Hiya everyone! Tonight we take a look at some of the prizes from the Leather and Lace Hunt 3, a mature themed $1L gridwide hunt in which we are looking for a BDSM triskelion in black on a silver background. That is a triple spiral design, and there is a sample on the hunt signs in each store. That also clues you in on the theme :) I chose prizes that I felt comfortable sharing, and there are preview photos as well as the landmarks and hints on the website so you can get a good idea of what to expect from each store. Some are a bit more revealing, and all are worth way more than the single linden we are paying for them. For the most part my blog is usually safe for all ages, however this post probably skirts the line just a bit.
Wiccan Wears starts our hunt path with their ~WW~ Zola Outfit - Black prize. The top and skirt are each provided in standard mesh sizes along with versions for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies. It might be helpful if I mention that sometimes while hunting we might find exactly where we expect the prize to be based on the hint, but then can't find it...sometimes it helps to take a deep breath, maybe walk around (upstairs?) and see if something else matches the hint ;)
Another prize I couldn't resist is the [Ari-Pari] Victoria Corset Set - L&L Hunt 3, which was exclusively designed just for this hunt. Its corset and panties are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, with a HUD offering 6 colors for each and 2 metal choices for the rings where the laces thread into the material (eyelets? grommets?) in the back. The side panels also have lace for the leather and lace theme, so two uses of the same word.
This terrific dress is the female prize from Waffles (there is also a male prize with a different hint) called *WW* Pink Lace Mini Dress. It comes in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP versions, with a sheer layer atop the skirt and a deep slender V in the back. The color reminds me of lilacs, something floral or springlike.
Be sure to find the hunt object at Changed Seasons, so you can claim their Selena babydoll and sheer lace panties. They each include Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizes, and those racy red panties certainly bring the lace of the theme :)
My final look of the night is the prize from The Sissy Bar, their (TSB) Feathered Corset. I suggest using the alpha layer for classic avatars or BOM, otherwise your mesh body's alpha sections on their HUD, to hide the torso since this style really cinches the waist like a corset generally does. It is provided in standard mesh sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. The back is tightly laced, and the deep pink color looks terrific scattered with glitter and trimmed at the bottom with the plush feathers. It makes me feel like dancing!
It was a quiet day here, but I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow that means I will wind up out and about all day probably. It will be a helpful visit though, as my neck has been very sore the past week or so. There are errands I need to run in that general area, so I expect that will mean 5 or 6 stops and trying to get home during rush hour in all that traffic. Tonight I have something special to tell you about, with a limited amount of time so you will want to get started soon :) The event is the XOXO 2020, and it is part hunt and part luck since you must locate (generally not tricky to do) the object which is a neon mobile phone this round. Then you say "xoxo" in local chat to it, and it will either give you the gift or tell you to try again in 24 hours. The event runs until the 16th, and you can use their free HUD or just visit the stores from their website. The HUD lets you mark off the ones you have successfully claimed by clicking the ♥ before each store name and turning it red, and it shows you a photo of the prize. If you really want a particular prize but the phone is not feeling generous, you have the option to purchase it for $50L each. There are Hocus Pocus events each Halloween with the same concept, organized by the same folks and with many stores participating in both, so if this sounds familiar that could be why. I wish you lots of luck in convincing those phones to give you their goodies! I still need a bit of luck too, as there are about 8 prizes I still need after 3 nights of trying.
Decoy's prize is this beautiful Rosalie Crop Top: XOXO Duo Pack. The bubblegum and mint colors are each provided in Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing, and have long sleeves with bare shoulders and delicate lace trim. I love the tiny opening above the buttons in the front and the way it is tied closed. The tops will look great with whatever you choose to wear it with, like how I picked the Delizio jeans in white from their marketplace fatpack freebie.
Another top with vibrant colors is the prize from Pink Cream Pie, called !PCP Cris Crop Tee XOXO 2020. It says LOVE in bubble letters and has all sorts of details like hearts and stars in the pattern, and shredded fabric both front and back. The gift includes sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies.
I love ZFG's sense of humor (starting with the fact that the store's name is short for zero f*cks given) so I was not surprised by how much I appreciate their XOXO gift. It is called Recommend FP (for fatpack I believe) and is a simple black shirt with 8 clever options for the wording on the front. They are "reviews" of marriage, adulting, dating, real life (the only 2-star instead of one!), giving a f*ck, going outside (seen above), being single, and having kids. You can choose which image from the included HUD, and of course it works on all the sizes included: eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. "It was cold and there were people. Would not recommend." That would definitely be my review of these chilly days lately!
The prize from Michi. is their XoXo Pj Set Pink, consisting of solid pink and pink lace versions for a little variety. The top and shorts each come in Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, and it looks so comfy in either version. On the lace top, the band of white lace does continue around to the front to underline the bust.
For my final look of the evening, I decided we needed a closeup of the lovely nails from Rainbow Sundae called Lovestruck Nails. They feature 10 different soft shades accented with white hearts edged in pink. There are appliers included for Maitreya and Omega, so there is a lot of compatibility with various mesh hands. All the pastel pink and purple shades are nice choices for Valentines Day or any time of year really.
Tonight's hockey game was not as enjoyable as last night's, but then I found out that a totally different game was postponed because one of the players (Jay Bouwmeester, of the St. Louis Blues) collapsed on the bench and had to be rushed to the hospital. The well-being of any player is far more important than the game itself, so I am eager to hear an update and hoping it was nothing serious. It made my being upset about my team losing seem trivial. Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring the Love Hunt, a gridwide $1L hunt where we are looking for prizes inside red hearts. The hunt object is a flat prim image of a heart, I would say it is on the small side which can make it a challenge to find. However, we have the hints on the website to help us, as well as the landmarks there so we can navigate from store to store. You will see some preview photos too there, so you can get an idea of what you will be collecting as prizes. For tonight's looks, I went with stores I have known for years mixed with a couple that are newer to me, and I think it turned out to be a nice variety.
My first visit was to Grumble, where I found the Fiona Dress-All the Hearts inside their hidden heart. It comes in sizes for Altamura, eBody, Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, mostly sheer with solid fabric covering the breasts and as built-in panties. The coloring is fascinating, as the front is mostly green then the back is a lovely pinkish purple.
Next we take a look at the .Princess Stuff. [Pepita Dress], one of the two prizes inside their heart :) The dress is provided in a fitmesh size for classic avatars as well as eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions, in a deep pink that is scattered with hearts in various shades. The other part of the prize is a home decor item called Love Gnomes, two friendly gnomes hanging out in a wooden bucket.
Applique` Chic is one those generous stores who take part in several hunts each month, obviously including this one :) Their prize for us the AC: Speckled Lingerie TLH, whose nightie and panties each come in Maitreya sizes in red and pink. They both have contrasting hearts, and are trimmed with delicate bows, very flattering!
This is one of the stores that is newer to me, Witch Cafe, and I mentioned recently that I was glad to see they were participating in a few hunts this month. Their beautiful Loveletter Gown - Pink is a great reason for my being so happy about it :) Their clothing is all crafted specifically for the Maitreya Lara body, and this prize contains two versions (pattern and plain) with a subtly different look. The patterned is on the left, and you can see the writing on the mini dress beneath the sheer over layer if you look closely. The dress beneath the plain version is a solid color that helps show off the floral texture of the sheer layer nicely.
For my final look this evening, I located the heart at Waffles to obtain their *WW* Purple Love Off Shoulder Dress. Its deep coloring with scattered sparkles reminds me of the night sky (or a galaxy manicure!) and the style is very flattering with those bare shoulders and short skirt to show off our legs. It comes in sizes for classic avatars (S, M, L) as well as Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies. Sometimes we need to teleport to another floor to find their hunt prizes, but this one is on the same floor you land on when you reach the store.

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more gifts to show you from the Valentine's Shop and Hop event, one of their 4 sims called Aurelian. There are many free gifts here to appreciate, while you browse the discounted items from dozens of designers. The event is open until the 23rd of the month, so you have plenty of time to grab some demos and visit all the sims at your leisure. It might be a bit laggy if it is crowded, so you might need to adjust your settings of your viewer to help with that.
This cozy sweater dress is our gift from Neve that is simply named love, and I really do love it! It consists of Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with a HUD offering 4 colors to choose from. Each main color has a specially selected contrasting color for the trio of hearts across the front and the buttons on each sleeve, so there are fun details to enjoy. If I am going somewhere particularly cold (ice skating for example) I might layer some leggings or jeans beneath too.
Wow, our gift from alaskametro<3 is a sexy one! This is their "Wildflower" applier lingerie, although it includes system/BOM layers along with the appliers for Maitreya and Omega. There are 3 versions, and I am wearing 01 on the left with 03 on the right (02 is a white background) all very delicate and sheer material with fantastic embroidery. I appreciate the unique straps too, what a generous gift!
Pixicat is offering their Soft Set - Stripes Red as their Shop and Hop gift for all visitors. This shorts set includes Freya, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes for the top and skirt each, and can we talk about the fun style? The high waisted shorts have fluttery legs, and the top is so flirty with the knot holding it barely closed. The sleeves have the same loose fit as the shorts, and I can imagine how delightful that would feel in a gentle breeze.
This gift from lassitude & ennui has the perfect name: Date Night Dress :) It is created specifically for the Maitreya body, and the gift includes the pink and red versions I am wearing above. The neckline dips low enough to show off some cleavage, and the back has pretty laces holding it together. I can't resist a high-low hemline, and the sequined texture is a nice touch for a date or any night you want to feel sparkly.
My final look of the night is comprised of two different gifts from the event. The top is the .miss chelsea. Mira Top Trio, in sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Legacy, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with a HUD offering 3 color/pattern choices. In addition to the two shown above, there is a pink patterned option too. As for the pants, they are the Tavi Leggings from Ingenue, and come in pink and cherry each for Legacy, Maitreya, and Physique bodies. The wide waistband and lower section of the legs are solid, while the rest has tiny hearts adorning it, and the little bow tie in the front is a playful touch.
Hair note of the night: I indulged in a bit of discounted retail therapy, thanks to Wanderlust weekend and the MINA hair store. This pretty style is called Jennifer, and she includes fitted and unrigged versions that can be worn with or without bangs. I chose the Reds pack, and the HUD offers 30 main colors as well as an RGB color tinter so you can adjust the shade even further to suit your tastes. I loved the twisty style of the braid, and you know I favor updos to let me show off the backs of dresses and shirts here :) This weekend, each color pack is just $50L, so you will need to hurry if you are interested. Lots of other fashionable styles are available too of course, and I had fun trying on various demos while I visited.

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have several gifts to show you from the Hair Fair 2018, all of which are found on their Blonde sim. There are 4 sims named for colors (blonde, brunette, redhead, noirette) and 2 sims for camming over into the main sims to shop when they are full. It is open until the 7th of October, so you have about a week remaining to visit and pick up some terrific new hairstyles. There are styles at each display that have a percentage being donated to Wigs For Kids, and you can make a donation via any of the kiosks at the event without making a purchase. I suggest taking a peek at the Hair Fair website to learn all about the charity and see previews of what's available. I am also wearing a beautiful dress from Entice, which is extra affordable this week!
This eye-catching dress is the Entice - Sekushi Baby - Swirl, only $75L for the Saturday Sale. Now you might be looking at the time and thinking but wait, Saturday is (almost) over, but Entice actually leaves their Saturday Sale selections out for the discounted price all week. So this will be there until October 5th, along with 8 other versions for $200L each or a fatpack with 10 colors (2 exclusive to the fatpack) via HUD for $450L. Each choice includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya bodies. My hair in this look is one of four styles found inside the Calico dollarbie gift for the hair fair, this one called *C* Carson - Fades. It it is a textured bob that is longer in the front, and includes a Fades and a Rainbow Tipped color HUD, each with 25 choices.
This next hair is called *C* Hazel Fades, and is found inside that same dollarbie gift. It comes in regular and large sizes each in an all mesh version, a partial rigged mesh version with flexi, and a rigged mesh with flexi adds. There are similar Fades and Rainbow Tipped HUDs included as the prior hairstyle, 25 options each for plenty of variety. This is such a lush, full cascade of curls with plenty of movement thanks to the flexi additions.
Yet another of the generous gifts inside the Calico dollarbie gift is their *C* Helaine - Fades, a crown of braids with waist length tresses down the back. There is an optional flexi add-on to give those waves even more body, and the HUDs included are the Fades, Rainbow Tipped, and streaks (as seen on the right) in blonde/brown, rainbow, and reds/darks/whites. The provided color HUD has 30 different choices, including the two shown above. The layers in the back show off the dip dye so well, and this style could easily work as unisex if you choose the unrigged which can be resized if needed.

Hiya everyone! Tonight we have more gifts to see from the Hair Fair 2017, an event I am very fond of because it is an opportunity to find fresh hairstyles while helping a very deserving charity, Wigs for Kids. Each vendor shows you what percentage of the sale price is going to the charity, ranging from 15% all the way to 100%, and they are brand new designs specifically for the Hair Fair. Many of the designers offer gifts, which is what I am delighted to show you for a few days, and you will want to hurry since the fair closes on the 16th. With 4 full sims to explore, there is a lot to see but since the crowds have dwindled it shouldn't be too bad. I wore a full body alpha and not a single thing else, hehe, no AO because nobody could see me walking for example. Tonight I am sharing finds from the Redhead Sim specifically, one sim at a time for ease of locating them. For tonight's photos I selected a free gift from the Marketplace, where we can always find a great outfit without any risk of lag or crowds.
This first hair gift is from MINA Hair and is named Haley, a cute asymmetrical style that comes with the Reds HUD so you have 10 shades of crimson and auburn to choose from. Even if I weren't normally a ginger, I think I would have a lot of fun experimenting with these colors since they are all so pretty. There is a materials enabled version and a no materials one included so you can choose which matches your software/hardware needs best. I love having materials enabled in my viewer for photos, but I know some prefer to leave it disabled and this hair will look great either way.
Next we have a delightful gift from no.match called No Pressure Unicorn, and it comes in two sizes (busty and regular) with a HUD for 15 different color mixes, two of which you can see here. There is also a set of hairbases in system layers and appliers for Catwa, Lelutka, TMP, and Omega, which I am wearing here as well. The colors and the style are very appealing, and nice for those of us who occasionally fall into hair ruts.
:CHEVEUX: is also offering a gift at their booth, it is simply named Hair Fair 2017 Gift Fatpack and includes this adorable bob with buns and a HUD with 29 color choices on it. The hair itself has a resize script built in, so just give it a click if you need to adjust the size. I love the wide variety of color offerings, you can change your look in an instant.
This clever GoodyHair style from ( r e d ) M i n t has a secret that you cannot see in the still photo...there are two sizes, and each has a version that has Bento animation built in! It gently moves as though you are standing in a soft breeze, it was rather mesmerizing as I was setting up this photo :) The bright sunshine yellow is very cheerful, and the diagonal bangs add a slightly edgy touch. You may notice some new jewelry there, well this gift bag includes a set of Pared Down Heart Rings for Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink hands. Each pack holds a ring for each finger and a set of all as I am wearing here, with a HUD that changes each ring's metal color separately (15 shades in all) or hides them if you wish. This is such a generous and fun gift!
One last look of the evening, another gift from the Hair Fair can be found at the Analog Dog booth, their AD - joga Full Color Pack which includes the hair and matching HUD for blacks, light blondes, light browns, light reds, dark blondes, dark browns, dark reds, and splash (the left side shows one of those) as well as system layer hairbases. That is a lot of versatility in a terrific style, and my head is a bit on the large size so it will look even prettier on you :) I love partial updos, and the soft waves are dreamy. Now for the details on my dress, seen in all of tonight's photos, it is a gift on the marketplace from Ben's Boutique called Loya Dress HUD Driven. It includes the dress in Fitmesh, eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya sizes, and the HUD offers 20 colors for each the dress and the belt. As you can see, I've tinted them different colors a few times while matching them a couple as well, plenty of versatility in this strapless mini.

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing you some of the various prizes from another Free Dove mini hunt for April, this time from D!vine Style. They have 10 hidden prizes inside adorable cupcakes (they have such cute faces and the eyes blink!), 7 of which are found at the Free Dove store and you will need the Free Dove group tag to claim them. The group is free to join, and the tag comes in handy for all 3 mini hunts this month. While the month is nearly over, this may be their new plan for future hunts too. Now I did mention that 7 of the 10 prizes are hidden at Free Dove, well when Xan and I couldn't track down the remaining cupcakes it occurred to us to check the D!vine Style mainstore and lo and behold, 3 cupcakes were waiting there for us :) Two were for the Free Dove group, and the final one is for the D!vine Style's store group. Don't worry, I will let you know beneath each picture (and in the credits) which location each prize is from. Also if you are in need of some new poses, I will be showing you a few you can find at a delightfully discounted price at the Pose Fair from Verocity. All my poses lately have been their fine work, and the last photo is where you will find the Pose Fair goodies.
First we have a fantastic bra and panty set called D!vine Style Foxy - Extra which includes the bra and panties in standard mesh sizes, along with a great HUD with a wide range of texture options. There are 6 main textures to choose from, solid and patterns, and there are also buttons for glow, shine, and tinting the textures, so the possibilities are limitless! The bra and panties are handled separately by the HUD, so you can mix and match as well. I'm sure you noticed the playful new ink on my left calf, that is another hunt prize called Tattoo - Calf - Love Heart and it includes system layers plus an Omega HUD. Each provide old, new, and normal options so you can decide how dark you like your tattoo, I am wearing the new so it would be more visible in the photo. Both of these cupcakes are at the Free Dove store.
Two charming prizes can be seen here, both from cupcakes at Free Dove. The outfit is D!vine Style Intrigue in Extra, and it includes standard mesh sizes and a very similar HUD to the one from the bra and panties in that first photo. There are 6 textures to choose from, and the same useful glow, shine, and tint options on the HUD so you can adjust these to suit any whim. I am enjoying another of their tattoos here too, the D!vine Style Tattoo - Lower Back - Tribal Heart. There are system layers and an Omega HUD included, with new, old, and normal choices and I again went with the new as the darkest for best visibility in photos.
This fun one piece outfit is another gift tucked inside one of the cupcakes at Free Dove, and it is called D!vine Style Rebel - Extra. It includes standard mesh sizes and another amazing HUD with 6 textures and all the options like glow, shine, and tinting. I love having that kind of flexibility with a few simple clicks.
Maybe you are in need of another lingerie set and would prefer system layer/appliers over mesh sizes, well I have good news! One of the cupcakes at Free Dove holds this set called Victoria 4, and it offers the bra and panties in blue, green, brown, or white for classic avatars as well as Omega compatible mesh bodies. I love being able to mix and match, as I did on the right with the brown bra and blue panties.
This is the Victoria Set 5 lingerie, and you will find this safely hiding in the D!vine Style mainstore waiting for you with the Free Dove tag active. There are 4 patterned choices in system layers and Omega HUD, all of which are earth tone based. My poses here are just 3 selections from the Olivia Pose Set by Verocity, found for just $25L at the Pose Fair and including 6 poses plus their mirrors for a total of 12 looks. These and all their individual poses at the Pose Fair are also available for $5L each for single poses, $25L for the set, that is an impressive bargain for sure. From left to right here we have Olivia 1, 2M, and 4M so I definitely enjoy the "M" mirror versions too. You just have a couple more days to visit that Pose Fair, so be sure to enjoy it soon!
Hair note of the night: I visited the Epiphany this morning, which is a deliciously dangerous place for gacha addicts, and I won this wonderful hair from MINA called Inkie [Big ponytail] in Blonds. There are 3 versions with various color HUDs in the gacha machine, just $75L per play, and I do enjoy being blonde from time to time so this was a great win. The HUD lets you choose from among 10 shades (this strawberry type blonde is perfect for me!) and 3 variations for bangs, no bangs, and bangs with little wisps near the ears which is how I am wearing it.
Long day and not enough rest means I am a bit on the slow side tonight, and I am still worrying about how I will get enough sleep the next several days with everything on my plate, but I am doing my best. I hope you're all having a nice day/evening, magical magpie hugs to each of you!!
