Fabulously Free Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am wrapping up March and cruising into April with some amazing finds from the FabFree in SL group's gifts. Their listing of gifts can be found on their terrific blog, and their inworld group is always free to join so these treats won't cost a thing :) This is one of the groups I will never ever leave, as it's just a staple of my SL habits to peruse the site and look through the group notices for all the details of sales, events, and special offers. I usually go down the group gift list a ways to show older ones that you might have overlooked, so we all get them before the stores decide to swap them out for something new. They seem to add gifts nearly every day though, so we will never run out of generous stores to visit and I am grateful to every single one of them.

First we see the LEXU - DELLA OUTFIT GIFT, a full outfit that looks just right for a casual weekend outing. The top and pants are each provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous bodies, with boots that fit Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Slink, and Tonic feet. The cropped short sleeved top has a camo print, and our cargo pants have a drawstring waist and a snazzy golden pocket chain. 

Spells & Charms To Go really brings the magic with their [S&C] Irena Dress (fatpack) gift for FabFree. This tank dress has a diagonal hem that rises all the way up on one side, and a built in collar of the same denim fabric as the rest of the stunning dress. We receive Freya, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh body sizes, along with a 6 color HUD so we can change the look. The lace waist and cute heart on the front pocket are such charming details, aren't they?

Do you need a new little black dress? Trick question really, as we could all use a classic wardrobe staple like this in any style that tickles our fancy :) This is the [Sexy Princess] Hannah Black Dress group gift for FabFree, and it is a sleek fitting halter mini. There are sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies included for us to claim for free with that FabFree group tag.

I have a soft spot for the D!vine Style store, as the owner/designer is my landlord, but also because their fashions are always so wearable and definitely my style. This is their FabFree gift called Brielle - Top & Skirt, and it has beautiful pink flowers on a dark background. Each piece comes in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP body sizing. The separates can be worn individually so you could mix them with other wardrobe items (jeans for the top as an example, or a simple tee) but I love them together :) The style of the top caught my eye, the way those straps beneath the bodice cross in the front and then meet up in the back just below the petite zipper holding things together.

My final look of the evening comes from Black Angel and is their lovely ALISSA DRESS GIFT. The style and colors just feel like spring to me, with the loose fitting top tucked into the high-low skirt that just flows with gentle pleating. The gift includes Altamura, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh body sizes. As for accessories, I think I would keep those on the light side like maybe a simple bangle or choker, matching earrings, and some summery sandals. Naturally I'd love to hear how you decide to wear it, as I am sure your way will look just as wonderful since it will be your personal style.

I had a pretty good day overall, and enjoyed visiting with my parents for dinner. Tomorrow is the farmers market, and then my housemate's unpleasant guest arrives for the weekend to watch Wrestlemania and other assorted sports. More Fab Free Group Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we have several more gifts for the FabFree in SL group to see, as there are dozens and dozens available at any given time thanks to the myriad of participating designers. They are generous enough to offer free gifts for all members of the FabFree group, and you can find the list of gifts (plus info on countless freebies and bargains!) on the FabFree blog. My habit when blogging them is to go for the slightly older ones, so you can catch those before they are swapped out :) There is something for just about everyone here, which has made a lifelong fan out of me. 

For my first look this evening, I am wearing the {Poeme} Esprit Sky Paisley Dress gift for FabFree. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies included. The paisley print looks terrific in shades of blue, and I like the way the strapless style is complemented by the high-low hem and solid colored belt built in.

Next we head to ART & FASHION to claim their DOWHATYOULOVE MINI DRESS. With your FabFree group tag open, look for the sign of this gift among many treats for various groups (keep an eye out for the rainbow colored FabFree logo) and right click to pay $1L, which is automatically refunded while the gift is delivered. The dress comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine body sizes. It says "DO what YOU love" on the front, which is a wonderful idea and something we all should aspire to. The opening in the front is mirrored by an even longer keyhole opening in the back, flirty fun on a vibrant orchid shade.

As a huge fan of 80s music, I have an extra reason to love the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Dress gift from Tastic. Its name matches the words on the front, a reference to the Cyndi Lauper song of the same name :) The gift includes eBody Reborn, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. The plaid skirt is connected to the sleeveless top with slender X's, so playful! There's a gift for the guys here too, but they are summer shorts so they don't have the same saying on them or anything ;)

Blink2Wink is offering their FabFree Rawr Dress as their thoughtful gift for the group :) The pink and white zebra striped front and back have solid pink bands on the sides that perfectly match the ruffle at the hem. My final look of the evening is the special gift from :: D!vine Style :: called Sabrina - Bare back top and skirt. The halter style of the shirt is very flattering, and I cannot resist denim like this dark dyed mini skirt. I guess it's something about the distinctive stitching on most denim fabrics that catches my eye. 

How was everyone's weekend? I got some rain from the hurricane remnants, but it was the wind that knocked my power out three times since we have a lot of old trees in the area that like to fall and take power lines with them. I did go to the farmers market on Saturday, and met a precious corgi puppy who is 4 months old and a very friendly little girl ♥. Then she got to meet a Great Dane, lol, who lifted its front paw and booped her on the head very gently. So silly! FabFree and Cosmopolitan

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting several FabFree designers to claim the group gifts they are currently offering for the FabFree in SL group. Since new treats are being added to the list all the time, it seemed like a great choice to share some of the slightly older ones. This way you can pick them up before they get changed out again :) There are so many new ones lately that I will probably be doing this again very soon. We are also taking a trip to the latest round of the Cosmopolitan event, where we can always find exclusive offers from our favorite brands or new potential favorites. This round wraps up on the 30th, so be sure to visit soon.

My first destination was D!vine Style, where I happily claimed their Nieves High waist pants and shirt gift. There are standard mesh sizes for each piece, as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The sexy top is tied loosely in the front, and has a similar vibrant floral design as the high waisted pants. Aren't they pretty?

Another gift that I find to be ideal for spring is the :::FurtaCor:::Adriana Dress located at the MIIX Weekend headquarters. The sleeveless dress is provided in standard mesh sizes and a fitted version for classic avatars, along with versions for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The HUD enables us to tint the entire dress in our choice of 30 colors, then there are two sets of buttons with the same 30 choices (a mix of prints and solid colors) for the neck trim and the belt. On the left I went with a solid pink for the trim and belt to complement the floral pattern, then kept things simple on the right with a single button click in solid blue. 

{Poeme} is offering their Flirtygirl Ruffled Cotton Sweater (Hearts) as their current FabFree gift, and I am a fan! Next I stopped by De'Fient Unicorn where I picked up their *DU* Kelly's Pride Dress as their FabFree group gift. For my final look of the evening, we visit Cosmopolitan and head to the Entice display. Their exclusive offers this round are the So Good Bodysuit in an impressive array of colors and prints. The individual bodysuits are $199L each, or you can choose a fatpack of 10 Lights, Darks, Animals, or Prints (2 bonus versions in each via HUD) for $499L. The weekend is finally here, after a week of ups and downs, so I am in a cheerful mood :) The weather should be cloudy but dry for the farmers market tomorrow, and there are a few other random things I'll be doing around the house this weekend. I have been a huge fan for pretty much my entire SL existence, so it should not be a surprise that I enjoy sharing their group gifts from time to time :) They feature items for $75L or less which is a very affordable range, and keep us informed of sales and events as well as an impressive number of gifts from their participating designers. There are newly released gifts all the time, but I dug deep into older ones so you can catch them before they are changed out again.

Seasonal Medley

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood for variety but still in a Halloween/autumn mood, so I collected a diverse set of gifts and affordable offers to share. We are visiting the final week of the BUNDLES holiday event Halloween BOOOO Bash round, where we can find lots of exclusive offers as well as a few free gifts. Then we get sensual at the Hallow Manor event and hunt, thanks to an exclusive creation from Entice. I also noticed that there are a few recent FabFree group gifts that are seasonal, so I scouted around and picked up a couple to share with all of you. Clearly I had an adventurous day, and I am very pleased to show off my new outfits!

My first look is the exclusive BUNDLES offer from D!vine Style, which is their Sabrina - Bare back top and skirt. It is just $179L and that is quite a bargain when you consider how versatile it is. The top and skirt come in sizing for Freya, Isis, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, Physique bodies and a standard size for classic avatars. There is also a HUD that lets you choose from 12 denim textures and 23 patterns for the top, with 12 denim shades and 17 patterns for the skirt. There are additional options too, like tinting and glow, so be sure to explore your new HUD to see how much you can do with it. 

Next I found this adorable gift at the MadCatCreations display, which is one of two gifts they are offering (one for men and one for women). It is called MCC - woman - Its Pumpkin Time Outfit, and is one piece with the appearance of two. As you can see there are fun patterns and pretty knit solid colors, so we look great for autumn or any time of year.

My final stop of the evening was DREAMS, where I claimed their -DS- Skull Dress Black gift for FabFree members. This daringly sheer mini has playful openings down the front and sides, with a skull and crossbones all over. D!vine Style Mini Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight is a part two of my prior post, since we are continuing the Free Dove mini hunt with D!vine Style. They have 5 pairs of macarons hiding at their main store, which you claim with their store group (free to join) tag active. They are very thoughtful gifts, actually pairs of gifts because each dress or outfit comes in two textures or colors to choose from. I also did some hair shopping this weekend, as you will see :)

My first look is a flirtatious dress with belly and back cutouts called :: D!vine Style :: Sade - Mini Dress. The batik print's swirls remind me of fingerprints or mazes, and the late bloom texture is a fantastic choice for autumn with those rich colors. 

Quick hair note of the night: I went to Magika this weekend to try out their newest release, Hazel, and as I expected I immediately fell in love ♥. A braided crown with optional bangs that can be worn in two different styles? Yes please! As a new release there is a brief window of time for a group member discount, which is another reason I hurried over. I believe in retail therapy and in supporting SL's designers, but I also appreciate saving some lindens when I can :) 

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was quiet but nice, and I have some tasty treats from the farmers market even though I didn't personally go there. D!vine Style at Free Dove

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it is my great pleasure to share prizes from one of the Free Dove mini hunts for September. There are two this month, each of which starts at The Free Dove location with 5 prizes and then continues to the respective main stores for 5 more wonderful rewards. I am showing you some the D!vine Style prizes this evening, the five you can find at The Free Dove and claim with your free "Blessed by a Dove" group tag from the Free Dove group active. We are looking for a pair of macarons, those very colorful round cookies with sweet filling, one in teal and one in pink together. As with all of the hunts here, I strongly suggest clicking the hunt sign and looking over the notecard which shows you the hunt objects and prizes, while offering tips like to look inside and outside even in the Dove Plaza where many designers have stores set up. 

My first look is the :: D!vine Style :: Cookies and Cream - Dress, one of the five prizes found at The Free Dove. It includes two textured versions - hibiscus seen on the left above and summer on the right, each in 5 standard and 5 fitmesh versions for classic avatars as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The bare shoulders are a fun contrast to the long sleeves and body hugging mini.

Another sweet treat from a macaron pair is this :: D!vine Style :: Ebba - Mini Dress prize. The Hearts (left above) and Pirates (right) textures are each included, in sizes for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. Which texture do you prefer?

:: D!vine Style :: Jackelina - Long Sleeve Jumpsuit is another fantastic find that is hiding in macarons just for you. It comes in Cactus (on the left above) and Red (right) varieties, each of which are included in 5 standard sizes and a fitmesh version for classic avatars, plus sizing for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. They both have built in slender belts and playful bell sleeves that come down to the hem of the shorts portion.

Next I did a little mixing and matching, thanks to the :: D!vine Style :: Nai'la - Bra Top and Skirt. This prize has a bra top and skirt in Black and Tartan versions, all of which are provided in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine body sizing. I love halter tops, and the zipper in the front of the skirts are a great touch. 

My final look of the evening is the :: D!vine Style :: Ruby - Cold Shoulder Tunic Sweater prize. This pretty sweater dress looks fantastic in Pink and the Witch House version that I can't wait to wear next month for Halloween :) Each variety comes in fitmesh standard sizes for classic avatars, plus sizing for Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies. The attractive styling has a wrapped neckline with bare shoulders but long sleeves, making this another ideal fall wardrobe addition.

It is another bizarre weekend here, as all my plans got turned upside down yet again. My chronic health issues are at it again, so I stayed home from my usual dinner with the parents and will be missing out on the farmers market visit tomorrow that I usually look forward to all week. I will be focusing on resting, including my evening off from blogging tomorrow night, but I'll be back Sunday evening with more Free Dove mini hunt prizes :) I am always like a kid on Christmas morning when I unpack those gifts, no matter who the generous designers are, and am so grateful the mini hunts are back. Free Is Fabulous

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was inspired by group notices, since there have been even more fantastic FabFree group gifts added recently. Actually I went with some less recent additions, in case anyone has missed them and since they might be changed out sooner than the new ones. There are so many designers who contribute group gifts for anyone wearing the "I Am Fabulous" group tag for FabFree, which of course is free to join. Their blog has been a reliable part of my SL reading for as long as I have been in SL, and so has the inworld group :)

Tomorrow is a big day for me, as I get injection #2 of the "Fauci ouchie" ;) While I don't expect any drastic side effects, I realize that I will most likely be extra tired and sore, so I am planning on taking the evening off from blogging. I had that in mind when I decided not to take last night off, despite giving myself a break the past several Saturdays, just to try to make my Monday as stress-free as possible other than the jab. I am feeling nervous, but I want to help ensure the safety of the people around me as well as myself. I am also edgy because of thunderstorms rolling through my area for the past hour or so, since it is not fun to lose power in the middle of a blog post.
