Hiya everyone! Tonight I am excited to share some prizes from the Twisted Spring 2019 Hunt, whose theme is Divine. There are many ways to interpret that, and the creative designers did not disappoint :) This is billed as the hardest hunt in SL, and if you have ever taken part you know why. We are looking for bright golden cubes this round, and that color makes an appearance in many of the prizes. The website has all the locations in case you need to skip one, and you can join the inworld group if you want to be able to ask for a hint. I would definitely suggest perusing the website before starting or joining for helpful tips and guidelines. Most of the stores have extras like special sale items, gachas, decoys that contain prizes, and side hunts, so be sure to click the easels anywhere you see them for information.
My first look this evening is the prize from Secrets of Gaia, who are honoring their divine namesake with Gaia's Blessings Women's Top, Skirt, Shoes, and Jewelry. The top and skirt are each provided in Small and Medium standard sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The sandals are in two unrigged versions along with Maitreya and Slink flat sizes, and the earrings and necklace match everything wonderfully.
Dreaming Thicket has prizes for men and women, and a side hunt with 7 prizes to make everyone feel divine. For this look I am wearing the Asphodel Chiton Dress which is one of the main prizes, and comes in fitmesh standard sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions. I paired it with one of the side hunt prizes, the lovely Celestial Necklace - Divine Messenger, which you can see closer in the inset. I love that it matches the dress with the yellowy gold gems, but will also look just as pretty with practically anything in your inventory. The side hunt is certainly intriguing, as you will see...not for kids or the faint of heart ;)
For this look, I am pretty much wrapped in Sn@tch from head to toe ;) The main prize is my Sn@tch Lovely Lies Necklace, which comes with a HUD that lets you choose from 5 metal colors. As for the rest of my outfit, it is all from the store hunt which involves finding 7 treasure chests. The top and skirt are the Sn@tch Unholy Mixed Mesh Outfit in Black, with system layers and an Omega applier for the top and standard mesh sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. Next I added the Sn@tch Daydream Mini Corset in Crosses, which comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes. The thigh high Sn@tch Lorna Pentangle Boots come in the same sizes as the corset, and really add something special to this look. As for accessories, the Sn@tch Lovely Lies Armbands, Sn@tch Lovely Lies Bracelets, and Sn@tch Heretic Earrings (three separate mini hunt prizes) each include a similar HUD to the necklace with 5 metallic texture choices. Even my hair here is a prize, the Sn@tch Aoki Hair in 3 colors (red, white, black) that also includes a set of mesh eyes not shown. You can wear as many of these prizes together as you wish, or mix and match to flex your creativity.
This revealing look can be found at Roped Passions, thanks to a main prize and a side hunt. The female main prize is the (RP) Calliope Silks Divine, which are included in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. They have an ombre to them, both in color and transparency, as you can tell from that rear view especially. I added a treat from the Roped Passions side hunt, their (RP) Twisted Divine Warrior Headdress. It is beautifully designed, and just one of seven prizes from the side hunt.
My final look of the night is from Dramazone, called Ostara - gown, wraith with texture HUD, vines. It is named for the Germanic goddess of light and spring, and starts with the satiny gown in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique fits, with a HUD that offers 8 color/texture choices. There are vine sections for the upper and lower parts of each arm, and the crown jewel (bad pun, sorry) is the wreath of flowers that also comes with an 8 color HUD. I admit, I did feel very ready to welcome spring in this fantastic prize!
Have you ever had a day that felt like it was two full days because you did so much and took a long nap in the middle? That would pretty much sum up my Saturday, which is not a bad thing, just quirky. I saw that April the giraffe had her calf (a boy) but I had not been watching her live camera this time around like I did a couple of years ago. Tonight I will be showing you more prizes from the Strut Your Stuff Hunt, my last post of those before switching to a different hunt :) These treats can be found for just $1L each, hiding inside adorable crafted blue/green peacocks. Just follow the hints on the hunt's website, which also has the landmarks for you to navigate the hunt path. One of the stores we visit is :.C!L.:, and we will also be taking a peek at their current group gift that you can pick up while you are there. It is $50L to join, with monthly gifts that are excellent quality like all of their products.
My first look is the prize from Miami Mix, the lovely Silvia Outfit Complet. It includes the flirty dress in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, with heels for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High. The jewelry (earrings and matching necklace) are also part of this generous gift, as well as a blonde hair style not shown. There is a lot to appreciate here, especially for a mere linden dollar.
Sasheba's Closet has a dark and daring prize for us to strut our stuff in, their Winter Noir - Goth Couture Gown. It comes in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP versions, with 6 flexi additions that you can wear as many or as few as you wish. There is also a HUD that has a tint feature and 6 deep dark textures that seem to show up with the advanced lighting feature turned on. I probably needed more light on me for that ;) Included but not shown is a personal fog machine "cloudy presence", but in a still image it would have obscured your view of the lacy flexi pieces so I left it off. You could wear it with just about anything when you are feeling angelic or spooky.
How fun is it to hunt for a peacock and be able to claim a costume to look like a fancy version of him? :) This is the prize from Susie's Shoppe and is simply named for the hunt. It consists of the bodysuit in sizes for standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP, with the skirt attachment (separate so optional) cleverly designed to look like a peacock's tail on full display.
This stunning look comes from the peacock at :.C!L.: and is called Wild West Victorian Corset & Skirt Set. The corset and skirt each come in standard mesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya and Slink versions, and the smoky colored nylons are in system layers and an Omega applier. Even the fun feathery fascinator is included, a beautiful touch like the peacock pattern on the inset of the back of the corset and the bustle layer of the skirt. There are plenty of Old West sims where this would be an ideal outfit to wear, and some Steampunk places too for which I would add some sort of ankle boots.
With this group gift from :.C!L.: you can celebrate Mardi Gras all year round! It is their Parade Bloomers Leggings, Mask & Tutu, in exciting bold colors and with so many different pieces to experiment and see how many you wish to wear for any occasion. I can't stop thinking about a dream I had last night, where I took in two parakeets (budgies) who showed up in rainy weather outside my door. You can tell I miss having a feathered companion, although in reality finding their rightful owners would be my priority. My weekend plans don't include any birds, LOL, just the usual market with an Irish family cooking up some holiday themed foods for lunch. Yum! They are just $1L each, and are tucked inside cute peacocks that look like they are crafted from wood. There is a sample on many of the signs in stores, and the website has hints, landmarks, and previews to give you ideas of what you can claim. I have quickly become a huge fan of the hunts organized by Pounce Hunts, particularly with the talented designers they have assembled.
First look of the night, we have the Prism MAYIL Mini Cocktail Dress by Jezzixa Cazalet in Black. It includes versions with a solid and a transparent top, each in eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Fitted sizes. It is so handy to have two different ways to wear it!
Time to romp around in a new romper, from .Princess Stuff. called FeelGood Romper *Beige*. It comes in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions, all trimmed in palest satin and with a soft floral pattern on the fabric.
Next we take a peek at the Lagenlook Dress in Blue Pearl by COVETED! which you can find in their hidden peacock. This short sleeved, scoop necked dress has a handkerchief hem and a trio of bright golden buttons on the side. It is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP versions for mesh bodies.
PB Designs has a generous prize for us, their *PB* Glam Dress, Earrings & Necklace Set. The dress comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, and the matching earrings and necklace I'm wearing here are included as well. I really do appreciate when accessories are provided, it helps make things easier and usually they match especially well.
My final look of the evening is the prize from Elysian called [E] Zelly Dress & Hoodie. It is extremely versatile since the dress and hood are separate pieces, so you can wear them together or just enjoy the dress. Each comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Fox, and Werwolf. As you probably guessed from the image above, there is also a HUD that lets you choose from 13 textures for each section, so you can mix and match the hood and dress.
It was quite a day, and my dentist visit went just how I expected...I have to go back next week to have a filling redone. I could feel a rough spot and the floss was getting snagged there, so I knew something was up, and I clench and grind my teeth in my sleep sometimes (thanks, anxiety!) so fillings won't last forever. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have another hunt for us to enjoy, the Strut Your Stuff Hunt. It's a dollarbie one, so each prize is just a single linden, hiding inside cute peacocks. They look like they are made of wood and painted blue and green. There are hints on one page of the hunt's website, and prize previews on another, with landmarks on both so you can navigate the hunt path with either. I was glad to find so many wonderful prizes, so let's take a peek at tonight's selection.
Twisty's Twistalicious Creations has a beautiful gown for those fancy occasions as their prize, called :TTC: Twistys FormalPlease Gown w/Hud. For just $1L you will receive the dress in sizes for standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine, plus the HUD that has 8 diffferent textures to choose from. Some are solid colors like the right, others have a delicate pattern like on the left, all are such pretty options for this intriguing style.
This beauty is less formal than the prior gown, yet just as eye-catching in its own way :) It is the prize from Changed Seasons called MARIA, and consists of a separate top and skirt each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP. The pencil skirt has a zipper detail and small slit in the back, and the gold top actually reminds me of a different hunt this month, but more on that in a few days ;) Just find the hidden peacock and you can claim and enjoy this terrific look.
The Sissy Bar wants to help you Strut Your Stuff too, with this delightful multicolored mini dress. Whatever your favorite color is, you can probably find it among this watercolor-like texture that I simply adore.
I was also fortunate enough to find the Aguas prize called Nana Mesh Dress Strut Your Stuff. It has a feathery pattern in white and pale blue, with matching attached belt, and comes in standard mesh sizes plus Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a Fitted version for various shapes and bodies. The plunging neckline would be great to show off a favorite necklace!
My final look of the evening is a flirty gift from [Drac] called SYS Hunt - Sharon Dress. It is a rich burnished gold color, almost bronze, and the front and back panels are just connected at the top and then tied together with ornate bows. I apologize for not posting this last night, but there were technical difficulties thanks to Google (parent company of blogspot/blogger where I compose this) having problems with servers and images. This would have been a very boring post without the photos ;) Tonight's problem is facebook, where my games (not SL related) do not work and I have time-sensitive things expiring in those. Technology is driving me batty lately! I was planning on taking tomorrow off from blogging because of a dentist appointment with sedation, but now I feel guilty after the forced absence. There are plenty of boards that change letters often (every 10 minutes) and each has a different prize to claim. I was impressed with their style, and the frequent use of color HUDs to help their products be so versatile. Speaking of impressive, this month's theme at DAZZLE is “Take a walk on YOUR wild side”, and tonight I have an exclusive offer by SALTY that you can find there. It is a sultry look that I am saving for the very end :)

Hiya everyone! Tonight we take a look at more terrific prizes from the Luck of the Irish Hunt, a $1L gridwide hunt where you are seeking green leprechaun top hats. You certainly don't have to be of Irish descent to celebrate the upcoming holiday, and green is a color that looks great on just about everyone for any season. There are landmarks, hints, and even some previews on their website so you can get an idea of what treasure you will find in each hat. Clearly I enjoyed this hunt and hope that you do as well.
Our first prize this evening is from Miami Mix Boutique, called Ximena Outfit Complet. It includes the top, jeans, and even the boots all in the same mesh sizes: Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. Also part of this gift are the earrings and pom pom choker in rosy brown, plus a hairstyle not shown here. It is quite impressive to receive so many components of an outfit for a mere linden!

My day was jam packed so I'm feeling tired, but I enjoyed myself for the most part :) It was good to see my cousins, one of whom I probably met once before and the other possibly not at all. They were very friendly and seemed to have a nice time too, getting tasty treats like the ones I choose from each weekend.
