TSS Gifts Galore

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm back at TSS Party Extravaganza, the celebration of The Saturday Sale and their 11th anniversary. In addition to over 200 designers offering discounted selections for sale, we can also find an amazing number of free gifts that you can claim without any particular group tag. The party is open until the 21st of October (although I did see someone post it as the 20th, so buyer beware) which means there is plenty of time to let the crowds thin a bit if you prefer. Personally I wanted to jump in before all the October spooky events started and made for an even bigger whirlwind of gifts! :)

For my first look of the night, I've got two gifts to tell you all about. The top is our MONOMANIA - All Hallows' Eve Blouse - ChChCh gift, and yes that is a kitty in a Jason Vorhees mask saying "ch ch ch... meow meow meow" above and below! I wore it to hang out with Xan, and he noticed pretty quickly and appreciatively :) There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. I love the style with one shoulder slightly bared, gives me flashbacks to the 80s. As for my shorts, they are our purplemoon gift called ::pm:: Blake Shorts. They fit Gen X Classic, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn bodies, in a soft lilac denim with lace trim. Fun fact, I visited an event and immediately upon arriving, received an IM that said "nice ass", so I'm crediting these shorts and my Legacy body ;) I didn't respond because I am not in SL to flirt, other than with Xan of course who arrived a few seconds later. Sadly he didn't get the same compliment, LOL, but to be fair he wasn't wearing these shorts...

The purplemoon shorts also came in handy to help me share our SEUL - Pierce Tee - OnSale gift, which says "L$75" on it but was in fact free :) It comes in sizing for Kupra, Kmounds, Legacy, Mounds, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and is both cropped and slightly gathered so it shows just a hint of underboob. The bare belly inspired me to share one of the R3HAB - Rugged Belly Tattoos, a gift of 8 BOM layer tattoos each in faded and fresh versions. Mine says "raisin' hell", and others include Troubled, made you look, Forever Alone, weirdo, revolution, other woman, and Death & Paradise. Which one matches your current situation? I'm also a troubled weirdo ;)

[The Forge] has a great gift for us, their outfit called Katya, Black. Its top and skirt are each provided in eBody, Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, and Maitreya mesh body sizing. There is fishnet on both the bodice and right sleeve of the shirt, and a few insets around the waist and thigh openings of the skirt, adding tons of visual interest. It is a very sexy look for sure, and so well crafted.

There are so many shades of red, and I particularly like the one they chose for our Odd Doll. Asuka Dress Red gift :) It's a bit like brick or garnet but softer, so nothing like a cherry or fire engine's boldness, yet will absolutely turn heads. The style does too, thanks to the extra short skirt with side slit, big bow, and low cut neckline. We receive Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes in this generous gift.

My final look of the night is a playful fluttery romper called Over - Akany Outfit - Fatpack. The short top and panties are linked by ropes in the front and back, so it all wears as one piece in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies. There's also a HUD with 6 trim colors, so you can change the look if you wish. I've heard the word "Hentai" but it's not something I'm familiar with...anime in a very very adult style I think? 

It was a pretty exciting day because of Paleo Pines, my favorite game with the friendly dinosaurs, as their DLCs were released as well as a free update with some neat bonuses. So I spent a few hours in that world, befriending a new color of dino with a spooky theme after trick or treating :) My favorite species in there are Protoceratops and Styracosaurus, but I love them all so my faves change from time to time. If you know these species but not the game, I promise they are all cute and don't eat people. Ohh the gallimimus are awesome too because if you put a picnic table in their pen, they can jump up on them and dance which is so funny to witness. I have dinner at my parents' tomorrow, and lots of rain ahead but I'm just far enough inland to be mostly safe. Happy Anniversary Kustom9

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we start our weekend by helping Kustom9 celebrate their 8th anniversary, which means that all members of their free group can receive gifts just by clicking the twine-wrapped gift boxes at many of the displays. This round is open until the 10th of November, so you have time to visit even if this weekend is too busy for you. Lots of the gifts are seasonally themed but not all, so there is something for a wide range of tastes and interests.

For my first look of the evening we see the Palette - Coffee Time Top K9 Exclusive Gift. There are black and white versions included, each in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies. They have really cute images on the front that say "Coffee Day", and are open on the sides while being tied just enough.

Then I changed into the gift from -[vagrant]- called Ariana Top - Pattern. Its designs of skulls and roses are great for this time of year, while the cropped style with partly unzipped sweater make it suitable for warmer weather too. There are sizes for Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies provided. I think it looks really nice with the addition of the EQUAL / COMPLEX - Lola Choker, which has a built in resize script to ensure you get an ideal fit. The jeans I am wearing in this first two images are one of my favorite marketplace finds, a free gift from Delizio which is a fatpack of several colors of jeans in system/BOM layers as well as Maitreya and Omega appliers.

Another year-round treat is the [Eternus] Go-Off Romper (Sky). Its checkerboard pattern in two soft shades of blue caught my eye immediately, and I am a fan of zippers and spaghetti straps. Claim this free gift and you will receive sizes for Legacy and Maitreya bodies, as well as a HUD with 4 metal choices for the zipper. 

As the weather gets more chilly, what could be cuter than a jacket dangling loosely from your arms? How about two such jackets? :) That would be the =Zenith=Jacket Maitreya / Legacy gift, which includes black and pink versions each in a single size that fits either mesh body mentioned in the name. The sleeves are laced closed and there is an attractive sheen to the material. 

My final look this evening is definitely a Halloween treat! It is the SEUL - Lita Corsetted Mini - Gift, a short sleeved dress with plunging neckline beneath a strap of fabric that resembles a choker. The gift consists of sizes for eBody, Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. That daring corset is certainly a head turner, and the markings on the front give the impression of a jack o'lantern face.

Well, the weather spoiled my plans once again...the rain brought heavier winds than expected with it, knocking out my power 3 times and counting, so I stayed home (no dinner at parents') which was a bit disappointing. Happy Anniversary Uber

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we explore the Uber Anniversary Hunt, where we visit each participating designer's mainstore to find a free gift inside a gift box wrapped in light brown paper and tied with twine. This is a fun alternative to the usual way of celebrating an anniversary with gifts at the event itself at each display, since Uber and it's camera sims are always so crowded especially when it first opens. The hunt lasts for the same timeframe as the event, so we have until the 22nd to find all the prizes. The theme is for them to coordinate with the items each store has for sale at Uber, so some are bonus HUDs that can only be used with the offers we can purchase there. But there are plenty that work independently, like accessories such as shoes or earrings, while a few are separate clothing pieces. My recommendation is to be sure to check any store you buy the Uber offer from, since their prize should suit your new purchase wonderfully. The list of stores on the Uber website has landmarks for each and the hints to find our goodies, so you will need to have it handy when you head out on the hunting trail.

My first look combines two gifts, so let's take it from the top ;) That would be the SEUL - Julian Cardi - Orange hunt prize, a fuzzy cardigan or buttoned sweater that has slipped gently off one shoulder. It is provided in Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizing, with a HUD for the NY applique that lets you pick from 14 colors each for edging and the main body of the letters. I chose black with white trim to match the Artha Leather Skirt Star prize from Pseudo. This tight mini comes in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I really like the stars, and the versatility of the neutral colors!

Next I combined a few more hunt prizes for a very flirty look. The top is the prize from !ElvenElder called !EE Agastache top Uber Hunt gift. It includes Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Signature Alice mesh body sizes, with a HUD that offers an impressive 23 colors to choose from. The gathered sleeves fall just past the elbow, with the main blouse barely covering the bottom of our breasts. I paired this with the AVEC TOI - Consume Panties prize which consists of latex and leather versions each sized for Legacy and Maitreya bodies. There is a latex HUD with 36 shiny colors, and a leather HUD with 10 choices for those pairs. I am wearing latex on the left and leather on the right above. I am also wearing a beautiful tattoo prize from #KIRA TATTOO named BEA, which comes in 50%, 75%, and 100% opacities in system/BOM layers as well as an applier for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink, Signature, and Legacy bodies. The tattoo is on our left hip and thigh, with pink blossoms and a pocket watch with "Love is in the movement" written down the side. I had to read that a few times because at first I thought it said love in the moment, and honestly my vision is not great so I am still not certain ;) It is gorgeous no matter what!

This stunning satin dress is the prize from Deviant Behavior called DB - Night Slip (pink). It comes in a single mesh size that fits my Maitreya body perfectly, and is a bright pink shade that makes me think of lipstick. I do love spaghetti straps too. 

With autumn almost upon us, I am very excited about this Mona Set Black prize from True Damage. It is worn as a single mesh piece even though it has the appearance of a sweater layered over a tank top with a skirt beneath. It comes in sizes for Alice, Freya, Maitreya, Petite, and Slink mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 2 colors for the tank top and 4 solids plus 4 tartans for the skirt. This means we get to mix and match to suit our personal tastes, which is important for being comfortable in our clothing I feel. Naturally we choose our clothing to start with, but I enjoy the ability to tweak things and select colors or textures that match my mood or favorites.

Well, I had a 5th outfit ready to go but somehow I did not save the photo, so I guess that will be part of tomorrow's post ;) It happens every now and then, since I am far from perfect and very much only human, and I still had plenty of treats to share in this post. It was otherwise a fairly quiet Labor Day holiday here, quite literally since despite hearing fireworks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights I did not notice any this evening. Maybe my neighbors ran out of things to blow up :P  Usually rain doesn't stop them, and they start when it is still broad daylight around 5:00 PM, so I was surprised at the silence. I'm sure the local dogs are grateful, not to mention anyone with anxiety or PTSD who might not enjoy the sudden noises. Tomorrow I have a chiropractor visit scheduled, and will be calling to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist to find out what to do about the rash I get every time I'm in the sun, with or without sunscreen. So my week will be busy but not particularly exciting, although I am still in the midst of Twisted hunting in SL :) I do enjoy it, even if it is tough, since Xan and I get to really put our teamwork to the test. Dancing With Myself

Hiya everyone! Tonight we take another trip to the Uber event and their birthday round, where there are dozens of free gifts for everyone with no group needed. It is such a popular event that the main sim and even the camera sims (Harajuku and Cam Sim) might still be crowded, so please continue to try every now and then if they are full. You have over 3 weeks to go, as it is open until the 22nd of September, so there is no rush :) The gifts are in pretty boxes with gold and black balloons tied to each, so you can see them easily even if you are camming over from one of the additional sims. I also have a special offer to show you from Entice, that you can find at this round of Cosmopolitan. It is an impressively versatile outfit with plenty of choices for any mood or budget. As for my title, I went completely random and had a Billy Idol song pop into my head for unknown reasons. 

First we have the gift from Storybook, which is their Tymina in Blush dress. It has been crafted for the Maitreya mesh body, with several crossed straps to connect the top and fluttery skirt. The soft color has a satiny sheen to it, for an exquisite effect.

This charming dress is the Charlize Dress Lilac gift from Valentina E. It is also provided in a Maitreya size, and has a built in belt that matches perfectly. I like the deep neckline, which would probably frame your favorite necklace quite nicely. 

Time to get flirty this weekend with the gift from SEUL! Their Lilith Swimsuit - Navy Gift is somewhere between a bikini and a one-piece, since it provides similar coverage to a bikini but is intricately tied together to be a single piece. The center of the design, both front and back, comes down to a similar point as the top, both of which are tucked slightly beneath my shirt. 

For my last look this evening, we head over to the Cosmopolitan event where we are visiting the Entice display. Their offering this round is this adorable Ruby Tuesday outfit, whose top and skirt each come in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya, with an extra Maitreya Petite for the top. There are individual colors/designs available for $250L each (regularly $300L) or you can pick a fatpack of Dots, Prints, Solids, or Stripes for $499L each marked down from $599L. Each fatpack has 10 choices via HUD, 2 of which are fatpack exclusives. Maybe you are thinking even bigger?
