SL Frees and Offers
Hiya everyone! Tonight I am featuring several gifts for the SLF&O group, which is short for SL Frees and Offers. There are many participating designers, so you may have seen their red and white logo in some of your favorite stores. Usually the designers who offer gifts have the SLFO sign nearby to help you join if you aren't already a member, so it is helpful to look out for it. The group is free to join and the gifts are free, so this is a wonderful way to look great this weekend on a budget.
My first visit was to LYBRA, who has their gift for us in a room upstairs, so if you use my link you should be able to follow the red arrow from your map. The gift is simply called SL&FO Gift #1, and consists of the camo top and mini skirt each in sizes for Alice, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I enjoy the look of cropped sweaters where there is just that flash of bare skin, so alluring.
Kaithleen's has a beautiful gift for us too, their Denisa Maxi Dress - Blue, right near their front door. This strapless gown comes in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies with a HUD that offers 20 colors for the belt. You can match it exactly to the dress, or contrast with a pastel or darker hue.
Artizana is offering a colorful outfit called Terike I - Halter Top + Harem Pants. Each piece comes in standard sizes plus versions for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. Next we take a look at the lovely Shayna gift from Finale Couture. The black and white theme is elegant, while the style is relatively casual, so you can wear this for many different occasions. The dress (with tube top layered beneath and built in) comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with matching sandals in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High versions. The bold double necklace is provided too, in standard mesh sizes, so try a few on until you find the size that fits you best.
For my final look this evening, I visited Mangula and found their SLFO gift for us on the left when I walked in the main entrance. It is called Aika Set Body Top [Turquoise], and there are both a bodysuit and a cropped blouse (identical neckline and sleeves, just cut a bit below the neckline) each in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya bodies. The bodysuit has a thong style in the back since the legs are so high cut, and the blouse would look just as pretty with your favorite jeans as with a skirt of any length. The color is delightful, vibrant without being overly bright.
My day was pretty nice, and was brightened by a message from a very busy family friend I do not hear from very often so that was a really pleasant surprise. I totally understand that people are busy, so I appreciate when someone sets aside a little of their precious time for me :) Like I said, Valentines Day doesn't have to be just about romance, and love of friends is just as important to me. Meanwhile I have my usual busy Saturday ahead, with a hockey game in the late afternoon to enjoy, so it should be a good day.
