More FabFree at Fifteen

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we have a few more FabFree at Fifteen gifts and offers to see, visiting several designers who are helping the FabFree in SL blog celebrate their 15th birthday. There are new discounted items, a $15L offer, and a free group gift for the FabFree group at each location. Just look for the dark purple display and the matching color giftbox in each store to save lots of lindens and pick up some top quality merchandise. 

My first look contains two wonderful items from [Ari-Pari], starting with their $15L offer called Soleil Swimsuit. This daring style is like a combination of a one-piece and a bikini, and fits Freya, eBody Reborn, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 10 colors of the beautiful pattern seen above. The lovely choker I'm wearing with it is our free group gift for the occasion, the [Ari-Pari] Glass Beaded Choker. It has a resize script built in so you can adjust with a few clicks, and there are 10 colors for our faceted bead and two for the suede cord on its included HUD. The inset shows a closer look at the round bead that reminds me of a disco ball :)

Next we see the *Shining* GIFT Fifteen Event FabFree, which is actually a duo of cropped tops named 15 FabFree and Im Fabulous. Each top is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The images on both are vibrantly colored and I noticed each has a touch of aqua, so I couldn't resist pairing them with the group gift from Grumble. Their Summer Skirt Tropical includes eBody Curvy, Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Reborn, and Star mesh body sizes. There are two zippers down the front, one of which is ever so slightly unzipped at the waist, and more zippers in the pocket area for added visual interest. What will you wear it with?

Emerald Couture has a summery treat for us as their FabFree group gift, called EC Dahlia Swimsuit Rainbow. It has the appearance of two pieces from behind, but in the front you can see the slender piece in the middle that holds them together :) Our gift includes sizing for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies, all with that great sequined pattern of just about every color imaginable. 

Speaking of rainbows, the Ivy's Halter Dress W/Hud from Trinity Clothing has an option on its HUD for Holo Shine in addition to the Shine and Materials on/off, so you know I clicked that "on" button immediately! That is why one side is reflecting various colors like I am standing near a crystal throwing rainbows at me ;) So the dress comes in eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine body sizes, and the HUD is actually Christmas themed. There are 15 solid colors for the dress and 6 metals for the loops and chains up top, with a bonus of 10 Christmas textures that are all patterns rather than solid colors. Obviously I am not waiting for December to wear this beauty, but I am sure it will make a comeback in my wardrobe rotation then too!

My final look this evening is our zOOm - Violetta Dress gift for FabFree members, a bare shouldered mini with ruffled cutouts on both sides. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies included, with a fantastic HUD that we can click anywhere in the color grid to tint the dress or click a button to enter RGB numbers in local chat. So the possibilities are endless, and with its name of Violetta I simply had to choose a purple :) Fun fact, my grandmother's first name is Yolanda which means Violet, and her older brother nicknamed her Violet when she was little but she never made the connection or knew why until I pointed out the meaning a few years back. Maybe that's why I am so fond of purple?

It was a busy and hot weekend, but a very enjoyable one. The trip to the farmers market was nice, and yes that means I went despite my recent anxiety & panic attack issues being in a car, so I am feeling more positive about that. It doesn't mean I am cured or anything, just a baby step that worked out this time :) I got to pet a very friendly whippet, and one of the chefs made a special non-spicy version of his new dish for me since he knows I have sensitivities to hot stuff. Kind people really do make the world go round, like that small gesture cost him all of 5 minutes at most but the thoughtfulness is something I'll remember for ages. I didn't ask and would never expect special treatment, but was delighted when he offered so sincerely. Halloween at 7Event

Hiya everyone! Is seven your lucky number? Well tonight it just might be, as we visit the current round of the 7Event for some Halloween goodies. There are also many gifts for free or deeply discounted prices, so be sure to look around carefully when you visit. The event lasts until the 20th of October, so you have over a week to stop by. Another fantastic event to visit this month is Curves, and I have an outfit from Entice to show you that you can find there.

My first look is the gift from .KIMBRA. which is called Snakeskin Set. The top and skirt are each provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The texture is perfect, and the style is delightfully flirty.

Next we take a look at the MESH Morwena Top, Thong and Skirt by Moonstar, their generous gift at the 7Event. The mesh part would be the short and sheer skirt, in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The top and thong are each provided in system layers (shown) along with appliers for Lola, Maitreya, Slink, and Omega. The seasonal flavors come from the dark color, and the skulls and spiderwebs on the skirt.

Two gifts can be seen here, starting with the $1L treat from Pearl Design. Their Maya Top comes in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. The marbled browns give it a suede feel, and those peekaboo openings are very eye-catching. My skirt is the free gift from Trinity, called Springtime Layered Skirt w/Ctrl Hud. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP, with 6 color combo options on the HUD. Either of these separates can be worn with whatever you prefer, have fun and get creative!

This electrifying outfit is the gift from Ewa Boutique called Dress Laiz Set Pack. The racy red dress and thigh high boots are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. I was drawn to the bold styling of both, flashing plenty of flesh without really revealing anything.

Time to head over to Curves for my final look of the evening, a pairing of the two offers there from Entice. This is their Blackbird Top and Blackbird Skirt, each available with 8 individual colors (tops have a solid and a graphic option) for $99L apiece, regularly $200L. For added value, you can choose the fatpacks of each, with 2 bonus colors making a total of 10 for just $299L which is marked down from $599L. The fatpacks work via HUD, and all choices include sizing for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies. Be sure to stop by Curves before the 24th of the month, so you can find plenty of ways to celebrate your curvy figure. As a fairly recent Hourglass body owner, I am quite appreciative of this event.
