Hiya everyone! Tonight's post takes us on a tour of several stores who are a part of the Mesh Body Friends group, and are currently offering gifts for that group tag. They also get to send notices to the group with info about new releases, sales, and events they take part in, so we get to find out lots of very helpful news in addition to the possibility of gifts :) Just look for group gift sections in stores, then check for the sign that matches the logo of the group...many of these designers are part of several multi-designer type groups such as this one, so you might find bonus treats if you're in lots of groups (as I am). Mesh Body Friends is currently free to join, which means all of these goodies are yours for absolutely no cost. Please show your gratitude by keeping the designers in mind for your shopping needs, and we can find tip jars in some of the stores too.
Our first stop is Fatal Fashion, where we can claim the flirty Dress Leuris as our MBF gift. The brick red fabric goes so well with the golden trim, from zippers to rivets to tassels atop each side! Our gift includes sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I'm so impressed by the style, with crisp lines and little openings to make it visually intriguing.
Another show-stopper of a gift is our [ConTrato] Duna Skirt & Top. Each piece is provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Legacy, Pushup Bombshell, and Reborn mesh body sizes. There's also a HUD with 3 colors for the full outfit at once, with white being the color not shown above. The gold chains on the front straps are a wonderful touch that really pop with every color!
This gift has a little secret, but I'll happily tell all of you ;) The .:KF:. Cida Top & Skirt gift from KyaraFashion has a built in Undress Me script, so you can allow others to undress you with a menu on clicking, or set it so only you have the ability to peel it off. The top and skirt each fit Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, in that lovely blue shade with a bit of shine. It is a fun coincidence that this outfit also has gold chain trim, feeling like I subconsciously sought them out but it truly was just luck :)
[DieselDeluxe] has a very generous gifts room for us to find the Melani Outfit Top & Skirt 10 for MBF among many other group's treats. This is actually a single mesh piece with top and skirt linked together and worn all at once, in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The bright white bows are so cheerful, and really stand out against the gold mosaic top and deep red and black plaid skirt.
My final look this evening is a bit on the daring side, thanks to a sheer shirt and short notched miniskirt. The *PF:: Becky2025 gift from Pearl Fashion will fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 11 colors for each piece. Some colors are more sheer than others on our shirt, and did you notice the subtle pattern? It looks like constellations, stars with the shapes they are named after traced between the dots. I'm not knowledgeable enough in astronomy to recognize specific ones though, sorry :) I added the 'modesty flowers' in Photoshop to provide a little extra coverage, so those are not on our gift or even in SL whatsoever. I'm sure it would work well to wear pasties beneath if you wish, probably either white or flesh toned would be my choice.
It was a decent day here, and I am expecting to hear from my houseguest in the next half hour or so that they have arrived back home safely. It's sad to see them go, but it is not 'goodbye' but rather 'see you later' since they will return for Thanksgiving weekend :) Tomorrow I am probably going out but the plans have not been ironed out yet, so we shall see. November is a bit of a lull between Halloween and Christmas seasons as far as SL events and hunts, so things are quiet and there is less available for me to blog. So you can expect more of these multi-designer groups' gifts, and possibly non-free items that are still affordable. How would everyone feel about paid groups from time to time?
