The Renaissance Hunt

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am happy to share some free prizes from The Renaissance Hunt VII, which has just a few days remaining so you will want to hurry and look for the hidden gargoyles at each location. There are locations and some preview pics on the website, and the hints can be found on the sign at each stop. There is a gargoyle (sample of hunt object) on each sign either with the hint in hovertext or on a notecard from clicking him, and in a few stores they have paths on the ground which are also gargoyles. There are plenty of home decor type items among the prizes too, but I am focused on fashion this evening. The theme of this round is Riches of the Renaissance, so the rewards are quite luxurious.

First we have the prize from COVETED! called Regency Gown & Veil. It comes in 5 standard sizes plus a fitted version, and included but not shown are two different veils (citizenship and house veils) that can be layered or worn separately. There is something so elegant about white and gold combined, and that pattern is delightful.

Next we have a lovely golden yellow gown with red, white, and gilded trim and attached shawl, from Ara Couture. It is named Rennie Hunt for Women, and is provided in standard mesh sizes. This makes me feel like Renaissance royalty! There is also a mens' prize, so you can enjoy dressing up with your favorite male avatar too.

When you find Miss Darcy's hidden gargoyle, you get to claim this striking Elisabeta Gown in Citron. It comes in a fitmesh size for classic avatars as well as sizes for Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies. The color caught my eye as much as the intriguing pattern.

Thistle Moon Designs seems to have been inspired by the same mesh gown, putting their own spin on it with their gift TMD Tea Dreams Gown Royal Blue. It comes in the same mesh sizes as the prior prize above (fitmesh, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP) with a quilted texture trimmed in richly embroided lace. It really accentuates the pointed sleeves, too, a detail I cannot overlook.

My final look of the night is from Moonlitecat Creations, their ladies' prize called MLCC Medieval Leaves Corset Dress. It is wonderfully textured and comes in fitmesh standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. There is a mens' prize too, as many of the designers try to ensure that the majority of us will be able to appreciate their hunt gifts.
