Kustom9 Celebrates SL13B
Hiya everyone! Tonight is another look at some SL13B gifts, the 13th Birthday of SL, this time from the current round of Kustom9 which ends on the 10th. You have a few days left to visit and click the pretty cakes at many of the displays, to claim many generous gifts from a variety of talented designers. I am always pleased to share things like this with all of you.
My first look features two of the many gifts, the outfit being from Gabriel. Their daring Sports bra & Lace-up short pants are each provided in mesh sizes for Maitreya and Slink only, and you can just see the name Gabriel on the band of the bra. The shorts are very revealing and I would tend to wear coordinating panties beneath to cover a bit ;) I'm sure you noticed my mermaid-like hair, well that is our gift from Blues. It's called Melissa in Special Blues, and includes rigged and fitted versions each with or without roots, and a HUD for 5 color selections in lovely shades of blues.
Next I had fun with several more gifts, starting with the outfit from SPIRIT. Their offering includes male and female jeans plus the top you see here. Each are provided in standard mesh sizes. The necklace is one of three from LUXE, their Triangles Necklace in black (shown), gold, and silver. The delicate triangles look great in any of the included colors. My hair is another gift, Hatsushi Hair in Frizzy Chic, courtesy of Tableau Vivant. This gift consists of regular, mesh, and male versions along with 3 different HUDs for a variety of color options. I like the way it's pulled over to one side in the back, revealing glimpses of both shoulders.
If you remember the cute hair I wore yesterday from +elua+ but would prefer to pick it up in blondes, well here is your chance! This is their Mao Blonde in the same short style but this time with a HUD for 10 shades of blonde to choose from. My adorable dress is the gift from agapee* called K9 SLB13 Gift Dress, and it is provided in several fitted sizes including standard, Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink, and TMP. Even my pretty ring is a gift found at Kustom9, this being from ieQED. It is simply named strawberry ring, and will look great with many of your favorite outfits.
Another amazing hair found in the many gifts is this Eternal Sunshine from Moon hair. This includes their Variety HUD with 2 pages of 20 shades each, the second page featuring glitters as shown on the right above. I love the way it lives up to the variety name with solids, fades, pastels, neons, glitters, just about everything you can imagine.
Whew, what a day...turns out I do have an ear infection and laryngitis, which explains why I've been feeling so wiped out. Antibiotics are a necessary evil, along with unpleasant ear drops, but if it will help me feel better in the long run then I'll deal with it :) Meanwhile I hope you are all having a great day/evening, magical magpie hugs to each of you!!
