Hiya everyone! It's no secret that I am a huge fan of Nerdy Girl, so I was very excited to see a group notice about a hunt at her main store (as well as her BHB collab store) to find 6 free pumpkins. What will you find inside, you wonder? I am pleased to report that there are goodies for the guys as well as the gals, so bring your favorite male avi along and search the adorable store together to find 4 shirts (2 male, 2 female) and 2 pairs of leggings in seasonal designs.
Perfect for those days when you're feeling a little batty, this is prize #6 and #1. The Women's Bats Tee is found in pumpkin #6, in standard mesh sizes plus a fitmesh version. The leggings are prize #1, Bats Leggings with an Omega applier, which are a great match for the tee. I'm also always happy to see purple showing up more and more in Halloween items, or showing up anywhere in general :)
Here we have another wonderful pairing, starting with prize #5 which is our Women's Pumpkin Tee with standard mesh sizes plus a fitmesh version. The coordinating Pumpkin Leggings are shown in their system layer but also come with an Omega applier for your mesh body needs. They look so comfy, and the orange of the shirt is just the right shade to be flattering on a wide variety of skin tones and not clash with my auburn hair.
I decided it would be fun to share a closer look at the Slink nails HUD used tonight and yesterday, the Marketplace freebie from G O S H! called Halloweenie. Don't forget they also have a Hallow's Eve free gift in their marketplace store, along with other freebies, so it's well worth the look.
Finally, I couldn't resist showing you the cutest packaging that the Nerdy Girl prizes are safely tucked into :) We've all seen plenty of pretty bags and gift boxes when unpacking things, but this is unusual along with being adorable! All you need to do is right click, "Add", and you will get all your goodies in an appropriately named folder while snuggling your new friend.

Hiya everyone! I am bringing you another Halloween hunt tonight, this time an in-store hunt at The Broken Glass Boutique called The Little Black Witch Hat hunt. There are 10 hats scattered about the outside and inside of the store (which is situated in a lovely beach house by the way) and another for group members only. Just find each and click it for your prize, totally free and filled with clothing and jewelry and seasonal decorations. I am showing a bit of each tonight, so you can get an idea of the treats you can find.
Two of the prizes can be seen here, the Halloween Shirt from #5 and the Orange Denim shorts from hat #4. They look terrific together, but by all means don't have to be worn together if you are used to Halloween costumes needing heavy jackets underneath and therefore think of pants rather than shorts with your Halloween shirt ;) Here we rarely had snow yet this time of year but the temperatures dipped quite low for trick-or-treating. One of many wonderful things about SL though is that weather is relative and if you wanna rock shorts in SL even when you need to wear 6 layers in RL, it's all good!
Here is a look at two more prizes, another pretty pairing starting with the Caught In A Web Dress. It is prize #6 and like the other mesh goodies, comes in standard sizes. I really like the delicate spider webs along the hem, a subtle nod to the spooky season. My earrings and bracelet are prize #3, and would look delightful with the casual outfit also or anything for Halloween you already have in your inventory that needs a little something.
Hat #10 has a great decoration for your table or porch or wherever you need a bit of seasonal pizzazz. Halloween Candle Display has a range of various height candles all in black, plus the colorful leaves and the pumpkin with the creepy carved smile, all in one easy-to-place piece.
Our final item for the night is another Halloween decoration, found in hat #1 and simply called "Boo". I love the handcrafted look of this, and it features a sweetly smiling jack-o-lantern and a cute ghost who looks like he could be made from a handkerchief. This is smaller than the other I showed you and could easily fit on a shelf or end table.

Hiya everyone! I stumbled across a great little event by Pick Your Poison called Falloween Gacha and Hunt involving about 10 designers, and for the hunt part all prizes are on the same parcel so no need to teleport all around the grid. There are hints to help you find the little treat bags that instead of being stuffed with candy, hold free gifts of clothing, accessories and more! I'd like to show you a sampling of what I found there.
I compiled all 4 gifts from Catastrophe Designs into one outfit as shown, but you can certainly wear each component with whatever you prefer. The top is a vest/tank one piece mesh called Black Grunge Harper Vest, and the skirt is Crosses skater skirt, both of which come in standard mesh sizes. Another treat bag contains the Scary Necklace and Batty Earrings, a fantastic addition to any Halloween wardrobe. The other prize as you probably guessed by now is the Black/Orange Molly Wedges, which are for Slink high feet and have such great details like the heart shaped buckles and delightful bows.
If you need a playful and sexy outfit for the season, Living Dead Girl has this amazing prize hiding in their treat bag. LDG Muertos Top and Shorts come in several mesh sizes for each piece, for an ideal fit. It is remarkably colorful for the theme, but it works and looks great!
Who ya gonna call? NS2C! Okay, not quite the same ring to it...but I couldn't resist, seeing Slimer from Ghostbusters on this off the shoulder top from Now Start 2 Create. The sexy micro mini skirt with attached belt is also included in this terrific gift, which might explain why Slimer's tongue is hanging out ;) I'll probably wear the shirt with a simple pair of jeans instead when I want something cute and casual.
Dahllywood has 6 little treat bags hidden around, which can be combined to make one super snazzy retro outfit for Halloween! Their Retroween top is prize #4, and the Retroween skirt is in treat bag #5. They each come in standard mesh sizes, which is always helpful. Prize #1 is the Pumpkin Peek-a-Boo Necklace, which I had to show a closer view so you could see the precious bunny hiding inside. Prize #2 is the coordinated Retroween bracelets, and prize #3 includes the Retroween Bow and the Retroween Glasses, each featuring that sweet bunny inside the pumpkins again. Not shown are the matching Retroween heels for Slink Mid, found inside treat bag #6.
Our final glimpse for the night is the ~CheekyGeeky~ prize, their awesome Cthulhu heels! I felt simply compelled to share the delightful tentacle heels, sublime for Halloween or whenever you wish.

So today was a long and tiring day, the type where going out with someone for one quick stop turns into a 2+ hour journey involving 4 stops instead.
