story is that Cupid is so stupid that he flew all around the grid, dropping his arrows in the participating stores, and we are rewarded for finding each :) Their website will help you with the landmarks, hints, and preview photos for most of the stores, and I very much enjoyed myself as always. I even saved some for tomorrow's post! It was fun to switch gears from Shop & Hop, just a bit of variety before I share more from there later in the week. 

My first look tonight is the Retro Valentines dress, which is our lovely prize from Indigenous. There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, plus a HUD with 5 colors to choose from. All have solid pastel panels alternated with pretty heart patterns, just like the bodice. It is romantic and very feminine, two attributes I truly appreciate. 

I certainly felt artistic in the Emerald Couture prize, their EC PopArt Dress Kiss. Find the arrow and you'll receive standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Prima, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions. The front and back panels are divided into four, with bold colors and fun contrasting lip prints on the front. It's such a vibrant and playful look, with the kisses as a subtle nod to the holiday but certainly not limited to mid-February.

Next I changed into the stunning .Princess Stuff. [EBP-Stupid Cupid Hunt] 11 prize, a full outfit with flirty vibes. The bold red slip-in dress fits eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, while the shy high dark angel heels come in sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn feet. They work so well together, and the styles are dreamy :)

BlondeQueen can always be counted on to offer terrific hunt prizes that suit the theme perfectly, like this BQ::Juliet Dress w/Harness:: White/Red&Red/White. The two versions are each included in Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique body sizes, so you can choose if you want the shirt to contrast the suspenders and belt, or have a uniform color scheme up top. The hearts on the skirt layer look great over either color, don't they?

Our final peek of the night is a fresh new treat from [Ari-Pari] called Cerys Top & Shorts. The cropped halter top frames our cleavage just right, and combined with the high waisted shorts makes me long for spring :) Both pieces will fit eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya bodies, and the prize includes a HUD with 8 textures for each. Our tops are treated to sleek solid colors, while our shorts are wrapped in white hearts on whichever color we choose for the background, mixing and matching as we please.

It was another fairly quiet day here, and I am trying to figure out my meals for the next couple of days. Jerky Turkey Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we begin exploring the Jerky Turkey Hunt 12, which amuses me to realize that it is the dozenth time I am looking for these bright orange turkey feathers :) The story is that the jerky turkey is running all over SL causing trouble, but he leaves a feather behind in some stores so we can get a reward for finding it and helping to clean up his mess. The prizes are just $1L apiece, so as you can imagine they are worth far more than the tiny amount we are paying for each. The hunt's website guides us with landmarks, hints, and previews for most of them so we know what each feather contains before we visit. The hunt lasts for the remainder of the month, so there is plenty of time to pick up the turkey's path and look for those feathers.

First up, we have the prize from Grumble, whose designer is also our hunt organizer. Their Star Gazing Outfit includes top and bottom each in sizes for eBody Reborn, eBody Reborn Juicy, Freya, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I am so impressed by the rainbow of stars decorating the black backdrop, and the sheer sections with black lace embroidered throughout. 

I found the snuggly looking MACY - TURKEY sweater inside the ZFG feather, and am so happy that I did! The cowl neckline and 3/4 length sleeves add warmth, while the hem is slightly raised on one side for a peek of midriff. It is provided in Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Physique sizes (via unpacker HUD so you only need to unpack the sizes you wear), as well as a 5 color HUD to add variety. How did we ever get by in SL without HUDs? :) I added the black pair from my favorite marketplace gift, a fatpack of jeans from Delizio, which contains system/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega in several denim shades. 

This absolutely lovely dress is the Autumn Song prize from Indigenous. The style does make me think of fall, with flowy skirt and sleeves in addition to that leafy pattern. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, eBody Reborn, Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies provided, and a HUD with 5 colors for the pretty texture. Those keyhole openings front and back are delightful details, as is the solid colored sash of a belt. 

Emi's Attic managed to fit an entire fatpack inside their feather, an impressive accomplishment to be sure! This is their Ella Rae Jumpsuit Collection, consisting of 8 versions (numbered 1-8) each in eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes. The matching belt is built into each version, and the style is ideal for this time of year while being appropriate for whenever you wish to wear it. 

My final look of the evening is a beautiful outfit from Artic Storm called *AS* Fiore Top&Jeans Succulent Green. The flirty top, tied in the front, comes in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra Bimbo, Kupra Original, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies, while the jeans are a similar set of sizes - Altamura, eBody, Freya, Isis, Kupra, Legacy, Love Momma, Maitreya, Reborn, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. The top has a dainty pattern stitched over slender stripes that match the jeans, so it is a subtle yet playful mixture of textures that I really enjoy. Now I just need to see if I can find a close enough pair of green shoes to wear with it, or should I go with black? Neutral taupe, brown, gold? There don't seem to be any wrong answers. 

My Thanksgiving planning is a little frustrating since I seem to be the only one interested in talking about it yet, despite having just over 2 weeks to figure out what all 10 people will be comfortable eating. 4 are pescatarians, 2 are gluten free, 2 are very sensitive to spices (yep I'm one of those), and 2 would eat beef and/or bacon for every dang meal if practical. My grandma's stove is still busted, so all food must be prepared ahead of time and suitable for microwaving. Honestly I don't think she can afford to repair or replace the stove, and her caretaker wasn't using it anyway, so I am thinking crockpots are going to be the appliance du jour. We have to get that message across to both cousins and their wives, as they both usually bring things that need to go into the oven. My mom plans on texting them but neither are very swift at replying, so we shall see how long this takes to sort out. I don't even know who's bringing turkey, usually the main course! *deep breaths* Things will work out, it just takes time and teamwork. Still Down the Rabbit Hole

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more group gifts from Down The Rabbit Hole to share, all of which are free with your free Evil Bunny Hunts group tag. Just about every display at this wonderful event has a gift bag with a framed photo of the gift inside, so just wear your "I'm Evil" tag and give each one a click :) The wonderland themed event is open until the 19th, so there is just over a week remaining to enjoy your visit. My first look comes from the Indigenous display, and is called Tied Top. The gorgeous blue and gold floral patterned tank top is cinched in the front with long dangling ties, and is provided in sizes for Erika, eBody Curvy, eBody Reborn, Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Petite, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies.

I really like the cropped halter style, and the way they both subtly reference the theme without being too obvious. In this photo and the prior one, I am wearing the Delizio white jeans from their marketplace freebie fatpack. There are several colors in system/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega, all very handy and that is why I rely on them so often here on my blog.

Next I slipped into something sexy, the - Kinky Pinky - Bertha Dress (brown) gift. It includes sizing for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, with crossed halter top and bared belly above a formfitting mini skirt. The embroidered design is so lovely!

Emerald Couture is offering their EC Rhonda Romper Slate Blue Knit as their event group gift, and it is both playful and alluring. The gift is provided in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions. The top is an open weave of knit so it is slightly see-through, something to be aware of if you want to wear it somewhere not adult rated. I am certainly a fan of the beautiful color, too!

My final look this evening is our gift from Allure Couture, which is named Becki Bikini & Sarong Pink. It consists of the bikini top, bikini bottom, and sarong each in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, with strappy sandals designed to fit Belleza, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Slink flat feet. The bikini bottom is a thong style in the back, and I really like the way the top's straps wrap around the midriff. We can wear the sarong when we first arrive at a beach or pool, then slip out of it to make a splash into the water or to snooze in the sunshine.

Beached Bunny Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I dove into another gridwide hunt, the Beached Bunny Hunt 12. The bunny needs our help as he got wedged in the sand, so when we find the beach pails at each store ($1L apiece) he will reward us for helping dig him out :) I can't believe this is the dozenth round of this fun hunt! The prizes are wonderful as always, with landmarks and hints on the hunt's website as well as some preview images to give us an idea of the prizes we can claim. 

First up, I tried on the flirty EC Rhonda Romper Coral Knit from Emerald Couture. This cozy look is just right for summer, and includes standard mesh sizing as well as versions for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The style shows off our entire back, so if you have a new or favorite tattoo you want to display, this is the right outfit for it!

Next we have the sexy .Princess Stuff. [Istrian Day & Night Body] swimsuit. It fits eBody Reborn, Freya, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Hourglass mesh bodies. This prize also includes a fun rainbow floatie (not shown) for your pool or a visit to the beach, with only 2 land impact and two built in poses. You are probably noticing the flowers on my breasts, LOL, well I noticed a bit belatedly that the straps that comprise the bra top are very slender and surround rather than cover the nipples, so I added those "modesty flowers" in photoshop. They are not a part of the item, nor in SL whatsoever. 

I'm not sure if this next outfit is goth or grunge, but either way I am digging it! This is the Indigenous - Out and About prize, a very complete outfit that can be worn various ways. The t-shirt, shorts, tied waist shirt, socks, and boots are each provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. There is also a HUD for the waist shirt with 5 colors of plaid to choose from, so you can decide what accent color matches your mood. 

This breezy bikini top would only be legal in my state for medicinal purposes ;) Okay not really since it's just clothing, but you get the idea. It is the ZFG YELENA DOPE - FATPACK, and there are Freya, Isis, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes provided, as well as a 15 texture HUD with various colors and backgrounds for our intoxicating leafy design. The shorts are the ones from Indigenous in the previous photo, so you can see what they look like beneath the waist shirt. I personally do not partake in the plant featured on this top, but have several friends and relatives who do so absolutely no judgment :) There is a chance I'll be put on it medicinally for my neuropathy, and I do take CBD oil regularly. 

One final look this evening is our reward for finding the pail at the new location of Emi's Attic. This is their Skye Dress with 8 COLOR HUD, and it comes in sizing for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Hourglass Petite, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Maitreya Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. As the name suggests, there is also a HUD offering 8 hues for this playful solid colored tank dress. I love that we can dress it up with heels and accessories, or keep it casual with some flat sandals and a pair of sunglasses for a stroll along the beach. 

It was a quiet day and a weird evening, thanks to a chat program giving me all sorts of grief. I used hangouts (google) for ages, and tonight they finally forced a switch over to chat which is not working out well for me at all. I tried to get it to notify me when I have a message, both on the PC and a tablet, well the PC refuses to cooperate at all and the tablet is rotating between 3 different sounds or silence. I just want the same types of notifications I got with hangouts, which I thought was reasonable enough but so far no luck. Xan is having the same problems, so it is not a result of my recent PC upgrade or anything. The android tablet is just sluggish and quirky, but if his phone is producing the same (lack of) results then I can't even blame my tablet.
