Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is a tour through some of the participating stores in the Stupid Cupid Hunt 13. Can you believe it's been thirteen years of this fun Evil Bunny Productions hunt? We are looking for slender golden arrows with pink heart shaped tips and feathers, which are just $1L each and contain some really wonderful gifts :) We have the entire month to claim all the prizes we want, and I do tend to treat all of February as Valentine or heart themed so I don't mind having that extra time.
My first look is our MadCatCreations prize called MCC - woman - My valentine sweater. It has a layered look of turtleneck and V neck pullover sweater, with bold red and purple contrasting the neutral background. There are sizes for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, Waifu, Senra Jamie, and Star mesh bodies provided.
If you prefer a more revealing top, be sure to find the arrow at The Undiscovered Jewel to pick up their ~J~ Callidora Top. It has a beautiful sheer heart shaped cutout in the front, and is cropped to show off a bit of underboob. The prize includes Erika, Kupra, Kupra Natural, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Prima, Prima Petite, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh body sizing. Both this and the prior prize are worn with the black pair of Delizio jeans, a marketplace freebie that appears here quite often :)
Next I slipped into the *Glitter Bunny* Elly Dress Stupid Cupid prize, and I love it! There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, along with a HUD that lets us pick from 7 textures. Just think how handy this sleeveless style will be once spring arrives, although of course indoors it is fine for now too :)
At this point I changed from my Lara X to Maitreya 5.3 body, to show you the stunning ART & FASHION - PINK PASSION OUTFIT. This prize includes the dress and boots, each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. The strapless dress has a wonderful high-low hemline, and the boots have dramatic straps to really draw attention to those lovely legs :) I really like these together or separately, and can see lots of potential versatility from wearing either with other wardrobe staples.
My final look of the evening comes from Artic Storm, their flirty *AS* Music Quest Short set Paris Red. The top, shorts, and socks are each included in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. I was drawn to the unique shade of red and the Paris-themed pattern on the shirt and shorts. Look closely and you'll see a couple dancing, French words, bicycles, the Eiffel Tower, and more :) While you're there, I always recommend giving the upstairs and downstairs midnight mania boards a slap, and that is actually related to their hint.
Am I the only one who doesn't like it when my food has a really strong black pepper flavor? My dinner was nice otherwise, it was Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. I used to be surprised when my mom would be averse to black pepper in foods, and now I'm more sensitive than she is. She had the same, and my dad got crab cakes which he also enjoyed :) The weather is looking iffy this weekend, at least tomorrow late afternoon into early Sunday, so I don't expect to go anywhere but I have plenty to keep me occupied right here at my desk. Oh I did try the SL mobile app on my iPad and it worked a little better than the older android tablet, so I do think my tablet is just not powerful enough for it. We seem to be able to access outfits and favorite landmarks, so that is interesting. I hope you all have a fantastic weekend ahead, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
