Hiya everyone! Tonight is a part two of the Party People Fair, and its Paripi Hunt where we look for cute coconuts that distribute free gifts when clicked. The participating designers have signs at their displays with hints and sometimes pictures of the prizes, but if you explore the inner courtyard you can probably find most or all of them without any hints :) Just remember to look up high (trees, lampposts) and low (beneath benches, inside trash cans) and have fun! I am also celebrating the first day of summer, which also happens to be my RL bestie's birthday so I have to think of something sweet and clever to post on her facebook wall.
This first hunt prize is a trio of rompers from **milky-way named *19-04 wrap romper HUNT GIFT. In addition to the green on the left and pink on the right, there is an off-white version, and each are provided in Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. These look so very comfy, and cool for the summer and those steamy nights!
Next we see the gift from .*.Jury PoP.*. which is called Re.make Gothic Dress-Green. It comes in sizes for Belleza, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and a standard version for classic avatars. The style puts me in mind of gothic Lolita and pastel goth fashions, both sweet and edgy.
If you can't resist cats (who can, am I right?) then you will want to find the prizes from ::*Ran*::, yes that is prizeS plural. I located 4 different coconuts of theirs, 3 of which held different colors of the 19-14 one piece dresses. On the left is purple, on the right yellow, and not shown is blue, each of which include sizes for standard, eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. So cute with the silhouettes of kitties strolling across piano keyboards at the hem, and paw prints at the neck (my hair has transparency at the ends that make the neck look odd, nothing is wrong with the dress itself) and gathered sleeves tied in pretty bows.
This charming dress is the Light wash jeans dress Maitreya from Kanaloa Surf Beach. It comes in a single mesh size as indicated by the name, and has a biker jacket feel to it with those fun zippers. I might layer this over leggings occasionally for a touch of variety.
My final look of the evening is the zOOm prize called Good Vibes(6), an asymmetrical hemmed mini dress with short sleeves and a wide corset style belt. Find this coconut and you will receive sizes for Belleza Freya, Maitreya, and Slink Hourglass mesh bodies. This is another look that I can envision wearing leggings beneath to change things up, maybe a cream color to pick up the background of the giraffe-like pattern.
It was quite a day, with a chiropractor appointment that took place during thunderstorms and then several flooded roads on the way home. It was like trying to get through a really wet maze, reaching lots of dead ends then trying to decide what way would be less flooded. There were police cars preventing people from going on one of the roads, but others could have used the same warning. I did get to a farmers market and picked up some goodies for my parents and myself, so that was a plus :) The fast moving storms had passed them right before we arrived, whew! Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings some more prizes from the Kiyomizu Sumnmer 2018 Hunt, which starts at the Kiyomizu Mall where you need to look for hidden ninja cats in any store with a hunt sign. Clicking one of the floating ghosts on the sidewalks outside the stores will bring you to a personalized website that shows you which you have found and where you still need to look. They are hidden amazingly well, so be sure to look behind and even inside things, and don't be surprised if they shrink or flatten out in their effort to camouflage themselves. This hunt runs until the 8th of July, so you have about a week to find all these cute and generous kitties.
First we have the MeltingDots Paisley Top & Skirt, each provided in standard fitmesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. There is even a HUD included with 6 colors of the pattern, 6 matching solid colors for the buttons on the top, and arrows to adjust the texture scaling (make it smaller or larger). It is also worth noting that MeltingDots is a freebie store, very helpful for newer players or anyone who wants to explore some thoughtful gifts.
Shop Ichiko has a lovely look for us, just find and click their ninja cat to claim their Summer 2018 Top & Skirt in Pink/Black. It is a single mesh piece with the appearance of two, in sizes for Maitreya and Slink. No matter the season, sometimes I just really want a fun, flowery look to wear so I am very pleased with this prize.
My floral craving can be fulfilled beautifully with this prize too, the Hapi*Rabi Leah KSH dress. It includes Freya, Isis, Venus, and Maitreya sizes, with a built in solid belt and ruffled lace trim. I picture this one as a go-to when a spontaneous date offer pops up (either making the offer or accepting it) and we need to get dressed in a hurry. Add your favorite shoes and perhaps some jewelry, and off you go!
The prize from Karin is this terrific Tank & Skirt, an easy to wear single piece in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a Classic version. I truly appreciate that for every round of this hunt, Karin has cats on their gift as an homage to the ninja kitty who holds the prizes, and in this case we have a few summery blossoms as well.
For my final look of the evening, we see a pair of tops from KANALOA BEACH, which incidentally is a great place to wear all these fun bikinis we have been picking up from various hunts :) On the left is JEX back crop top CH (checked?) and on the right JEX back crop top FL (floral?), each in a Maitreya size. I love the bow on the back with its ribbons cascading down to the bum, such a flirty look that will go with your favorite jeans or you can dress up with a skirt. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Here I paired them both with the Delizio jeans from the marketplace, that amazing gift of theirs that you'll see on my blog quite frequently. They come in plenty of colors (light blue seen here) each as system layers along with Maitreya and Omega appliers.
It was an interesting day, starting with an outing in 90+ degree weather at 10am, but I got home and indoors as quickly as possible. Then strange things started happening, technology acting really funky and things disappearing when I clumsily dropped them. Looked everywhere with a flashlight, they simply evaporated into thin air. I also thought I heard a whisper when I was completely alone, so there's that too. I might need Ghost Hunters or an exorcist, LOL!
