Luck of Mangula
Hiya everyone! Tonight I was feeling lucky, since I visited Mangula and am on their subscriber list. You do not need a group tag to claim their lucky board prizes (or gifts on the wall immediately to the right of the boards) but you will need to accept when it asks you to join their subscriber list. I will say I find that it is a very low volume mailing list, so you don't have to worry about suddenly getting tons of notices. The fashions at Mangula are created for a few popular mesh bodies: eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya, with some newer releases including Legacy as well. There are some group gifts for various multi-designer groups near the front door, so I suggest taking a peek there while you visit.
My first look is the Mangula Shena Set Gift, which consists of the blouse in Animal 2 print and skirt in Came, which both come in their typical set of sizes (eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya). The blouse includes a HUD with 6 colors for the bralette built into the blouse, and the ability to turn it off and hide it completely. There is a HUD with the skirt too, letting you choose from 12 solid colors and 6 patterns that look like color variations of the animal print for the blouse. Such an intriguing and versatile design!
Next we have the charming Mangula Yeni Set Gift, which has several components to mix and match. The blouse comes in versions with and without sleeves, both with a pretty pattern of bold purple roses, and long ties spiraling down in the front. The gift also includes shorts and a mini skirt, each in a light blue distressed denim that looks terrific with the blouse but can also be paired with just about anything you wish.
This lucky board prize is called Mangula Aika Set, and has mix and match pieces for various moods. The top and bodysuit come in a flattering turquoise, and the skirt is a dark blue denim that includes a HUD with 15 belt colors and 2 metals for the buckle, plus the option to turn both/either off and on. The bodysuit is a thong in the back, and can be worn layered beneath the skirt instead of the blouse if you want to cover your midriff.
Pink is a favorite color of mine, so I certainly felt lucky when I won their Mangula Ines Set Gift with all 4 components in Rose. The bralette and panties can be seen on the left, then on the right I layered the jacket over it and switched from panties to shorts. You can pair them however you wish of course, this was just a great way for me to show you all the pieces at once.
For my final look of the evening, I was fortunate to also win their Mangula Sara Set Jumpsuit Beige. It is such a charming style, provided in versions with and without sleeves in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Maitreya, and this time Legacy :) There is a HUD included as well, with 20 color options each for the lace of the top, lace on the shorts portion, and the belt, plus 2 metals for the belt buckle. As much as I liked it when I saw the picture on the lucky board, I totally fell for it even more once I tried it on, instant favorite outfit! The sleeves are fun for spring which I hope is almost here, and the sleeveless version will be a go-to for early summer. The seams are delightful, as they flatter the figure and add visual interest to the otherwise smooth fabric.
My plans are getting all mixed up the next few days, so I am a little frazzled trying to keep track of everything. My usual Friday dinner at my parents' is being switched to Thursday because of plans that arose for them, which I understand of course, but it is making tonight feel like Thursday instead and will make tomorrow feel like Friday. Confusing, eh? ;) As long as I don't try to show up at the Saturday morning farmers market on Friday morning, we're fine.
