Indian Summer and Autumn Kiyomizu Hunt
Hiya everyone! Tonight is a perfect example of a transition between seasons, starting with the Wash Cart Sale whose wonderful bargains I have been showing you for a few posts already. Their theme is Indian Summer, so the offerings range from bathing suits to sweaters, plenty of rich autumn colors as well as lighter summery ones on clothing, decor, accessories and more. I also was very excited to start the Kiyomizu Hunt for Autumn 2016, one of my favorite seasonal hunts that starts at the Kiyomizu Mall (excellent place for lucky boards and inexpensive finds of all sorts) and will send you visiting some main stores as well as finding hidden ninja cats in the mall locations too. Those cuties are hidden remarkably well, some are tinier than our fingernails and inside walls or boxes, behind and under things...my advice is to cam everywhere and maybe use wireframe if that's your thing. So tonight it was lots of fun to put together some looks from each event.
My first outfit has two cart sale offerings from Mishmash Fusion, their Fall Away Top and Fall Away Flats each in red. The top comes in standard mesh sizes and a fitted version, while the shoes have versions for default avatar feet, Slink, and Maitreya. If red isn't your favorite color, you can also find each of these in purple or orange, and it's just $10L per item so feel free to mix and match. My jeans are a marketplace freebie from Delizio that I have blogged before (and surely will again, so versatile!) in their black shade, it includes several colors in system layers and Omega appliers.
Another intriguing find from the Cart Sale is this lovely laced up Thoras Leathers outfit from Tiar. I love how it looks from behind as well as from the front, and for just $10L you get the system layers and an Omega applier for all your needs. This pretty dress is a prize from the Kiyomizu Hunt, courtesy of M*Motion who are #3 in the hunt path. This is their KYMZ Kowloon Dress and it is provided in standard sizes, and I particularly like the combination of modern and classic styling. Just find that hidden ninja kitty to claim your prize for free.
*Le muguet* is offering an original mesh dress called Marronnier as their prize hidden in their ninja kitty, in a single fitmesh version with matching alpha. I love the style, especially that lace band near the hem. It even has cute details in the back, as you can see, so this is definitely worth the search for that hunt prize #5.
The manicures I have been enjoying tonight are a Cart Sale bargain as well, from the Nail It Good! cart and called Indian Summer 2. The HUD is compatible with Slink, Belleza, Maitreya, and Omega, and features 6 different designs in seasonal shades from soft pastels to vivid dark tones. This is a wonderful value for $10L and of course there are other selections as well.
