Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing a mixture of freebies and dollarbies, with the freebies being prizes from lucky boards and the dollarbies being hunt prizes from the WDYSH or What Do You Sell Hunt. Their blog has links and prize previews, helpful if you prefer to pick and choose like I do :) Time to take a look at tonight's magpie treasures...
First up, we have a beautiful dress from @AdReNaLiZeD@, this is prize #3 in the What Do You Sell Hunt and available for a single little linden. All you have to do is follow the hint and find a red question mark. I love the design and the contrast of this gown, it looks great coming and going.
Another fun dress from the WDYSH hunt is this eye-catching dress from Time Works. For a measly $1L and the tiny effort of finding the hunt prize (that bright red question mark I mentioned before), you get this lovely doll dress in several mesh sizes, plus the bow on the top is a separate attachment which makes it optional. I happen to like bows so I'll usually choose to wear it with, and how fun are the ruffles at the top of each detached sleeve?
What a cute dress, and that yummy cupcake pattern really adds a sweet touch (pun intended) just as the soft collar does. This is a lucky board prize by Hapi*Rabi, their Aimee dress, at a little paradise of lucky boards with 2 walls covered with chances to win men's or women's clothing and accessories, decor, toys and gadgets, and lots more!
I love the new home of the Kiyomizu Mall, quite as much as I'd loved its original location since the majority of the designers from the old place transitioned to the new, and there are the usual plethora of lucky boards there for us to enjoy. These nails are from *pulcino* and are a Slink Applier named Beast, and if your letter comes up you will win a HUD with 10 design choices, a lovely neutral background with a thin stripe of color down the center. No group is needed for this lucky board, just good timing :)

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am sharing prizes from the third Free Dove Hunt featured this month, this time Chop Zuey is our designer and there are 8 hidden boxes with 4 female and 4 male jewelry prizes in total. I am excited to show you the female prizes :)
First we have a delicate beauty, the Les Petits Fleurs Demi-Parure found in prize #1. Ever inquisitive, I googled "parure" and discovered that it refers to a set of jewelry, a full parure being more like what royalty would own with matching brooch, tiara, rings, the whole shebang; a demi parure is usually just a few pieces, like this one which includes the necklace and earrings. The included texture lists the details as Andesine Labradorite and Diamond in white gold.
This cheerful set is gift #3, Chaconne set in mixed beads and gold. I really like the color combination, and this set comes with the necklace, bracelet, and earrings all shown.
Our next set is found in gift #4, and is called A Special Grace Blk Set. It includes the necklace, bracelet, and matching earrings with black spinel (a type of gemstone similar to a ruby but which comes in numerous colors) and set in palladium. Again I owe a debt to google for providing me that information as I initially thought the word spinel was referring to the shape rather than the gemstones themselves. Learning is awesome! :)
Our final female prize is a gorgeous pair of Love Entwined Ear Cuffs, found in gift #5. These feature white, pink, and brown diamonds set in gold, and like all Chop Zuey jewelry they have a built in resize script. I did have to adjust them for my (apparently smaller than typical) ears, which was pleasantly simple to do. The ear cuffs are lovely, aren't they?
Instead of showing off more than just jewelry, hehe, I decided it would be prudent to wear a dress that would be a suitable backdrop for the prizes; pretty but not distracting with no straps in places that would interfere with necklaces for example. This is the Nira Drape Dress from Hilly Haalan, in black and red, and is available for free right there at Free Dove along with the hunt prizes :) I think this serves as a beautiful reminder that there are gifts at Free Dove every day of the year, not just in the hunts I post but all over from a wide variety of designers. Great for the guys too, I know their freebies are harder to find and there are a slew of goodies like skins and shapes for them, all free!
Nail note of the night: I stuck to one of the alaskametro hunt gifts from Free Dove, their "Chromed" nails, in one of the hidden pink purses I blogged yesterday. I wanted something that would act as a neutral but still have some zing to it, and their range of metallic pretties was just right.

Hiya everyone! I have redirected my attention back to the Free Dove hunts for the month, and tonight I am showing you the delightful gifts from alaskametro <3. They can be found in 8 bright pink purses scattered about the Free Dove store, so many wonderful treats for free! I took a lot of pictures, hehe, so you'll need to click to enlarge each photo below to see them better.
With a minimally made-up skin as a backdrop, I had a great deal of fun trying on all these gorgeous lipsticks from prize #01, "Heat" matte lipstick. The colors from left to right, top then bottom, are: Cerise, Flamingo, Coral, Lemonade, Pool, and Tango. I am showing the system layers, but they also include appliers for TMP, Omega, Slink and Lelutka.
These stunning eyeshadows are all found in prize #03, and are named "Smokeshow". From left to right, top then bottom, we have: Big Sky, Clay, Dawn, Desert Rose, Sage, and Sand. Along with system layers, HUDs are included for TMP, Omega, Slink and Lelutka. The hardest part is choosing a favorite!
More beautiful eye makeup, this time we have prize #06 "Cleo" eyeshadow with a sassy flick of eyeliner giving us an amazing cat eye along with some great colors. Left to right, top then bottom, these jewel tones are Amethyst, Lapis, Peridot, Topaz, Tourmaline, and Turquoise. Same appliers as the other makeup gifts, TMP and Omega and Slink and Lelutka for a wide variety of mesh needs.
Back to our lips with some very subtle beauty, we have prize #08 "Lipstain" lipstick in six soft shades. Left to right, top then bottom, these are called Acorn, Berry, Cerise, Classic, Cranberry, and Rose. We are gifted with the system layers plus the TMP, Omega, Slink, and Lelutka appliers again :)
Perhaps you wondered about the numbers in between the ones that I showed before? I combined all the nails into one large image, so let me take a deep breath and launch into the details :) Top portion, left side is the prize #02 I did a sneak peek of recently, "V-tip" nails in 5 colors. On the right, prize #04 is called "Neon Wave" nails and offers 5 choices of color combos. The bottom of the image, on the left is prize #05 "Chromed" nails, the HUDs provide 10 lovely choices but I am showing a sampling of five. The right side, you can see a sample of prize #07 "Mariner" nails, 10 designs on the HUDs which actually are 5 designs in red, 5 in blue, so all style choices are represented in one color or the other. The thumbnail you can't see as well is actually a solid color, so you can use the others for accent nails if you'd like. ALL of the nails from this hunt are provided in HUDs for Omega, Eve, Maitreya, and Slink.
Just think, now I have no excuse for my avi to look her absolute best because I have a truly incredible collection of makeup enhancements, for free! As a longtime fan of alaskametro, seeing that they were taking part in this month's Free Dove hunts made me ridiculously happy, and I had too much fun showing all these as a result ;) I hope you enjoy, and that you're having a terrific day/evening. Hiya everyone! I found out about a hunt later than I'd have liked to, further into its timeframe at least, so if you like what you see tonight I am afraid you'll have to hurry. The Eternal Hunt is a HUD based journey starting at Fallen Gods Inc, and you will be following clues and TPing where the HUD leads you when you find each infinity symbol (a glowing blue figure-8) across the grid. Find them all and your HUD will direct you to the location of all the prizes, which is secret and therefore not in my credits. It is an entertaining trip through many beautiful stores and sims, and the prizes range from the clothing you see below to home decor, jewelry, music boxes, even a home or two :) We only have until the 21st to complete this hunt, so on to the goodies!
First we have one of the gifts from Independent Objects, their Gothic Floral Dress. It includes the mesh gown in standard sizes, plus system layer stockings and even the matching boots for default avatar feet.
We have another gift from Independent Objects shown here, the name is *IO* Taluna Aura and it includes several sizes for the mesh skirt but just the one size of top. In the photo boxed in with the outfit, the top matched the skirt exactly, and while that isn't the case here I do like it this way :) For modesty I would definitely wear a tiny pair of undies though.
Animations Rising provided a very generous gift, several silks outfits for both males and females. Above is their Rising Silks for Her- Flora (Iris), comprised of various individual parts that mean you can choose the amount of coverage you prefer, including a system layer set of modesty undies which I am wearing above (they are green leaves). There is also another Flora set called Hibiscus that is very similar to this beauty.
I took a moment to enjoy the fresh SL air, and to show you an adorable swing from United InshCon. This is their hunt prize, *UI* Book Swing, and the parts are linked so you should rez them in edit mode to allow you to move both parts together to adjust the location to your liking. The swing part wouldn't be able to swing independently if they were fully linked I believe. There are a few different animations in the menu for males or females, and the book lover in me truly appreciates the idea of being surrounded by favorite literature while enjoying the great outdoors.
You will definitely need to click this one to see it better...even so, I think you will have to see this in person to fully appreciate all the details! Let's start from the top, my hair is from EMO-tions and is called *LOVE_WAR*. It includes the horns as a separate (and therefore optional) addition, plus there is a HUD to change the jewel colors on the horns along with the hair itself to various tones of black and white. Next, I'm sure you can't help but notice the beautiful skin :) That is our gift from Fallen Gods Inc, called Sidera Starborn, and I am showing the female PG version but there is also a more anatomically correct version in the female box plus a separate male (XY) version. There are several appliers included, such as Loud Mouth, Omega, Soul Mer UniEar, Slink, TMP body/face, and Slink nails for hands and feet so your fingernails are the same dusky blue as your skin instead of being a traditional 'flesh' color. Finally, I am wearing another of Animations Rising's silks gifts, their Mythic for Her (also comes in a for Him version) which has attachments for the special effects on the left, don't they suit the skin well? The hands provide sparkle, the feet are the smoky look, and the shooting stars are from the stomach attachment I believe. On the right I took those off to focus on the silks themselves, skin and hair.
Whew, that was quite the explanation! My nail note of the night is quite simple, the Slink default HUD in all photos but the last. I really enjoyed this foray into what is less familiar territory for me, and I feel like stepping out of your comfort zone once in a while can be an amazing experience :) Well, it's definitely credits time, so me and my shorter, perkier, brighter colored hair wish you a beautiful day/evening. Hiya everyone! I hope you didn't think I forgot about the Free Dove's monthly hunts for November :) This month we have a clothing designer, a jewelry creator, and an artist of makeup and nails. Tonight I am having fun with the gifts from Physco Clothes, which can be found at Free Dove in 10 small bright green hearts with a hot pink leopard print on them. Check the sign when you arrive to see exactly what you're looking for.
First we have some wise advice on such a cute layered sweater! The Keep Calm outfit is found in prize #1 and includes the mesh sweater in standard sizes, along with system layer jeans and boots for default avatar feet.
This hot biker outfit is hidden in prize #5, and is called Rebel Rider. It includes the mesh jacket in several sizes, along with the system tank top and jeans, plus the awesome boots which are for the default avatar feet. No appliers are included with this or any of the prizes.
This outfit may be called Be My Valentine, but I've always felt like hearts and the color red are fantastic year round :) Please excuse how terrible I always am with adjusting those crazy little prim skirt flaps, probably one of the reasons that I love mesh skirts so much. No mesh here though, this outfit consists of system layer corselette, leggings, skirt with skirt prim, and boots for default avatar feet. It even includes the beautiful heart necklace shown.
Our final look for the night is prize #4, their Rockabilly Coat, which is a favorite style of mine for its playful feel. So I chose a sassy pose to show you this cutie :) You will receive it in standard mesh sizes for a nice fit.

Hiya everyone! I have another free hunt to share with all of you, the ScratchN GiviNg ThaNks Hunt. It's a seasonal event that I had blogged during the summer, a fun in the sun hunt, but in this round we are looking for the words Thank You in multicolored letters. There are 3 connected sims on which to find 26 total prizes, and there are hints available on their blog as well as in a notecard when you arrive at the landing zone. There is a wide variety of prizes, some cat themed but not all, home decor and artwork along with a few very nice clothing gifts. Guess what aspect I'm showing you tonight? :)
First we have the prize from Winterwood Designs, their Anna- Busty Sweater Dress in a pretty peach shade. This is hiding in the Thank You #5. A perfect way to highlight a plunging neckline is to adorn it with some lovely jewelry, so I added the Mesh Glam prize from #18, their unisex arrowed necklace with pumpkin colored beads. Despite the name sounding rather autumnal, I think it works for any season and I like the dark metal.
A prize you surely won't want to miss is #13 from Dark Intentions, which contains outfits for the men as well as the ladies. My beautiful coat seems to be an exclusive for the hunt, and yes those are cute cats on the middle part of the hemline. The skinny jeans are included as well, but the coat is long enough to serve as a dress without them too.
Those jeans served me well as I paired them with this charming striped top from [RUBY], Thank You #4, their Anna Top in Red which comes in a system layer as well as appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Slink, and TMP. I love the delicate hint of lacy bra peeking out! I accessorized with the prize found in #14, the Silverleaf Autumn Cat Pendant. How precious is that silhouette of the cat, surrounded by a pumpkin and a bare tree? It's subtle, but the season is represented beautifully.
My final look of the evening includes those handy jeans again, this time topped with our gift from Somnia. As a huge fan of Somnia's I am thrilled to show you their prize, found in #20, their Popli Special. Such a snuggly look, we get this great sweater in several mesh sizes including Slink and fitted, and a HUD for 6 color choices, three of which are shown above.
Nail note of the night: alaskametro has a great set of manicures available as their November gift for Facebook fans, all you have to do is like their page and click the tab for Special Promotions for instructions on claiming their Harvest nail polish in several HUDs including Slink, Maitreya, Eve and Belleza.

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing some of the prizes from the current Poppin' Penguin Hunt round, called Hello, Fall Hunt! You are looking for a small knitted penguin (looks like he belongs in the Yoshi's Woolly World game I've been enjoying in RL) for either $0L or $1L, the price was left up to the participants to decide. In keeping with the spirit of my blog, I am focusing on the free ones.
The first one I'm showing you is from AmAzInNg CrEaTiOnS #11 and is the contents of one of 4 penguins to be found in their store; a free female prize, $1L female prize, free male prize, and $1L male prize. The pattern on this dress is intriguing, one of my first thoughts was the inside of a geode. I like that it's colorful but not overly so, because with this pattern I think bright colors would be rather loud.
I was surprised not to see more penguins on the prizes themselves, but very happy to find this outfit from PREVAIL. There are mesh outfits for males and females hiding in the same penguin, the men's shirt being a baseball style with black 3/4 length sleeves but the same Just Chillin' design as above. The pants I am wearing are included, the men get dark blue jeans as well.
At Cupcake Clothing, you will find these very cute plaid skinny jeans in the penguin, in the usual mesh sizes. It's too chilly to be topless so I headed to the marketplace for a free sweater to pair with them. They will probably match some of your favorite inventory staples, so have fun incorporating them into your wardrobe :)
I am wrapping up the post with a bright pop of color, courtesy of One Love Too. I found this penguin pretty easily by following their hint, but there was a slight catch...it was set to give to the Poppin' Penguin Hunt Group members only, so I quickly joined their group for free and got this lovely dress plus a men's prize from the penguin.
