Weekend Hollywood Glam

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we head into the weekend with some fresh new glam from the CMH Hollywood Glamour 4 Hunt. There are $1L prizes and exclusive offers for $25L - $50L hiding in participating stores, inside star tiles that look like they could be from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The designers get to decide how many and which prices to offer us, and they have really gone all out to bring us fashion, accessories, poses, home decor and more for men, women, and dinkies. It's a pleasure to show you some more fantastic treats from this hunt :)

We start with the $25L exclusive from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. called FAMOUS-ish Tee. The image on the front has a very classic Hollywood feeling with a large star, film strips, and lots of gold sparkle, with "FAMOUS-ISH" across the front which made me chuckle :) I did share their other 2 offerings in my first post of this hunt, so it's exciting to share this one as well. The unpacker HUD lets us choose from standard mesh sizes or eBody Classic, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh body sizes. Speaking of chuckles, I got another good one from our Gramma's "GLAMBITCHOUS" wmns knotted Tee dollarbie :) My first thought was glamorous with the word bitch plopped in the middle, but then I felt like the word ambitious is in there too, at least the sound of it? The style is very flattering with the tied side, and I love the golden swirls that do add some glam. There are fitmesh standard sizes included as well as sizing for eBody Classic, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. With this and the prior top, I'm wearing the white pair of Delizio jeans from their marketplace gift that is a full fatpack in BOM and appliers for Maitreya and Omega. 

If you'd like something even more fancy for a fun weekend outing, I'm going to suggest the Psyche's Pstyles Razzle Dazzle Gown Gold Ed for just $1L. It's a funny coincidence that I am showing you goodies from them two days in a row, but not surprising since I am a huge fan of theirs :) This stunning strapless gown is provided in fitted standard S and L sizes as well as eBody Classic, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Nhumana, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions. I like the way it hugs our curves so sleekly, not overly tight but just enough. 

Next the ART & FASHION - FREEDOM OUTFIT is an amazing $1L prize with some clever accessories. The long gown comes in Freya, Isis, Venus (each Natural, Perky, Pushup), Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with arm decorations in the same size set. Since they are separates, we can go with or without them to suit whatever mood strikes us :) Even the matching choker I'm wearing here is included, and it is adjustable for easy wear. I am also admiring the artwork on the dress, naturally, and it seems to be a woman screaming while her hair flies upwards to turn into birds in flight. Our final look of the night is a gorgeous $50L exclusive from Artistic Eye. Their ~AE~ Monique Top n Skirt Red consists of the brief top with crossed straps both front and back, and the widely pleated skirt with gold chain belt around the waistband. Each of these are designed to fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies. There's something really special about red satin, and I really think it needs to be shown off during a weekend excursion!

I am so ready for the weekend :) The baker/chef at the farmers market I go to each Saturday is making crepes for lunch, savory (veggie or chicken and spinach) and sweet (apple, I forget the other flavors LOL) so I'll be eating good the next couple of days. My choices are preordered and should be ready to go actually, which makes things easier for her and for myself. Last week I saw 4 cute dogs, but I'll be happy just seeing my favorite little buddy (the Boston terrier, no his name isn't Buddy but it's unusual so best not to mention). I'm having trouble with the book of faces still, LOL, so it seems I'll have to try putting the link to my post in the comments instead of in the FB post itself. Their AI couldn't tell what the problem was, aren't I shocked...I also had it reviewed choosing the option that I think their AI misinterpreted my posts as spam, and they let that same software do the review. CMH Midsummer's Spell

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is filled with hunt prizes and exclusive offers for the CMH Midsummer's Spell hunt. I'm also excited to share the Blink2Wink - BellaDonna Gown CMH1 dollarbie prize, a strapless gown in shimmery copper. I am wearing the PBR here and it is noticeably reflective of my ambient light in the skybox I took the photos in. Simply straightforward, reminding us we don't need to diet to the point of illness or feel ashamed of not being a certain size or weight. Another Great Egg-Scape

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're checking out more CMH Great Egg-Scape Hunt prizes, which I'm sure you can guess are hiding in decorated eggs. If you peek at their website you'll see samples of all 3 patterns, and inside you'll find either a $1L hunt prize or an exclusive for $25L - $50L. The weather is nasty here right now (power out, generator actually functional so far) but I am doing my best to post tonight, so fingers crossed!

I am planning on going out tomorrow and the timing means I won't have time to prep for a blog post, so I am planning on taking tomorrow evening off. That's why I really didn't want the weather to prevent tonight's post. The wind will be calmer, but the temperature will only be in the upper 30s so it will be a chilly trip. Our power has been restored but the wind is still wicked, so I can't guarantee that we won't have another glitch so I am looking forward to getting to bed earlier than usual. Casting More CMH Spells

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features several more fantastic prizes from the CMH I Put A Spell On You 5 Hunt. We've got just a few days left to claim their $1L prizes and exclusive offers of $25L - $50L, all of which are hiding in pretty carved and lit pumpkins at participating stores. The designers can choose to offer any or all of those levels of prize, so be sure to check the website to see what is available. It's got landmarks, hints, prices, and previews to guide you through the hunt path :) We're always going to find high quality treats from Cheeky Monkey hunts, with something to suit any budget, and there are offerings for men, women, and dinkies in this fun round.

My first look has me hoping that the 70s music channel I'm listening to plays Witchy Woman soon :) It's the $1L prize from Psyche's Pstyles called Belladonna Silver Spell, and it fits the theme so amazingly! Our dress comes in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, and we also receive the matching hat which is unrigged so we can adjust when needed. I had to nudge it forward because my bangs were peeking through the brim, and you may need to raise or lower it depending on your avi's height. 

Another bewitching hunt prize I highly recommend is the @rOrO Khloe & Everly Witches Edition. This $1L set is a pairing of the Khloe blouse and the Everly skirt, each provided in Erika, Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Star mesh body sizes. The pattern on the skirt is a coven of witches in flight on their brooms, hair streaming behind them among the stars and clouds, and a single sorceress appears on the top. I'm loving the unique hemline of both the skirt and the blouse, and gasped a little with happiness when I saw the rear view with those crossed straps :) Interesting straps have always been a pain in the neck (or a few feet lower) in RL, so wearing them in SL without having to worry about lining them up perfectly, untangling, or having to adjust them every few minutes is heavenly.

Gramma's @ Moon Bird Farm has a $1L prize to make my bird-loving heart skip a beat. It's called "Cawfee First" LS Shirt, which I'm fairly sure stands for Long Sleeved, and the crow on the front might as well be named after me ;) Its mug reads "Cawfee first - then chaos" and I've often joked that chaos should be my middle name, and if I were a superhero I would be something involving birds. I do hear crows cawing in my yard most days too. Our pretty sunshine yellow shirt comes in Belleza Isis and Venus Natural, Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Kupra Kups, Kups A & B, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Flat, Petite, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes, so it fits a really nice range of bodies. The pattern has bats, ghosts, and pumpkins, and I think most of us would name one of those if asked what symbol comes to mind first for Halloween. The low cut tube top goes great with the short skirt and its daring slits, with the collar being an optional separate piece in case you've got a certain necklace calling your name instead. Then again, if a necklace is whispering your name or anything else to you, it just might be haunted...'tis the season and all, but be careful ;)

My final look of the night is an exclusive offer from :.C!L.: Boutique called Fabula Dress Wand Hat & Donuts Earrings Set. Its name does set the scene, as not only do we receive the gorgeous dress but also the wand, hat, and earrings shaped like donuts, all for just $25L. The lovely dress, which comes in Belleza Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn bodies, has a strong vintage flair thanks to the gathered skirt and flounces of pretty ruffles. We can adjust the hat if needed, and I apologize that my hair is hiding the earrings but you can see them on the hunt's website if you are curious :) If you wish to hide your magical abilities (muggles can be troublesome), you can always leave the wand and hat safely in the folder for future use. 

Mondays can be a bit much sometimes, but I hope yours has gone smoothly :) Mine was pretty good, with some comfort food for dinner before my support group meeting for anxiety. That went pretty well, and I'm still laughing at myself for misreading the calendar and thinking the hockey game was tonight instead of tomorrow night. I was trying to set the recording and realizing it wasn't on, double checked and sounded like a very irritated Homer Simpson. I'll be going out tomorrow afternoon, to pick up food from a favorite restaurant that is further away than I'd been going lately.  Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is ready to help you get extra cute this weekend with the CMH Kawaii Hunt. I'm really a fan of this theme, a new one for Cheeky Monkey Hunts, and the designers seem as excited about it as I am so I do hope it becomes a yearly event.

My first look of the evening is the adorable .:.GLOW.:.Kawaii Lollipop which is a $25L exclusive offer for the hunt. The dress comes in sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Star, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies, and our prize also includes the headband and glasses which each have a resize script on touch. The strapless dress has a fun bow on the back, and I'm sure you noticed from my side view that the hem is particularly short on the bum ;) Sometimes sweet can be a little bit spicy too.

Speaking of spicy, our $1L Gramma's "Nice Tits" SS Tee almost made me choke on my water from laughing! I am very familiar with the tit family of birds, and have seen a couple of the featured birds in my own backyard. That somehow doesn't stop it from being funny, because I am a middle aged woman with the sense of humor of a 12 year old boy sometimes. All you need to do is use your body's HUD to hide its nails, then add the corresponding nails from the folder to your outfit. Now you've got stunning pink palm trees on a yellow ombre background, with pink and blue polka dots surrounding them for even more pizzazz. 

My final look of the night is another wonderful manicure, because how could I possibly resist sharing? :) The [ReM] Glitz & Glam - Rina Nails is their $50L exclusive for the hunt, and oh my goodness are they ever beautiful! They are designed for Belleza Gen X, Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh hands, with a soft grape gradient packed with glitter and some stars and moons towards the cuticles. I like the longer length and the coffin or ballerina style (I have a hard time distinguishing, lol) so they are tapered rather than square but still have a clean edge. What's your favorite nail shape? My RL choice is rounded or almond.

Tonight has been a huge relief, returning home after dinner to a house that actually has fully functioning air conditioning! My parents were thoughtful hosts, but there is no place like home for me :) The weather will be warm but storm-free this weekend, which is a relief, and I have no idea what I'm doing other than trying to relax. Hunt All The Colors

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring the CMH All The Colors 4 Hunt from Cheeky Monkey Hunts. This means are are seeking rainbow striped bows in participating stores, and the designers get to decide which and how many of the prizes to offer - $1L prizes, $25L exclusives, and/or $50L exclusives. This particular hunt coincides with Pride month of course, so we can celebrate vibrant colors and the rainbow of folks who are part of our lives, RL and SL. 

My first look of the evening is the $25L exclusive prize from Simple Terms, which is called Kaleidoscope of Color. It includes the dress, panties, and shoes in sizing for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies, along with the unrigged hat and coin purse. Sadly I am almost never wearing hat-friendly hairstyles, lol, but it is a beautiful shade of pink that matches the shoes and the trim on our dress. The purse has a simple hold pose for the hand (does not move the arm at all) and I really like the gold closure at the top. The pattern on the dress and purse are just bursting with vivid colors, that all pop against the black background wonderfully.

Just in time for a steamy summer, we can claim the GoodVibes Nantucket Rainbow for just $1L if we find their bow :) This one-piece suit has a flirty neckline, playful straps in the back, and high cut legs to show off our legs and hips beautifully. There are Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh body sizes provided in this prize. I think the stripes really bring summer to mind just as much as the style.

Time to pair up some gifts! This clever tee is our CloudNine Sunshine Womens T-shirt which is just $1L. They are so cheery, and can be worn with just about any type of top that floats your boat :) 

The shorts also came in handy again here, to help me share our Gramma's SS TEE "Owl wait..." prize. I love all birds, and owls are pretty high on my list, even ones that look grumpy like this poor under-caffeinated fellow. It says "No Coffee! owl wait..." as you can tell from the name, as the bird holds out a mug that must be filled promptly with fresh brewed java. This $1L prize includes standard mesh sizes as well as eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizing. I was still wearing my Lara X body, but the loose fit and included alpha layer made the Maitreya (Lara 5.3) size fit like a dream. I did have to change bodies right after though...

Things are peaceful on the mouse front here, meaning I have not seen or heard anything today and the traps are still empty other than the fragrant peanut butter trying to lure in any lingering mice. However I did have an outing that did not go quite as smoothly as I'd hoped. The anxiety was riding shotgun, heh, and on the way home I had a full blown panic attack for the first time in a while.
